Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It is time to put a fork in the week and all of the news we have had for the various video games out there that we had. San Diego Comic-Con Countdown — One Month Out
by Raymond Bruels [ Tuesday, 28th of June 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
Comic-Con This is a preamble to my San Diego Comic-Con 2022 coverage 2022 marks my first time attending the historic San Diego Comic-Con and I am beyond excited. Being a lifelong fan of comic books, pop culture, and gaming, I have dreamed of attending SDCC for years. Luckily, our Chief Editor is a veteran and has been an invaluable guide through the process. Dreaming of attending and then actually looking at going is vastly different and there are several things to consider should this be your first-year trek. One of the first considerations for SDCC, outside of your ticket, is housing and parking. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/20/22 — 6/24/22
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of June 2022 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The end of the week is here and we will just focus on the video games side of it all and not the horrors that are going on out there in the real world. We will always need these fun escapes from that as we look towards Wanted: Dead, Have A Nice Death, and Evil West to help reality feel a little less difficult. Not to mention ease the wait for A Plague Tale: Requiem to land out there too. Thank the gods for video games so we can kick back between each fit of outrage out there. Read More...

Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week is finally over and we can take one big breath as we wait to see what the next one will hold for all of these video games and updates we had. We were barely even able to cover a small portion of them directly here with us able to get to more for Resident Evil, The Callisto Protocol, and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth among so many more. That is only talking about the video games we had more to update beyond just a basic trailer too. Many of those are still over on our YouTube channel or side of the site for you to see now too. Resident Evil New updates are coming to Resident Evil Village with some new modes and new DLC to expand the Resident Evil Village story just a bit further As if there was not already enough news for Resident Evil Village and the overall IP in general, we have more to drop on you here. It should have been figured after Capcom did a massive dump during various streaming events over the past week but still had their own scheduled too. That was to get one of the bigger drops out there for the new Gold Edition of Resident Evil Village that is on the way to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 28th. A new addition that will house not only the core game but a bundle of content titled the Winters Expansion. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week By the gods, what a week we just had here for all things in the world of video games. Normally this would be when the E3 fun kicks into high gear, so it was to be expected. More so with the announcement that the physical and digital E3 will take place next year for us to see titles like Resident Evil, The Walking Dead, and whatever is coming for the next Call Of Duty. So many video games yet to come and so many we have yet to fully hear about too with so many more events to take place and everything we did not get a chance to cover this week. Read More...

Marvel’s Midnight Suns Are Coming For Us All This October
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 10th of June 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
Midnight Suns The release date for Marvel’s Midnight Suns is now solid with the announcement of a few more foes the Midnight Suns will face After a bit of a delay for Marvel’s Midnight Suns, we are glad to see it back in action and ready to give us a solid release date to look at. A release date that is now set for a timeline I was figuring would have worked out vastly better for the game if it was not for the delays that Firaxis Games had to deal with. Those looking to get Marvel’s Midnight Suns can now mark down October 7th, 2022 on their calendars for when to expect to see the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Switch gamers are going to need to wait a bit longer, sadly, but that is just how the cookie crumbles for this one. Read More...

E3 E3 is currently planned to be back and in-person in 2023 to give fans all of the E3 fun they have missed over the years We are just about to hit the normal time of year where E3 would normally be taking place but since the pandemic shook things up and kept some things uncertain leading up, we have not seen one in-person since 2019. This year will also mark the first time in a while that we have not had anything for the convention even in a digital form. That was something that was done during the pandemic to help keep fans of E3 going and all of the developers/publishers spreading the news of what is coming in the zeitgeist. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with all that we had out there for the various video games over the week.
