More Of The Doctor Is Coming With Doctor Who: The Edge Of Reality
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Doctor Who A new video game in the Doctor Who universe is coming with the announcement of Doctor Who: The Edge Of Reality There is another big title coming in for the Doctor Who franchise after the big VR title that was released a bit further back. Not just a new title but also a follow up to that one from Maze Theory that will continue it all forward. Seems a bit odd as that one was a VR-only title and this one will be a PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC title, but it is what it is. We just now get to look forward to Doctor Who: The Edge Of Reality to carry it all on and expand upon it all. Read More...

It has been one long journey since it was announced and we saw its first launch on the PC and then PS4. Why there was a long wait for this from Bithell Games, I am not sure. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Sure, there we a few things here and there but no massive delays and a whole lot of set release dates for various titles now. We now know when Outriders is coming and that we will see The Medium before the end of the year. That and a nice new look at Watch Dogs: Legion to hold us over until it launches. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Amnesia A new story trailer for Amnesia: Rebirth is here to tell us more and give us a bit more of the world of Amnesia to frighten us We had a nice new look at Amnesia: Rebirth last week with some gameplay and now we are back with a bit more on the story we are going to get to experience here. Something we have been able to guess at for a while now with the bits we have had and the WWII setting we have seen from Frictional Games thus far. Given that we only have a few more weeks until Amnesia: Rebirth hits us on October 20th, I know I will take everything that I can for the game. It is shaping up to look like a solid new entry into the horror genre here and just in time for the holiday we can celebrate here. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
The Medium The Medium has its release date set for this December so many out there will be able to experience The Medium and horrors Here we go with one more big release date announcement and this one for The Medium here for the Xbox Series X and PC. While it would have been perfect to drop this one for Halloween, it makes sense to know it would not make that given the platform options Bloober Team is giving for the game. Thankfully, this does mean that we will have another title on the new system before the end of the year. All because The Medium is now set to release on December 10th for us to split worlds and try to take down The Maw. Read More...

Little Hope New developer diaries are here for The Dark Pictures: Little Hope to show how the motion capture team is bringing Little Hope further to life October 30th is just around the corner at this point and we will get to kick back with some friend, maybe, and give The Dark Pictures: Little Hope a nice little playthrough on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Sure, we do not need to be in the same location to give that a try but that is what the Movie Night function is for here. That is not why we are here, though, as we have more to look at on how Supermassive Games is crafting this fun narrative and some of the technology going into it. Read More...

Crash Bandicoot We sit down and review Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time. The famed platformer is back & bringing friends. Here is our review of Crash Bandicoot 4 The title says it all as it is about time that we had a new Crash Bandicoot game out there and not just another remake or remasters as Toys For Bob could have done. Instead, we got the fourth numbered one here for the PS4 and Xbox One to bring us all back into the franchise or introduce new gamers to it. Yes, we know there have been many in between now and then but this one actually has the number four with it. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just like every other week here in 2020, it has been one hells of a week for everything with all of the video games included too. It was not as dramatic as other events in the world, but we had some great looks at all of the fun distractions we will have out there instead. Even if we have to wait a bit for Black Ops Cold War, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Cyberpunk 2077. It could be worse than the short month or so we have but that is why we get those free video games as we do for the Xbox One and PS4 next week. Read More...
