Watch The Plots Unfold For Assassin's Creed Syndicate
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin's Creed Syndicate A new story trailer for Assassin's Creed Syndicate has been released and it shows off the main villains that we will be destroying in Assassin's Creed Syndicate Say what you want about the franchise but with each new Assassin's Creed Syndicate video we are being given my excitement level creeps ever higher. Not only is this game taking place in one of my favorite points in history, it is also including some of the famed humans from then. Ubisoft does their homework in that department really well and I can't wait to see what is going on in Assassin's Creed Syndicate on October 23rd. Read More...

Your Butt Theatrics Won't Stop Battleborn's Lothar Rendain
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Battleborn We have our first real look at Battleborn's villain, Lothar Rendain, in the most recent game trailer for Battleborn and he explains how your butt theatrics won't save you Every good story game needs a great villain to overcome. Battleborn isn't a story game but a multiplayer online battle-arena game but it looks like it too is getting a badass villain to help force the badasses of Battleborn focus on why they are shooting it out. Also in what seems to be Gearbox's MO it looks like these "badasses" of Battleborn will be using said asses to add more butt jokes to the overwhelming number that is already in 2K Games' library. They all sure do like their butt jokes… Putting all that behinds us, pun intended, we have a new look at the villain of Battleborn named Lothar Rendain. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of September 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein One of the main voice actors for Wolfenstein: The New Order may have spilled the beans on if we are getting a sequel to Wolfenstein soon If rumors are true it looks like we may be getting a sequel to the smash hit Wolfenstein: The New Order . I know we already had the nice little prequel The Old Blood but it looks like Machine Games might be getting their wish of a sequel and it is already in the works. How is this? Well one of the voice actors from Wolfenstein: The New Order let slip that she is already laying down lines from a script to a sequel we may be seeing in 2017. Read More...

Get To Know Dogmeat From Fallout 4 A Little Better
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of September 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 A new behind the scenes video for Fallout 4 shows a bit more on Dogmeat and how they are bringing him to life in Fallout 4 It is no surprise that one of the characters that people are clamoring for in Fallout 4 is Dogmeat. The animals in video games usually get that kind of attention as we are generally okay with the mass murder of humans in video games but not animals as we enjoy them as companions. Bethesda knows this. We know this. Read More...

Hitman Misses The Original Mark In Terms Of Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Hitman Hitman has been delayed until March of 2016 but it is stated that this is so Hitman can launch with more content than originally planned Well it looks like this is one contract that Agent 47 was not able to close on time as Hitman has been hit with the delayed stamp. It looks like Io Interactive has made up their mind to push the PS4, Xbox One, and PC release of Hitman out until March of 2016 sometime. All of this in the guise of wanting to add more content to Hitman's full release and not just rely on being able to update and add on as the life cycle of the next Hitman plays out. That was of course the idea when it still had its December release date that Square Enix had already written in semi-stone. Read More...

Allison Road Creeps Ever Closer To A Real Thing
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Allison Road Allison Road has moved on from being a small demo project and is now looking for funding to make Allison Road the game/experience that fans have been looking for It looks like Allison Road is on its way to becoming a full title for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One as Lilith Ltd is now looking to crowd fund the game through Kickstarter. Pretty much the traditional rout for smaller teams to get funded but in the case of Allison Road it will most likely be the best case scenario given all of the fan support and requests as it looks like this is going to be as close to the famed P.T. SOMA's Story To Ask Us All What It Is To Be Human
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
The story trailer for SOMA has been released and it gives a bit more insight into the philosophical questions that SOMA will be raising Up until now I have been trying to make heads and tails of what SOMA's overall story will be about. The game launches next week on September 22nd for the PC and PS4 so it seems like it would be high time for Frictional Games to delve into the weirdness that they are known to create. SOMA has definitely shown that freak flag since its very first teaser trailer and now the culmination is here. Along with that we also have some more insight into the story we will be experiencing here in SOMA via a nice new story trailer. Read More...

If you are also like me then you have been excited to see how Metal Gear Online is going to play out and expand the The Phantom Pain experience further than it already is. Street Fighter V Is Bringing Karin Kanzuki Back To The Fight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Another character is added to the Street Fighter V roster in the way of Karin Kanzuki so we can add another female fighter to Street Fighter V Look out as we have yet another classic character coming to Street Fighter V in a fully remodeled way. This one being Karin who, until now, has only appeared in Street Fighter Alpha 3 but apparently became so popular among Japanese fans and American fans that Capcom has decided to bring her to the PS4 and PC via Street Fighter V. To go along with that we also have a new trailer for the female fighter to show off what she is bringing to Street Fighter V besides a weird fashion sense for someone who is about to get into a fight. I'd never wear a neckerchief when heading into a street brawl. Read More...

Put Davy Crockett To Shame With Your Perception In Fallout 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of September 2015 - 06:59 PM ]
The next video in Fallout 4's S.P.E.C.I.A.L. video series has been released to show off how Perception will be used in Fallout 4 The second fun video for Fallout 4's S.P.E.C.I.A.L. video series has been released and give us a look into the Perception stat that we will be using to help survive the wastelands in the game. Bethesda gave us a look at Strength last week so Endurance is slated for next week so I am guessing that the assumption made before will ring true here. But this week is all about Perception in Fallout 4 and how that skill will keep you alive and prospering after the world has ended. Read More...

Jack The Ripper Will Be Stalking London In Assassin's Creed Syndicate
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
The famed killer, Jack The Ripper, will be stalking the streets of London in Assassin's Creed Syndicate just as many have already stated they could see happening in the game It should come as no big surprise that Jack the Ripper is now heading to Assassin's Creed Syndicate via DLC. This was something I speculated on way back when Ubisoft first announced Assassin's Creed Syndicate and the Victorian London setting but now we have a full confirmation that Jack will be stalking the London streets on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC via the Season Pass DLC that Assassin's Creed Syndicate already has lined up. Can you really have a game, film, or story set in that era without including Jack the Ripper in it? I don't think so… Details on the Jack the Ripper DLC for Assassin's Creed Syndicate as very sparse at this time as it has only been announced to be in the works during the Tokyo Games Show. Another Resident Evil Spin-Off Is Coming With Umbrella Corps
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
New spin-off title for the Resident Evil franchise, Umbrella Corps, has been announced and is a third-person competitive shooter set in the franchise's universe With all of the other Resident Evil spin-offs and update it is no surprise that the next addition to the franchise is Umbrella Corps and that the game is a third-person, team-based, competitive shooter coming to the PS4 and PC sometime early next year. Wait…you were waiting for a Resident Evil 7 and Umbrella Corps is kind of surprise from Capcom? Well Umbrella Corps is what we are getting in way of a non-remake for the RE franchise so we are going to have to deal and maybe, just maybe, enjoy the game now that we have an announcement and our first real look at the game.
