The Star Trek universe is getting a little dark, with the announcement of the horror title Star Trek: Shadow Frontier
It is time to mark down a title I never thought we would see in the IP, but here we go with Star Trek: Shadow Frontier. Not that I thought this was based on anything before now, but more that we are getting a true horror title in the universe and from Bloober Team, along with Paramount Games. An IP that's always been known to stay closer to the positive and happier side of exploration is now heading into something that seems truly dark out there. Not that any of the episodes, films, or other forms that Star Trek has taken didn't introduce things that could be horrifying, I'm looking at you Borg, they generally tried to stay away from the true horrors of it all.
