Review — Spirit Of The North: Enhanced Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of December 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Observer We sit down and review Spirit Of The North. A journey through the Icelandic lands for a new generation. Here is our review of Spirit Of The North It has been a while since Spirit Of The North first released and some of us out there had a chance to experience it. It is a very atmospheric title that has us solving puzzles along with some beautiful landscapes. Something that Infuse Studio set out to make look just as pretty as it was engaging. Since then, we have seen the launch of the PS5 and that means that things could be getting prettier and we have a new reason to check back in on the game. Read More...

Cannibal Is Changing Things Up With A New Name, Borneo: A Jungle Nightmare
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of December 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Borneo Cannibal will now be known as Borneo: A Jungle Nightmare with Borneo: A Jungle Nightmare looking to shift from just a jungle setting You may or may not remember the announcement of Cannibal from a while back. If you do not, it is not a huge issue, as it looks like that is no longer the name as Fantastico Studio has shifted the name over to Borneo: A Jungle Nightmare now. Not a huge deal, but it is worth noting if you have been trying to keep up on it and thought it might no longer be in the works. Just be sure to change over all of the alerts and notifications over to Borneo: A Jungle Nightmare so you can be ready for when it hits the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC this coming Summer. The Delicious Last Course Is Going To Have To Wait For Cuphead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Cuphead The next DLC for Cuphead has been delayed and the adventures of Cuphead are going to have to wait until next year now These delays just will not quit, as now we have another delay for Cuphead's upcoming DLC The Delicious Last Course. Another delay in terms of video games as a whole and another one in terms of StudioMDHR delaying this DLC one more time before we get to experience it. It is most likely that will not be seeing this final chapter of Cuphead until next year now and when the studio feels like they are bringing us the best conclusion that they can for the Xbox One, PC, Switch, and PS4 out there. Not the worst call to make, but it is one that strikes at the hearts of gamers all over that fell in love with this fun little title. Read More...

Space Is Getting Even Darker With The Announcement For CryoSpace
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of November 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
CryoSpace The announcement for CryoSpace is out there to bring us a new and dark game to experience as we try to survive what CryoSpace will throw at us Space is already a dark place and now we can see how things can go darker with the announcement for CryoSpace. This is a new title coming to us from Kuklam Studios and Games Operators for the PC in 2022 that will take us down that path. All in the way of a new survival style game where we are on a spaceship sent out to colonize a different planet. Unfortunately, and the reason CryoSpace is more of a game than a story, things have gone wrong and you and a few others are brought out of cryosleep to find something has gone horribly wrong. Mortal Kombat 11 Gives Us That Epic Rambo Vs. Terminator Fights Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of November 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat New gameplay before the next-gen Mortal Kombat 11 drops is here to show how these two would kill each other in the Mortal Kombat world Here we go with one of the more epic fights that many would want and will be able to play in Mortal Kombat 11. That would be seeing Schwarzenegger fight Stallone while they were in their prime and not the aged and rugged stuff we have seen in some of the films. Granted, this will all be through the vein of Rambo Vs. the Terminator and in a video game form, but it is something to enjoy. Read More...

Blood Bowl New is out there that Blood Bowl 3 will have a closed beta for fans to experience with various ways to access Blood Bowl 3’s beta too Earlier in the year, we had the announcement for Blood Bowl 3 to head out there to keep the insanity flowing. Specifically, when that will be is still up in the air as Cyanide Studios is still working on the game to bring it to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC platforms. Thankfully, it looks like we might be able to get a taste for Blood Bowl 3 before it officially launches as they are planning a closed beta for fans of the IP to take part in and maybe help shape near the end. All of which through various ways that does not seem to force you to just pre-order the video game as of yet. Read More...

Spirit Of The North Spirit Of The North is heading to the next generation with the announcement of the Spirit Of The North: Enhanced Edition The PS5 will have its full version of Spirit Of The North after the console launch, and we are not talking about it in the way of an update from the PS4 as many of the other games will be getting. This will not just be an update that will make the game run on the new system but an edition that will upgrade all of the visuals and the ability to see the game run in glorious 60 fps. Not something that we have ever seen for this one and it makes me excited to see the Spirit Of The North: Enhanced Edition drop on November 26th digitally and then a physical edition of the game on December 4th. Little Nightmares II Is Bringing Us Some Halloween Fun Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of October 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares A new look at Little Nightmares II is here to offer up some Halloween fun in the way only Little Nightmares could do Little Nightmares II feels like a game we should be experiencing over the Halloween weekend but sadly, we will not be seeing it until February 11th of next year. It feels like a hard pill to swallow, but it is something that I am sure will let Tarsier Studios give us a better game in the end. That said, we are not going to be completely left out of the fun for Little Nightmares II and the holiday this year as we have a new trailer to take in that highlights quite a bit of the horror-themed items in the game here. Mortal Kombat New Mortal Kombat 11 gameplay is here to show off how Rain will be back in the Mortal Kombat fighting rings Here we go with some actual gameplay for the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate edition and one of the new characters that will be flowing into the fights again. It is a character that has not been fully seen in the franchise for a while and with only a few cameos in the past. With the Son of Argus fighting his way in, it is nice to finally see what he will be adding into Mortal Kombat 11 when the update and DLC comes. Even if it feels like the Kombat Pack 2 feels like it might be light on the characters and such this time around. Read More...
