Hey, It worked in Blazing Saddles I wish I would have waited now. Also that I lived in Japan and spoke the language. Or well pretty much all the things that would be required for me to use this new version of the Wii that is coming out on the 1st of August. No it doesn't have any new features. It also doesn't come bundled with any new games or equipment. It just comes already done up in a nice Black finish. A shiny black finish at that. Read More...

Fallout 3 Mothership Zeta DLC Here is an interesting way to conclude the reign of DLC for Fallout 3. Let's beam people onto an alien mothership that has crashed on the planet after tricking them into thinking there is a distress call emanating from it. Things get really exciting when they find out that they must to fight their way to the helm of the ship to secure it, their lives and an escape route. An interesting twist to things, but I think some of the features that are offered up are going to be the bigger selling point. After being beamed aboard, players will get to add the alien technology to their arsenal of weapons. Read More...

Batman Arkham Asylum The Villains August 25th is creeping up on all of us very fast. It's just a little over a month away from now. Why is it so important? Well that is when you get to take control of the Dark Knight in his brand, spanking, new video game Batman: Arkham Asylum. Taking control and putting those mentally ill villains back into their cages and cells. Now, just in case you forgot or lost track of the villains that you will be taking on head to head, here is a new trailer for the game showing you all of them again. Well at least featuring The Joker, Poison Ivy, Killer Croc, and Bane specifically. Read More...

The Debut Trailer For ModNation Racers Since E3, there hasn't been much talked about this new IP from United Front Games. It was a sneak hit during the Sony E3 Briefing and shown a little bit, in trailer form, around their booth. After that, it has fallen off the radar from all gaming sites, even here at Aggrogamer. But that is not to say that it has completely been scrapped and forgotten. To show that it is still there and on track (pun intended) for a 2010 release, United Front Games hands out their debut trailer for the game. Read More...

Myst is Finally Coming to PSP Some interesting news for this week's PSN releases. It looks like this week PSP owners will have a chance to download and play the popular PC puzzler Myst on their PSPs. Play it with out having to mod or hack the system to get it on there to boot. If you haven't already or picked up the title for your iPhone or other application ready system. Something interesting about this is that it is slated to be the original game as the PC, except that it will include the stuff that was cut from the original release. Yes that sounds backwards. Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Provides Financial Update This makes me very sad to say, but it looks like the original release date of Late October of this year is no longer for BioShock 2. In fact a solid release date is no longer anywhere attached to BioShock 2 any more. Just a time frame. A year long time frame at that too. With only the excuse of needing to take extra time to give towards development time for the title. This places the sequel around 3 years after the original release on the PC and XBox and only 2 years since the PS3 launch. Read More...

Dante's Inferno Lust We all know the meaning of Lust. We all know what is attributed to this "deadly sin" as well. When you think of it, most of the time humans will go the low brow version of this concept. Something that one of the developers at Visceral Games talks about in the below video. Another developer diary for Dante's Inferno. This go around is all about the second level of Hell, Lust. In the video, they bring up all the concepts that they had and currently are working with for this level of the game. Read More...

CPR to be taught via Nintendo Wii game It has been spread all over the net and news that the Nintendo Wii has been used by surgeons to hone their hand-eye coordination. Forcing the precise moves on screen for game makes them practice and perfect the minute movements that they are required to do on a day to day basis. Something I'm sure we all are glad that they do. Who wants to have long, jagged cuts that looks like you went to a butcher's shop from the 1840's? Read More...

Mass Effect 2 Developer Diary One of the big things that was kept behind guarded close doors a month ago at E3 was Mass Effect 2. EA wen to great measures to ensure that no one caught video or even spoke about what was seen in the small closed off room. With good sense given some of the spoilers and how epic this game looks like it is going to be. If you are a fan, you know what I'm talking about here. Well here is some good news for you that were not one of the lucky few to get into that hidden booth, but have heard about things from it. Read More...

Ghostbusters LPB Costumes Last week one of the fun little things announced for LittleBigPlanet was the addition of a cool little Ghostbusters costume for the game. Well a few of them, but we only got a glimpse of one. You know, the ghost logo guy. look it up on your own time if you don't remember. Well this morning, from the official PlayStation blog, a screen of all four of the costumes you will be able to get this Thursday was just placed for our viewing pleasure. That and a few user created tributes to the film using existing stickers and creation tool stuff and the music video for Ghostbusters. A nice little fun tribute from them for the film too. High Voltage Software unveiled its Wii-exclusive first person shooter (FPS), The Conduit, to the eager gaming public more than a year ago. Nintendo fans saw the game as a surprising, yet welcome, departure from the Wii’s library of casual games. Furthermore, the lack of exclusive quality shooters for the Wii have starved owners since Metroid Prime 3: Corruption back in 2007. It goes without saying that The Conduit has high expectations to meet. Now that it has finally arrived on store shelves, will High Voltage’s alien blast-fest live up to the hype? Read More...

I don’t even know if this is an actual revelation, but it was the first time I saw this so I thought I’d bring it up. Media Molecule’s latest Twitter update admits that the DLC packs are stashed inside those almost-random LittleBigPlanet updates that show up every so often. LBP patch 1.16 “Caboc” which came out [... MERCY!? You Want MERCY! I'm Chaotic Neutral! When the Unreal 3 Engine and game came to market, many of us looked at it in awe with the power it game developers and modders to make their own visually stunning FPS games. Other genres can work with it too, but it is totally an FPS engine. One thing I always though would do great was to have a shooter with some of the better of the licensed superhero characters of comic fame. Granted, Punisher was not the absolute first to come time mind for some reason, but it was the top three ideas I thought of. It was also an idea that Zen Studios came up with and make work extremely well with Punisher: No Mercy. Read More...

EA Montreal is keeping the steady stream of news coming in regards to their follow-up to Army of Two. Earlier last month they released a high quality trailer [which you can view below] for Army of Two: 40th Day. Looks like the setting will be in Shanghai, China where an unknown group of terrorists are trying to destroy the metropolitan city. Read More...

ABANDON UNVEILS FIRST SCREENSHOTS AND GAMEPLAY TRAILER FOR FREAKY SPACE, FIRST EXPANSION FOR FREAKY CREATURES With a bit of the obscure listed earlier today, I figured I'd keep with that and bring about some news about an obscure MMO that may be a guilty pleasure for some or completely un heards of to others. We don't judge here. There is an MMO style game out there called Freaky Creatures. Read More...
