Many outlets are reporting on the new DLC for Left 4 Dead. Worthplaying has a small, but solid, summary:"The first L4D DLC - dubbed the L4D Survival Pack -- is due for release this spring and introduces a new multiplayer game mode entitled, Survival, plus two complete campaigns for Versus Mode . A Critic's Choice Edition of the game is also heading to retail stores this spring, and will include access to all the content introduced in the L4D: Survival Pack. In addition, for PC gamers and aspiring developers, the first Left 4 Dead release for the Source Software Development Kit (Source SDK) will allow the creation of custom Left 4 Dead campaigns that will be discoverable via L4D's matchmaking system.             With a little under two weeks until the release of Street Fighter IV, Japan’s Famitsu magazine has released details regarding several alternate costume packs that will be available for download. Capcom will release 5 packs, 1 per week, with the first landing on the day of the game’s Japan release date of February 12th. Each pack is priced at 400 yen which is roughly $4.47 USD on the PlayStation Store and 320 Microsoft Points on Marketplace. Read More...

Dead Space Wii Announced So completely out of left field, the guys over at Kotaku found some interesting news about Dead Space. It is slated to get a Wii port sometime in the 3rd quarter of this year. So like around Halloween I would guess. So I guess we'll get to actually move things around with the Kinetic gun with the WiiMote not to far off. I'm not sure if I should be excited for this or not. Resident Evil 5 demo live on PSN today So last week people how have XBox live and a 360 got to have a US taste of Resident Evil 5. If they had not already tried the Japanese version. But the exclusive is now over. The Playstation Blog has just announced that PSN users can now access and download the PS3 version of the demo. So now those who want to truly see the difference between the two versions will get the chance. Mirror's Edge Third-Person View Activated One of the major complaints I've heard about from this game is the fact that you can't play it in any way except first person mode. It is to keep you immersed in the world, but in some instances, it would be nice to have the option to just out to an over the shoulder camera view. Or at least a 3rd person view.
