Sad news as Dead Island 2 has been delayed due to unreleased reasons but to make Dead Island 2 a better game You can't tell me you are all that shocked to hear that Dead Island 2 has been delayed here. The original release schedule put it on task to be released Spring of 2015 and since that is about to come to a close and we haven't had much in the way of updates since August of last year it would seem that Deep Silver or Yager were going to make this announcement sometime soon. Sadly though that announcement is today as Dead Island 2 has been pushed back to a 2016 release instead of a 2015 release. There must be so much going on over there since it wasn't just pushed back to later this year but then again Dead Island 2 did sound like quite the undertaking before. Read More...

It looks like 505 Games will be bringing Overkill's The Walking Dead to the PS4 and Xbox One when it launches in 2016 Not the biggest or most shocking news here but it looks like Overkill's The Walking Dead will be coming to consoles through 505 Games. They will be known for working together in the past for the Pay Day titles as well as the critically acclaimed, on this site, Naughty Bear. This of course all makes perfect sense given the fact that Overkill's The Walking Dead will be another Pay Day-like title and the two have worked well to bring those titles already so it was most likely the safe bet that this was going to happen sooner or later. Now they have a lot of time to run some amazing ad campaigns like they did for Naughty Bear. Read More...

There is a new gameplay trailer for Hatred as well as a solid release date for the game that has caused so much controversy Love the idea or hate the idea, Hatred now has a solid release date. Well at least for right now Destructive Creations is 99% sure that the release date for Hatred will be June 1st on the PC via Steam. These are video games though and we all know how dates can get shifted around but as of right now that is the date for all of you to go out and play Hatred or try and form some kind of boycott as you are not fans of allowing artists to create what they like. If you don't like it then don't experience it. Read More...

A season pass for Batman: Arkham Knight DLC has been announced and details talk about bringing more super-villains into the game over time Hot off the announcement of the Dual Play feature in Batman: Arkham Knight comes an announcement for a DLC season pass for the game. Not too big of a surprise for Warner Bros. and Rocksteady to include this into the mix of Arkham Knight additions as DLC seems to keep the money flowing after the main title is released. Weirdly though, this season pass structure sound like it defines out that there will be a six month period of DLC coming to the game on a regular basis. Read More...

Avalanche Studios has released our first look at the gameplay for Just Cause 3 as well as a release window of this holiday season It's been teased and spoken of before now but we now have the first gameplay trailer for Just Cause 3. Not only the gameplay trailer but also a release window for the game on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That time frame being "holiday 2015" to have a huge shocker here. As if we haven't been able to pretty much figure that out yet given the little we have seen already for Just Cause 3 up to now and how little Avalanche Studios has given us in terms of general game information. A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Another week down and another week closer to having all of those video games that we keep talking about here. Or the DLC of said video games. You get the deal here. We had yet another productive week in video games and all of the news and updates we could have wanted. Granted we have the big Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 reveal coming over the weekend even though all of the 'leaks' and teases may have spoiled a bit of it all. We can ignore all of that and look towards Mad Max and whatever Marvel and Telltale have chambered for us in 2017. Read More...

Images from a GameStop promotional poster for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 may be giving us the release date and beta for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions Looks like the cat is out of the bag a little early as the release date for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 may have been leaked out via some GameStop promotional materials. Not only a release date but Beta access for those who pre-order the game on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Of course all of this has yet to be confirmed by Activision or Treyarch so this could be some extremely placed ruse to make people believe Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be launching on November 6th this year. Telltale Games has announced that they will be teaming up with Marvel for a game series in 2017 Time for the internet to explode as Telltale Games is teaming up with Marvel to bring us all a game series based on something based in their universe. That being Marvel's universe and not Telltale's The Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones, or Minecraft universes that they are currently working on. There is now clue yet as to what could be in the works between the two but given the history of Marvel and Telltale we can hopefully expect greatness. We may also be able to expect something along the lines of the TV/Game hybrid that Lionsgate has signed a deal for with the developer. Read More...

The PC specs for Batman: Arkham Knight have been released so you can get your rig ready to play the game at launch As of today we are only two months out from Batman: Arkham Knight hitting our homes. That date being June 23rd. Those who will be diving into Rocksteady's final chapter of the Arkham on the PS4 or Xbox One know how great the game is going to look. As for those PC gamers out there you may not be sure how Batman: Arkham Knight may look and run given how the hardware varies between person to person. That has always been one of the issues I find with PC gaming but luckily you can prep for the launch of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC by looking at the specifications that are recommended to run the game and get the best quality.
