by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Deus Ex The pre-order campaign for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been altered, or canceled, due to Deus Ex fans being upset and voicing said rage It looks like the people have spoken and the pre-order program for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been shifted back to something that is more akin to what we are used to. You may remember back in August when Square Enix announced that there was going to be an odd tiered pre-order bonus chart for those who shelled out the cash for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. The more people who pre-ordered the game the higher the rewards that everyone would get. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Arkham Knight A new update for Batman: Arkham Knight states that PC gamers may see Arkham Knight back for sale by the end of October with little other customer service involved Looks like Batman: Arkham Knight may finally be heading back to general sales for the PC version by the end of the month here. Warner Bros. has made the announcement over on the steam page for Batman: Arkham Knight as the claim that the patches they released to current owners have gone rather well and they think that it is time to allow everyone else, or those who had a first class trip through Steam's refund policy, be able to play Batman: Arkham Knight on the PC. Review — SOMA
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
SOMA We Sit Down And Review SOMA. Is It Worth Your Time? Is it the horror title that will bring the genre back to fun? Here's Our Review Of Soma As we move into the month of horror there has been one title I have been excited to dive into and it is SOMA. It looks like the best melding of Dead Space and BioShock by Frictional Games with a bit of higher thinking and philosophy mixed in. I won't delve into that too much as it is one of the pivotal aspects of SOMA and I'll keep this as spoiler free as possible but it did capture my eye. Now that September 22nd has come and past I have been able to play SOMA on the PS4 and it is time for my formal review of the game and if it will do what the videos and promos have claimed thus far. Zangief Is Also Returning For Street Fighter V
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Street Fighter V Looks like Street Fighter V is also bringing Zangief into the mix again as he is the latest character shown off for the Street Fighter V roster Mark another "not a big surprise" character down to join Street Fighter V as it has been announced and shown off that Zangief will again be fighting for Mother Russia when the game launches early next year. Seeing as he has been in almost every version of Street Fighter to date it, like I said, is not shocking that Capcom will be bringing him. Thankfully though it does look like they have altered his moves somewhat to make him feel new on the PS4 and PC. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Minecraft The trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode's first episode has been released to help us understand what the story of Minecraft: Story Mode will start with It's hard to believe that we are now less than two weeks out from the first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode hitting our systems. What isn't that hard to believe is that Telltale Games has given us our next big trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode; which of course covers some of the events of the first episode titled The Order Of The Stone. Pretty much just how all of the other titles in their arsenal roll these days so, like I said, no big surprise. Use this as a reminder that Minecraft: Story Mode is still coming and Mojang is still dedicated to bringing you more Minecraft. Read More...

Black Ops 3 The first story trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been released and it shows a lot of the topics that Black Ops 3 is going to target outside of war You may not be excited but I know I am for the story of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 The latest Fallout 4 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. video has been released showing off how Charisma will help save you in Fallout 4 So far we've kind of seen how S.P.E.C.I.A.L. we will be in Fallout 4 in terms of being able to run, gun, and murder all of your problems in the wasteland. Of course this isn't always going to be the best option and while you can always "stealth" away there are other options and the new ones that Bethesda presents us here are driven through your Charisma. This would also be the forth stat in the Fallout 4 S.P. Read More...

Dive Deeper Into The Story Of SOMA With A Web Series
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 28th of September 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
SOMA A new web series for SOMA has been released and it is aiming to bring us all deeper into the story behind SOMA with prequel events If you've had the pleasure to play, start to play, or finish SOMA then you know one of the greatest selling points of the game is the story here. It is thought provoking, dark, and just an interesting tale to wrap around the horror events of this PS4 and PC title. In fact for some SOMA has left players wanting more out of Frictional Games in the way of said story. I'm looking for more story and gameplay personally but it looks like all we are getting at this time is an expansion into SOMA with a live-action mini-series that will be available on the web. The Phantom Pain We Sit Down And Review Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Is It Worth Your Time? Is it the conclusion to Kojima's version of the franchise we wanted? Here's Our Review Of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain We have finally made it to the conclusion of an era as Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain marks the final part of the franchise being helmed by Hideo Kojima. It has been a long road and a rough one for those over at Kojima Productions but The Phantom Pain is here and we get to see if they put Konami's money to great use here. Ground Zeroes was a great, and small, taste of what The Phantom Pain could be and now it is time to see if all the teasing, hardships, and waiting have paid off. Read More...

New Characters & Locations For The Park To Haunt Your Mind
by Julia Schoebel [ Friday, 25th of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
The Park New screenshots for The Park have been released and they show off a few new characters and environments that we will be exploring in The Park Well look there. We have some new screenshots for The Park and they really show off the horror aspect that Funcom is aiming for in this new PC title they have coming this October. Based on the descriptions given for each it looks like they are really trying to drive home that "parent's worst nightmare" aspect here in The Park. Based on the image of Lorraine here, that is the protagonist of The Park, it looks like she is in for one hell of a night as she goes into rooms like the one she is in with people hanging from meat hooks and most likely cryptic notes about where her kid is in The Park. They have been kind of showing us all how our character stats will be usable in Fallout 4 and they have been more informative than you would think. Well at least I would think as we are not even over halfway through there and Bethesda has released a new video showing off how these stats will work in Fallout 4 as well as the perks you will be able to purchase to take things above and beyond just a score of one to ten. Now you will be even more prepared for Fallout 4 when it launches on November 10th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...
