Night Book The release date for Night Book is now set down with Night Book hitting us all before the end of this July It was first teased during this year's E3 and there was no release in site at all, but here we are with the announcement that Night Book will be hitting us in July. That is this month for those following along and while there are many days in it, Wales Interactive has set it down to give us the date of July 27th for when it will be hitting us on all of those platforms out there. That is quite an impressive turnaround from the announcement to the launch for Night Book, and it could pay off extremely well. I mean, as far as anticipation and waiting are concerned but not so much in the hype building and promotion for the indie FMV game that could be another home run for the developer and publisher here. Blood Bowl A new campaign video for Blood Bowl 3 is out there to show off the various Blood Bowl sponsors and how they will link into the game There have been a few silly ads for Blood Bowl 3 before now, and I am sure there will be more, but now we get to have a nice little taste of the different campaigns we might get to see in the game. Not in the way of a story mode, that we can tell, but in the way of ad campaigns that Cyanide will have in the game's universe to help sell the whole "fantasy football" aspect that Blood Bowl has been over the years. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week is now over and we can kick back and finally appreciate all of those video games we have out there new and old. Most of what we had this week skewed to the new side, thankfully, and many of which we do not have long to wait to get to experience. Hot Wheels Get your classic Hot Wheels fun back into motion with the track builder coming to us within Hot Wheels Unleashed It is not all that surprising here, but it is official that we are going to be getting a track builder in Hot Wheels Unleashed when it drops on September 30th now. It was easy to assume that we were going to get it in there with how basic it would be, and the fact that Milestone would need it to make the game, and now we can see it is happening. All so we can craft our own Hot Wheels stuff and then share it all online with every other player out there to experience. Vampire A new Vampire character is shown to us for Vampire: The Masquerade — Swansong with a little more gameplay to take in One more of our creatures of the night is lurking out there for Vampire: The Masquerade — Swansong after the latest big update from the publisher bringing us all the game. We have seen a Malkavian out there and now we have a more traditional version coming with the showing of Galeb. One of the vampires out there that Big Bad Wolf is having team up to solve all of the issues out there and keep things hidden from the mortals at the same time. Read More...

Blair Witch The VR version of Blair Witch is launching out there with a few new features coming to Blair Witch too Here we go with the next version of the Blair Witch title out there again with the VR version dropping on us as you are reading these words. We all knew it was coming and I know I was under the impression it would have worked out better for Bloober Team to drop it later in the year, but they are going to do what they want. Even if that does mean that we will be waiting a bit longer to get the PSVR version of Blair Witch out there. Paint The Town Red The final release for Paint The Town Red is now set down for when Paint The Town Red will leave the Early Access phase It has been a long time coming and now we will be seeing Paint The Town Red hit a full release on us all here this month. It has been in an Early Access form for quite some time now and South East Games is ready to drop the full version of the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC on July 29th now. Dreamscaper The release date has shifted for Dreamscaper to offer us all a way to get in on Dreamscaper just a bit sooner It is always a weird thing to see but it is good news when a game's release date is shifted and bringing it to us sooner, which is the case for Dreamscaper that we have here. Originally, it was looking like Afterburner Studios was ready to drop it on the PC and Switch on August 12th, but now we are going to be seeing it on August 5th now. DOOM The latest update for DOOM Eternal brings us all of the truly next-gen upgrades for DOOM Eternal with a few other extras mixed in The wait is finally over and now we can hop onto the PS5 and Xbox Series X again to fully enjoy more of what DOOM Eternal has to offer. Not in a backward play capability, but in its full glory with the latest update that id Software has tossed out there for us to give us all that truly next-gen gaming we crave. As of right now, you can download this new update for DOOM Eternal to your system, or it has already been done in the background, and be able to spin the game up in one of its three new gaming modes. Deathtrap Dungeon Another FMV game, Deathtrap Dungeon: The Golden Room, was announced and Deathtrap Dungeon will be using some familiar tech to help tell the story There certainly were more FMV-style video games to show up during this year's E3 and here we go with one more out there for next year with Deathtrap Dungeon: The Golden Room. This would be one more that will be coming out of Wales Interactive to give us more playable movies to enjoy on all of our gaming systems out there. Blood Bowl The next Blood Bowl team spotlight is here with the Elven Union taking the stage for Blood Bowl 3 now Another team is getting tossed out there for Blood Bowl 3 here and now we have the Elven Union taking the field to show off more of what they can do. Just as the name of the team implies, this is the one that is filled with all of those pesky elves with Cyanide giving them a little more grace instead of brutality in the mix. Not that they will not have any of that, this is a Blood Bowl game, but it definitely looks like they will be able to out-maneuver most out there that they come across. That will, obviously, come with its own drawbacks but depending on the style of player you are it can be mitigated. Read More...

Night Book A new FMV game, Night Book, was teased during this year's E3 with Night Book showing off what remote work can accomplish Here we go with another one of the great FMV style video games getting teased and poised to hit us with Night Book. This would be one of the next titles that Wales Interactive and Good Gate Media will be bringing to us on all of the platforms out there when it does hit. It also happened to be a small thing to slip out there during E3 this year that might have gone unnoticed for a bit. Tandem Tandem: A Tale Of Shadows has some new gameplay to show off how we will need to work in Tandem to survive the nightmares Let us inject some more dark and creepy gameplay from Tandem: A Tale Of Shadows into your life here now that E3 is mostly over with here. It was a bit more to show off how the characters would interact in the game that kind of was left in the shadows. Something that works well for the theme and design that Monochrome Paris is going for here, but not the best to get us all amped up for Tandem to hit the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC when it does finally come. Life Is Strange A new breakdown of Life Is Strange: True Colors is here to give us a better understanding of the new powers coming to this Life Is Strange story One of the other titles out there that felt like it was getting some solid presence during the digital E3 this year had to be Life Is Strange: True Colors. It had its own little highlight during the Square Enix event and then Deck Nine Games had the announcement that it was going to be hitting the Switch when it launches out there on September 10th for all of the other platforms too.
