Fear Fest Offers Up Some New Bloody Carnage For Gori: Cuddly Carnage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of September 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Gori Gori is back in the mix with the demo for Gori: Cuddly Carnage smashing some massive numbers just in time for Fear Fest 2023 For those that may not have known, Gori: Cuddly Carnage has a demo out there on the PC for us all to give a try with. A demo that has shown us just how well Angry Demon Studio has made the game so far as well as given us some unicorn limb slicing fun in the mix. I mention all of this, as it seems due to the amount of limbs Gori has sliced in the demo with our help along with Fear Fest 2023 taking place, we have a new trailer to look at for the game. All to get us further ready to see how well the game could play when it launches on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Read More...

Mortal Kombat 1 Will Have Even More Blood Flowing In The Game Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of September 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat One more blast from the Mortal Kombat past is here to expand the roster of Mortal Kombat 1 just a bit more This seems to be a big week for vampires, as now we have the announcement that Nitara is coming in with Mortal Kombat 1 on September 19th. You read that correctly. NetherRealm Studios is dropping the Outworld Vampire into the fight from so long ago and with all manner of updates that we should be looking for. Although, at this point, it feels like they were just looking to remake Mortal Kombat: Deception for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC instead. I jest, but it does feel like the roster is mostly coming from that title and various others that were not all that well-received. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of September 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Dark Atlas The announcement for Dark Atlas: Infernum is here to take us down a walk into the world of Dark Atlas sometime next year Psychological horror is getting one more title in the mix with the announcement we have here for Dark Atlas: Infernum. A new title on the way to us all from Night Council Studio and SelectaPlay to give us even more terror in our worlds than we need. As long as you can survive until 2024 to see Dark Atlas: Infernum drop on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. That is not that far off and it gives the teams involved much more of the time to make sure we are not ready for what is to come. Read More...

The Story Is Ready For Us To Work Through For Mortal Kombat 1
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of August 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat We are about to head into Mortal Kombat with the opening cinematic we are going to get in Mortal Kombat 1 While we had some fun looks at Mortal Kombat 1 during Gamescom 2023 and had a few more characters confirmed for the game, we had one more big thing flow out there before the September 19th release date for the game. A nice little bit that could potentially hype us all up for what NetherRealm Studios is working on or spoil some of the game for us. To this, we are talking about having the opening cinematic for Mortal Kombat 1 that will lead us into the first main fight in the story. Read More...

Review — Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of August 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Stray Gods We sit down and review Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical. A new story of the Greek Gods but all as a musical number. Here is our review of Stray Gods It is time to ask the question, again, about how the Greek Gods would handle things in modern times with the release of Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical. This is a new choose-your-own-adventure style game from Summerfall Studios that also mixes in some musical theater into the mix. It is rather there in the name of the game along with some roleplaying aspects. Read More...

The Rulers Of Outworld Are Out There In The World Of Mortal Kombat 1
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of August 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat Even more Mortal Kombat characters are back in action and ready to rule things again in Mortal Kombat 1 yet again There is now less than a month left before we have Mortal Kombat 1 on our PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC with September 19th looming closer. You probably already knew all of that as NetherRealm Studios has hammered that home since the original announcement. What we did not know, and was shown off during Gamescom 2023, is that we are going to see more of the original power players of Mortal Kombat back in the mix and doing all manner of terrible things again. Even if the story should have meant that Fire God Liu Kang should have made it not a thing. Read More...

Just How Many Different Lies Will We Have To Tell In Lies Of P
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of August 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Lies Of P The launch of Lies Of P is almost here and we get one more taste as to how deep the lies will go in the Lies Of P This time has almost come and we can almost all dig into the Lies Of P out there. It feels fitting that it all starts to flow out there on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC around the time of Gamescom with Round8 Studio giving us so many of the game's updates around this time in general. This also means, just in time for the convention, Lies Of P has one more trailer out there to get us all excited and hyped up to experience things. All so we can see how far the rabbit hole goes in this…wait&…whoops… wrong IP to go with that. Read More...

The Lich Emperor Invites Us All To The Early Access For Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of August 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Pathfinder The early access for Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors is now set down for Pathfinder fans to give it all a go Those that have been jonesing for another roguelite in their lives and are willing to give one more Early Access a go, can now look to September 14th to dive into what Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors has to offer up. This one is a bit of deviation from what we have seen from the IP in the past, but it does look as if BKOM Studios has been working hard and there is some solid faith in how things are getting shaken up for it all. Enough into it all that they are giving those Pathfinder fans out there a chance to dive in and give some feedback with the PC version of the game soon. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of August 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Stray The launch for Stray is here on the Xbox for more gamers looking to have one more way to play Stray After a very long wait for some, we can finally experience what Stray has for us all in all of its glory on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It may have taken a bit of time and you might have spoiled the game by watching everything that BlueTwelve Studio had for us before now, but now you can have it in your hands. Even if the kitty in the game is going to be just as fickle as any other cat out there. It is just one more way for us all to experience Stray and the cyberpunk world out there after Annapurna Interactive made sure that the PS4, PS5, and PC gamers had a long run with the game already. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of August 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Stray Gods The Stray Gods are now out there with the launch of Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical on all of the platforms Talk about a title that caught my eye back when Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical was first announced. It blends so many aspects of video games out there that I have grown to love on top of all of the Greek religion in the mix. This is why I am glad to see that Summerfall Studios has finally made it to the point to release the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. All so many more out there can experience the musical and choose-your-own-adventure gaming that Stray Gods should be bringing us all. Read More...

Mortal Kombat 1 Has Us Embrace The Chaos With New Characters
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of August 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat Three more fighters are here for Mortal Kombat 1 and we get one more Mortal Kombat deep cut for another Kameo fighter The fighters are coming out in droves for Mortal Kombat 1 with three more banished into the realm and one more showing up as the next hot Kameo spot. Most of them also some deep dives into the games from NetherRealm Studios that some fans might see these as new characters if they do not have their lore all the way up to date. There have been a massive amount of characters in the run for Mortal Kombat, so that makes sense. Now, though, we get to see as Reptile is back, along with Ashrah, Havik, and Sareena. Read More...
