Today Valve released downloadable content on both the PC and the Xbox 360.  Called the Survival Pack, the DLC provides new campaign maps for the Versus Mode and an entirely new gameplay option, Survival Mode.  Also included are various patches and fixes to improve the overall gameplay by covering up the glitches and bugs found in the game post-release.  In Versus Mode, teams of players take turns being the survivors trying to escape and the special infected bent on stopping them.  The addition of new campaigns has been widely sought by the community at large.     For all you StarCraft junkies out there, Blizzard has released a second "Battle Report" for your viewing pleasure. In the video you will see Matt Cooper and David Kim facing off as Matt is using the Zerg race and David is using the Terrans race.The video really display the strength and weakness on both races which at one point I thought Matt Cooper was really going to dominate over David Kim, but David really came back and won  the match with updating his techs and forces to turn the tide on Matt Cooper. The new units and upgrades that blizzard released was shown here and to be honest with  you it really tickled me in a way that i cannot wait to try out those new units and abilities.I for one is really itching for this game to come out (when ever that may be) for the PC.
