So I'm Guessing This Is The PSP 2

Earlier today (1/24/2011) one of the outlets that give out a lot of PlaySation news slipped out an image of what could easily be the PSP 2 through a yfrog account. It has since been pulled down with the image being replaced with a nice "Removed Due To Violation of ToS" image so no one can see it any more. Well you lucked out that I was on the case and was able to snag not only the image but a screen shot of the page which you can see below. Now it is rumored that there will be an announcement for this later in the week, I'd say that this all but confirms it is on the plate for announcement. Read More...

Sackboy is back and he is bringing a team of new characters, features and mini-games for the PS3's answer to Nintendo's Mario. Well Super Mario Bros. if you were then allowed to mod the game and pass out your mod to a huge network of players online. If you have not yet heard of LittleBigPlanet or LittleBigPlanet 2 you have been living a very sheltered life. Story Time With The Helghast Of Killzone 3

So here is further proof that an FPS can have a good story mixed in without the need for multi-player being the selling point. I mean let's face it, Killzone is not the franchise that all you multi-player freaks hop right out to go play. Don't you even try to deny it or swear that you do. DC Universe Online Taking On All New Heroes

So the beta for DCUO came and went. We were lucky enough to be part of that whole experience. Well now the full version of DC Universe Online is ready for you to pick up or download depending on your preferred platform to play. To celebrate that fact, as is usual, there is a new trailer to show off for the game and to help promote it. There is nothing all that new in the clip as it mostly comprises of a mashing together of already seen footage. Sony Now Has An App For That

SCEE has finally let loose the app they announced back in December that will allow PlayStation fans to do pretty much what XBox fans have been doing for a long while now. That is access all their stats, news and talk about all things on their chosen console. Man that took a while to get out there. I totally can't wait to use it to keep up on my friends and trophies. Oh wait… I can't… It is only for people with European accounts. Been Deceived About Uncharted 3? We Got Info For You.

With how the Uncharted franchise boomed and wowed us gamers is it really shocking that a third game is coming? Not at all. Especially since the sequel did something that is relatively not done in entertainment. That is being better than the original. Now it is time to see if Naughty Dog can again out do themselves in making an awesome game. If we are lucky, we might get to see some impressive things during this weekend's Video Game Awards on Spike TV. PSN Is Becoming A Real World Of Warcraft?

I saw this coming since they announced it. Looks like the exclusive, for now, PlayStation Rewards Program is going to start adding "Quests" into the mix of ways to increase to the next tier of rewards. Yep, you will be able to get those awesome yellow question marks off the website or however you are able to check you progress. Then you can perform the task and turn it in for a little more of whatever they are calling XP for this. Creat Studios generated a lot of buzz when it showed its downloadable title, TerRover, at E3 this summer. Then when the demo was dropped exclusively for PlayStation Plus members, excitement for the game was off the charts. The title really says it all here. Below you will find a new set of screen shots from God Of War: Ghost Of Sparta. Some will look similar to things we have seen and already played in the demo. Some are a bit new. But in the end, they really don't do anything to excite like the most recent Back-story Trailer from last week. This makes me kind of sad. Netflix And Sony Just Gave Us Coasters

We can all rejoice! The Netflix app is coming to the PS3 on the 18th of October. That's only a few days from now so use those soon to be obsolete PS3 discs until they no longer spin. Or at least find some new use for them. Maybe some form of artwork like some have done with the AOL disc of the old internet days.
