Looks Like The Monster In Evolve Is Starting To Nest
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
A new gameplay mode for Evolve has been announced called Nest. This is where the hunters need to hunt down the baby monsters while Mama protects them Until now we've seen the one game mode for Evolve called Hunt. To be honest I thought that this was going to be the only mode with just the maps, characters, and tactics changing to keep things feeling fresh. It looks like now we have a nice look at the latest mode announced for Evolve titled Nest. This is a mode where things get straight flipped up-side-down for all involved as the task is to save or destroy half a dozen little monster eggs scattered around the game's map. Read More...

Be Thankful Now, We Have A Game Of Thrones Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Just as it was assumed, we have a release date for Game Of Thrones episode one straight from Telltale Crack open the wine and get ready for the first episode of Telltale's Game Of Thrones title to be released. Some of us have yet to even start munching on American Thanksgiving meals yet and we already have plenty to be thankful for now. Just as I assumed last week we are seeing Iron From Ice for Game Of Thrones during the first week of December. Unlike Tales From The Borderlands it looks like a global release will not be broken up more than we have seen in the past titles and episodes that Telltale puts out for their games. Read More...

Time To Assault Your Eyes In Evolve With Parnell
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
IGN Has Shown Off The New Assault For Evolve Named Parnell And He Brings The Super Soldier Like No One Else Can We have our third Assault for Evolve now named Parnell. I believe that is all of the launching hunters that we will be getting in Evolve this coming February although I am sure that we will get hammered with DLC to keep the game ever evolving. You would be lying to yourself if you didn't think that was going to be the end goal for Evolve. At least the game is fun and the new hunters look like they are going to add well into the mix so maybe that will be forgivable as we get hammered more on the PS4, XB1, and PC for game superiority. Turtle Rock Studios and 2K Games want you to help Name That Monster for Evolve's next big hulking mass of death and destruction We are getting some updates for Evolve pretty steadily here as of late. We still have no clue or word on what the third monster we are going to be getting when Evolve launches in February for the PS4, XB1, and PC. We do on the other hand have a clue as to what we are going to be getting for the fourth monster. You know, the monster you will be getting as DLC if you pre-order Evolve well in advance. New Batman: Arkham Knight Gameplay For The Watching
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
A truncated version of the E3 Batman: Arkham Knight demo has been released to show the world how bad-ass Batman is going to be You've been waiting for some new Batman: Arkham Knight footage and it looks like Rocksteady and Warner Bros. are ready to oblige you with that want. We have some "new" gameplay for Batman: Arkham Knight just a bit below and it is… nothing all too new except for those who have yet to make it to a trade show or major convention. While the footage is quite cool and shows off Arkham Knight rather well, don't read into all the hype that everyone else is placing on it as it isn't anything too new for most. Then again, I am looking at this as someone who has been neck deep in all of the gameplay and news that has come out for Batman: Arkham Knight since we first received the announcement. Read More...

And Our Game Awards Nominees Are…
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
The nominees for The Game Awards have been announced and some are still open for YOU to vote on Love the idea or hate it but The Game Awards are coming here in a few weeks and the nominees and categories have been announced. Some of these were done yesterday via Geoff Keighley and the organization's official Twitch account. The bulk of them were released directly on The Game Awards website. A site that kind of makes things a bit difficult to get all the information you want in one quick and easy way so I've taken it upon myself to give the quick and easy way to look at all the games, developers, and performers that will be up to win whatever prize or trophy The Game Awards is offering up. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
The first teaser trailer for Game Of Thrones from Telltale has been released and confirms a few things that have been in question to date We now have an official teaser trailer for Game Of Thrones' first episode, Iron From Ice, and it pretty much confirms all of those 'leaked' screenshots from earlier were for the episode and the game from Telltale. Now we just have to wait patiently for the official release announcement so we can boot up Game Of Thrones on our PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and/or PC. It should still be sometime next month if Telltale is to keep their word on the first episode releasing before the end of this year. Read More...

Review: Adventure Time: The Secret Of The Nameless Kingdom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Adventure Time: The Secret Of The Nameless Kingdom. Does It do the franchise justice or is it another cash in for the kids who love this stuff? None the less here is our review What time is it?! It's Adventure Time… well at least it's time for us to review Adventure Time: The Secret Of The Nameless Kingdom. Of course this would be the latest installment for the franchise in video game form from WayForward Technologies and Little Orbit for the PS3, PS Vita, Xbox 360, 3DS, and PC. The first time I believe an Adventure Time title has been on these specific platforms and the 3DS but that's another issue. Read More...

New Batman: Arkham City Easter Egg Three Years In The Waiting
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 18th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Another hidden Batman: Arkham City Easter Egg from Calendar Man has been solved by some eagle eyed and brilliant fan of the franchise If you though that you have 100% completely found all the hidden secrets of Batman: Arkham City or just found everything then you are going to be in for a shock. It looks like there is a new Easter Egg from Calendar Man that pretty much everyone has missed up until RockSteady Games began posting hints and clues to something missed. It only took three years now but it looks like there is a 13th conversation from the villain outside of what was required to get the Trophy/Achievement for talking to the character over the course of the year. For those who may not know, during Batman: Arkham City on specific real world dates the villain Calendar Man said something new around the events or holiday involved for the date. Read More...

IGN Has Shown Off The New Medic For Evolve Named Caira And She Can Heal You While Blowing You Up We still have not heard Hyde nor hair of a new monster yet for Evolve but I think that is going to come after we get through all the new hunters for the game. We are down to one more, maybe, as we have our new Medic for the game named Caira. That leaves one more Assault and then hopefully a new monster. Of course these are all the hunter characters that we should have when Evolve launches next year (2/10/15) on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

New Game Of Thrones Screenshots Have Leaked Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Time to crack open some wine and have a gander at the 'leaked' Game Of Thrones screenshots from Telltale Games' upcoming rendition of the franchise Just like Star Trek fans all of those Game Of Thrones fans are just as rabid and trying to find any little extra they can when the franchise has something else coming out. In this case it looks like someone found some great Game Of Thrones screenshots for the upcoming title that Telltale Games is working on for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and Mac. Up until now we've had very sly teases from the developer as to what we could expect from the game but nothing all too concrete or as to the style that we could expect to see Game Of Thrones take.
