Dontnod has revealed the date for the second episode of Life Is Strange for all platforms Good news for those who loved the first episode of Life Is Strange and have been eagerly awaiting the second. During the latest Kombat Kast for Mortal Kombat X it was shown how the game's story will play as well as Johnny Cage's moves As if we didn't have enough Mortal Kombat X news and updates last week, it looks like this week is starting off with a bang. A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This week in video game news can totally be summed up with delays and Mortal Kombat X. Hells, even Mortal Kombat X had a delay announcement for the last gen systems. Nothing like what happened to Uncharted 4 and Homefront being delayed until 2016 but at least nothing was cancelled. This of course is all to go along with the showing off of two titles coming out here soon; Battlefield Hardline and Bloodborne. PlayStation and From Software have announced that Bloodborne has gone gold and also have given us a new trailer to go along with that If you were worried for some reason that Bloodborne was going to be delayed then you can worry no longer. Bloodborne has gone gold and disks are being printed as you read this. To go along with this, From Software has also put together a nice little trailer to show off Bloodborne for all and what we can look to expect that we haven't seen already. New footage for the Mortal Kombat X mobile app has been released and shows off how the game will be played It seems to be Mortal Kombat X week over here as we had the character announcements earlier and now we have a nice taste of the mobile game's gameplay. Just below you can see how Mortal Kombat X is going to handle on the Android version of the app but it should be safe to assume that it will run about the same on the iOS version as there doesn't look to be anything platform specific here at all. Deep Silver announced a new development studio under their wing and that they are at full speed developing Homefront: The Revolution For those who have been wondering about the status of Homefront: The Revolution, wonder no more. Deep Silver announced today that they have a new developer on board and they are hard at work to knock Homefront: The Revolution out of the park next year on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and Linux platforms. The developer here being Dambuster Studios which was founded in July 2014, in Nottingham, UK, and is comprised of a majority of veterans from Crytek UK. The people over at Techland are proud to have brought you Dying Light and the new hard mode as well a taste of the future for Dying Light Dying Light is coming up on its two month release birthday and unlike many other titles out there is still going strong from the user's side as well as the developer's side. This of course being the continual hunt for new things in Dying Light on the user's end and the constant updates and DLC plans on Techland's end. Now, thanks to an update on Amazon for the product page, we have a character render and character description for Mr. Cage. Naughty Dog has just announced that Uncharted 4: A Thief's End will be delayed until Spring of 2016 without much explanation I hope you weren't planning on playing Uncharted 4: A Thief's End this year. Why? Well it looks like the game has now been delayed officially by Naughty Dog. Of course the usual suspect of "more polish" should be assumed but surprisingly is not the excuse given for the delay. A delay that will push Uncharted 4: A Thief's End's release out to sometime during the Spring of 2016. So pretty much a year from about now we should be seeing Uncharted 4: A Thief's End gracing the PS4 but until then we are going to have to just be teased with footage and screens. Read More...

The ERSB has posted the explanation for why Batman: Arkham Knight is being rated 'M' for mature and it is more violence based The fact that Batman: Arkham Knight has been set as a 'M' rated title came as a bit of shock to many when we first heard about it. Up until now Rocksteady has kept everything at least a 'T' for Teen rating with all of the past Arkham titles and I am sure that Warner Bros. wanted to keep it that way as bumping the rating could and most likely will exclude some players and fans of the franchise from experiencing Batman: Arkham Knight.
