Been Deceived About Uncharted 3? We Got Info For You.

With how the Uncharted franchise boomed and wowed us gamers is it really shocking that a third game is coming? Not at all. Especially since the sequel did something that is relatively not done in entertainment. That is being better than the original. Now it is time to see if Naughty Dog can again out do themselves in making an awesome game. If we are lucky, we might get to see some impressive things during this weekend's Video Game Awards on Spike TV. Another God Fighting In Mortal Kombat

I thought it was called Mortal Kombat because it was suppose to be mortals fighting other mortals for the pleasure of the higher beings all in an attempt to save their worlds/universes/whatever. I always found it odd that there was a thunder god in the mix and has been since the original Mortal Kombat came out. Not very fair for super powered mortals to have to fight a god. PSN Is Becoming A Real World Of Warcraft?

I saw this coming since they announced it. Looks like the exclusive, for now, PlayStation Rewards Program is going to start adding "Quests" into the mix of ways to increase to the next tier of rewards. Yep, you will be able to get those awesome yellow question marks off the website or however you are able to check you progress. Then you can perform the task and turn it in for a little more of whatever they are calling XP for this. I don't know why they called this "Quests" when "Real World PSN Trophies" would have suited it better. Read More...

BioWare Teases New Title For VGA's UPDATED 12.06

Dragon Age 2 Rises To Power

BioWare has just released a new trailer for Dragon Age II featuring game play, a splash of storyline and a new featured area known as Kirkwall. This latest video also comes with information on the new BioWare Signature Edition which will be released March 8th 2011. BioWare is estimating a $20 values worth of extra content pre-packaged with this edition. Check out the trailer after the jump! Blizzcon 2010 In A Nutshell

Here we are, the day after the most anticipated weekend of conventions, Blizzcon. For your typical Blizzcon, it seemed they didn't have any major announcements this year. No Diablo III release date. No word on their new MMO (World of Jersey Shorecraft??) but I will say the cosplay contest was probably the best I've seen so far. Chris Metzen hosted this year's keynote, and after some Blizzard buffs, we broke into a steady run of news beginning with the next WoW expansion. The title really says it all here. Below you will find a new set of screen shots from God Of War: Ghost Of Sparta. Some will look similar to things we have seen and already played in the demo. Some are a bit new. But in the end, they really don't do anything to excite like the most recent Back-story Trailer from last week. This makes me kind of sad. Not sad as in the game will be horrible, but sad in the fact that this kind of slows the epic steamroller it looked like Sony was getting in motion for teases until launch. Read More...

Blizzcon's Closing Ceremonies Will Melt Faces

Blizzcon is notorious for their closing ceremonies, and 2010 will be no different. With performances by The Offspring, Patton Oswalt and the prince of darkness himself Ozzy Osbourne, the closing ceremonies have talked about around the world. Not to mention Blizzard has their in house band "The Artists Formerly Known as Level 80 Elite Tauren Chieftain" who always put on an awesome show. Well it's 2010 and Blizzard has announced that they will be bringing us the band that has soared on the wings of demons, and battled the devil himself, but will probably just perform some sort of "tribute". Kratos' Brother Issues Finally Make The Final Cut

Unless you are a hardcore fan of God Of War, and I mean HARDCORE fan, you may not know that the original story was going to have Kratos fighting his brother who was discarded due to Spartan law. Something that you only got to know by watching the extra videos after beating the original PS2 game or the re-mastered version in God of War: Collection. It was an original idea that the devs wanted to do, but fell short due to time and other issues. That meant it was thought to never be touched on ever again. Read More...

Blizzard Officially Announces Cataclysm Release Date

Blizzard finally graces us with the official announcement for the release of World of Warcraft: Cataclsym. I'm pretty sure everyone has figured it out by now, but it's nice to see that now it's "Official" and no longer simply speculation. Deathwing is coming and he's bringing a boat load of destruction with him. With an increase of the level cap to 85, two new races and a complete restructure of the old world, this is revving up to probably be the best expansion yet. So if you haven't already reserved your pre-order, digital download or time off from work on December 8th, you have plenty of time to make your arrangements and hit the ground running when the expansion comes out.
