While at E3 I was able to see Hunt: Showdown in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Hunt: Showdown. It's a bit odd but downright amazing that three years ago I was here to tell you all about a title called Hunt: Horrors Of The Gilded Age and just how amazing it looked and how excited I was for it. Then there wasn't a single word on it and Crytek went through a few shakeups and it was thought to be lost to the games of E3 that never came. Now we jump to this year and after having a small announcement, I was able to see Hunt: Showdown rise up from the ashes that was the other title and get me excited for the game again to come to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. While at E3 I was able to see Call Of Cthulhu in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Call Of Cthulhu. There was a small list of titles at E3 that I desperately wanted to go hands on with at E3 and Call Of Cthulhu was one of those titles. I was so ever hopefully that Cyanide Studios would have had a nice little slice of the game out there to be played on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC but sadly it was not. That is not to say that Focus Home Interactive didn't put together a nice booth and experience for Call Of Cthulhu though and that in turn led to a lot of new information and details for the gameplay and scope of the game to finally get out there. While at E3 I was able to see Call Of Duty: WWII in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Call Of Duty: WWII. As with every year, one of the big titles on the show floor is in the Call Of Duty and given that they are "going back to their roots" it makes sense that WWII would also be making a huge showing this year at E3. Especially since last year Activision skipped the big show and only gave a little taste of things out the fans and press. Now that Sledgehammer Games has put a lot of time and effort into Call Of Duty: WWII it makes sense that we'd get the usual flair of it all at E3 as well as a taste of the multiplayer experience that will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 3rd this year. At E3 2017 The Evil Within 2 was officially announced with a lot of footage and gameplay, as well as The Evil Within 2's release date to look for There is always so much going on at E3 that a few things fall through the cracks and The Evil Within 2 didn't fall through, but it fell into a list of titles that just was not able to get covered on the show floor. Bethesda announced it during their BE3 event out there and then had a small "experience" on the show floor but it was nothing more than what Tango Gameworks has already shown before; from what I am told. A new Kingdom Hearts III trailer has been released out of the recent Kingdom Hearts Orchestra event that took place before E3 this year While Kingdom Hearts III may not have been highlighted at all on the E3 show floor, that doesn't mean that we didn't get something new for the game here during the week. Nothing like Square Enix having a small showing in a back room somewhere, at least not that I know of, but during one of their recent events they introduced us to another world making it back into the game as well as some familiar villains. While at E3 I was able to see South Park: The Fractured But Whole in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on South Park: The Fractured But Whole. South Park: The Fractured But Whole is yet another title that we all knew would get shown off at E3 and then we had a chance to see a new trailer as well as its new October 17th release date for the game on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That is why it was no surprise that it was part of the big showing of titles that Ubisoft had in their booth and around E3 in general. While at E3 2017 I was able to see Far Cry 5 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Far Cry 5 from E3. Given all of the hype around Far Cry 5 and the big announcements just before E3, it is not too shocking that it was on the show floor and out there to be played and experienced to our heart's content. At least as much as Ubisoft had for us, which was a nice solid look at the Heroes for Hire function of the game that will be a big push. While at E3 I was able to see Life Is Strange: Before The Storm in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Life Is Strange: Before The Storm. Another huge shocking title to make it's way out to E3 this year had to be Life Is Strange: Before The Storm. This is a prequel of sorts for the amazing title that DONTNOD gave us before and now Deck Nine Games aims to give us all a feel for where some of the other characters came from and how they better tie into the overall story. Unlike many of the other games announced and shown at E3 though, Life Is Strange: Before The Storm is slated for a pretty quick release date with August 31st for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It is a shorter title in the series with only three episodes slated, but that doesn't mean it won't pack a punch. Read More...

While at E3 I was able to see Spider-Man in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Spider-Man. This was one of the bigger titles that had everyone on the E3 showfloor clamouring for more and that is about what we had for Spider-Man out here this year. It of course all kicked off with the new gameplay trailer for the game that Insomniac Games put together for the big PlayStation showcase, but then was followed up with another showing on the show floor in one of the PS4 showrooms. It wasn't any different part of Spider-Man, but it was a live demo of the same portion of the game where a few different things were shown off and explained a bit more than in the trailer we all have most likely seen a few times over already. Here's my take on A Plague Tale: Innocence When you hear something like A Plague Tale: Innocence you instantly think of just an illness and maybe some innocent seeming people being affected by said illness. I know that is what I thought when I first heard about Asobo Studio's new title coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I won't lie, originally this wasn't much on my radar but Focus Home Interactive had me on over to have a look at a bit of the game here at E3 and it is a bit more that what I mentioned before. Another gameplay trailer for God Of War has been released and it also tells us God Of War will officially release in 2018 It's been almost a year since last we had anything solid to go on for God Of War as the last official showing was during the media briefing and E3 of 2016. I know there was a lot of hope that Santa Monica Studio would have had the game hitting the PS4 this year, but now it is confirmed that 2018 will be the year that Kratos is back and slaying all of the mythological beasts of Norse mythology. It is a wait, but given that this is the reboot that God Of War should be getting here, I'll wait the time to make sure we get another great experience out of it all. It would seem a bit of a waste if it was just Kratos going at all of these new gods for no other reason than they are gods and such. Read More...

While at E3 I was able to see The Inpatient in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on The Inpatient. Here we go with another interesting title that was shown off during the big PlayStation media showcase and it is The Inpatient. Not much was known for this title before or even after the event outside of the trailer and that it is is another title coming from Supermassive Games for the PS VR set up. Also, as of this time it is only a PS VR title so keep that in mind as I break down my experience with The Inpatient in one of the hidden floors of the E3 show floor booths. Here's my take on Days Gone Even thought the zombie crazy seems to have been taking its toll as of late, that isn't going to stop Days Gone from coming and getting all of the well deserved hype that it has been since it was first shown to the world. Bend Studio made another huge splash out there with new gameplay this year at E3 as well as an interesting stage show that went along with it.
