by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of November 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 A new PC mode for Fallout 4 is out there to help with some of the graphical complaints some users have had for Fallout 4 since before its release Fallout 4 has finally made it out into the world and according to social streams it is dominating everyone's life right now. I am sure that Bethesda is beside themselves with joy as gamers are running into the wastelands of Fallout 4 and ignoring their real life needs. Even if some of them have complained about the visuals of the game there are still losing hours on end. Thankfully though for the PC folks who have issues with some of Fallout 4's visuals there is a mod out there already that claims to solve some of these issues. Read More...

Spyjinx Announced From Those Who Brought Us Infinity Blade & Star Wars
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of November 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Spyjinx A new game titled Spyjinx has been announced from the people who brought us Infinity Blade, Star Wars, and Star Trek. Here's what’s known for Spyjinx As if the film industry wasn't enough, J.J. Abrams and Bad Robot have made the announcement that they are making a game called Spyjinx. Of course they are not making it on their own but teaming up with ChAIR of Infinity Blade fame to do this. Not only that but it looks like Spyjinx is going to be something that is far and away from the traditional game as much as they can get it so that it will stand on its own when it hits the PC and mobile devices sometime next year. Thankfully it is Spyjinx and not a film tie-in for his latest projects right? Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of November 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Minecraft We Sit Down And Review Minecraft: Story Mode — Assembly Required. This Is The Second Episode Of Telltale's Take On Mojang's Famed Franchise. Here's Our Review On How They Did That was a crazy turnaround time for this episode of Minecraft: Story Mode to be released. Usually it takes at least a month or two before Telltale Games is giving us another episode to whet our whistles and this time we all had a nice two week or so turn around. Kudos to them and I hope they keep pushing the Mojang inspired story out to us in the same manner. Until then though we get a nice look at Minecraft: Story Mode — Assembly Required as we dig into our continued review of this episodic franchise. Read More...

Review — Guitar Hero Live
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of November 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Guitar Hero Live We Sit Down And Review Guitar Hero Live. Things Have Been Changed Up Quite A Bit This Time Around To Make The Franchise Feel New; But Does It Pay Off? Here's Our Review Of Guitar Hero Live Looks like the rhythm game is trying to make a comeback and now we have the other main competitor in the way of Guitar Hero Live. This franchise is one of the ones that made the whole genre as popular as it has become over the years, even with its short hiatus, and FreeStyleGames is bringing it back to try and bring new life into the franchise. Not only is it a new game with, technically, new songs but Guitar Hero Live adds in a few new features and mechanics to said genre but do they help or hinder in the long run? Read More...

New Fallout 4 Gameplay Asks If You'll Risk Your Life For Others
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of November 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 The Fallout 4 launch trailer has been released and it is full of little story bits as well as a plethora of new gameplay for Fallout 4 Only a few more days until the big day that Fallout 4 lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. We've all waited patiently, or not-so-patiently, for November 10th to roll around and had to deal with the limited information that Bethesda wanted to hand out to us all. That includes gameplay for Fallout 4 that has been a bit on the sparse side of things. It doesn't matter now though as the release date is almost here and we also have a nice gameplay trailer for Fallout 4 to dig though and see even more before the game lands in our hands. Read More...

Watch Out As The Gorgon Is Scuttling Into Evolve
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of November 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Evolve Another new monster for Evolve has been shown off and now we have a spider-like creature to add to the roster for Evolve We've seen a few of the new hunters coming to Evolve with the Hunting Season 2 DLC sometime before the end of March of 2016. Now is the time to see one of the new monsters and it looks like Turtle Rock Studios is bringing the Gorgon out to play and stalk the wilderness. This isn't your traditional version of the Gorgon of mythology though and this one will be quite different in Evolve. In fact this isn't the snake-like turn you to stone monster but a spider-like creature? Read More...

Wait… it wasn't that long ago and Telltale Games is now bringing us the second episode of Minecraft: Story Mode today. Just Cause 3 Is All Explosions…There's Story Too
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 26th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Just Cause 3 A story trailer for Just Cause 3 has been released to show off that Just Cause 3 isn't all explosive gameplay but has a deeper meaning Seems that Just Cause 3 isn't going to be just a huge explosion-fest of gameplay and nothing else as we have an overarching story as to why we are blowing up the island in the game. Of course it would be daft to think that Avalanche Studios wouldn't be giving us a story in Just Cause 3 but if you thought that we would only be setting the world on fire on December 1st for no reason then you can rest assured that Just Cause 3 will have a point to the madness. Video games can't be all about just madness and explosions can they? Read More...

Time To Get Lucky With Fallout 4's Final S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Video
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 The final video for Fallout 4's S.P.E.C.I.A.L. series has been released and shows off how Luck will play out in Fallout 4 Hopefully when it comes to running and gunning in Fallout 4 we won't have to worry about the luck of the draw and more skill. That would at least be the hope for the gameplay and not just us all hoping to make it through Bethesda's game here. None the less though Luck is the seventh and final attribute we will have in Fallout 4 to survive the wasteland with and now we get look at how that will be employed in the game. Of course it is all wrapped up in the Fallout 4 S. Read More...

Halo 5: Guardians Gameplay Is Already Making It Out To The Public
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Halo 5 With the release of Halo 5: Guardians almost here it looks like some gameplay from the beginning of Halo 5 has made it online for all to see Given that earlier this week we had the launch trailer for Halo 5: Guardians get released to the world and review copies of the game making their way out there it was only a matter of time before we had some real gameplay to see. In fact, and I am hoping that 343 Industries does take them all down, I have a feeling that we are going to get all kinds of Halo 5 videos here in the coming week to help sell the game. Not that the Xbox One needs any help selling Halo to the fans but I am sure that Microsoft will take whatever is offered up. Read More...
