by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of December 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Endzone A new update for Endzone: A World Apart offers up new ways to use and herd animals out in the Endzone wastelands The ninth update for Endzone: A World Apart is out there as the Early Access rages on, and this one is looking to offer up some interesting twists to the wildlife out there. Well, more different ways to utilize them that goes a bit beyond just hunting and killing them in the wilds to help feed the people in the settlements. It would seem that we wanted more out of Endzone when virtually surviving and now we have an update that will allow us to herd and cultivate more from these animals. Yes, we are getting livestock and other new things for us to work with to survive the harsh new world. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of December 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
King Arthur The recently funded King Arthur: Knight’s Tale will be bringing all of us an Early Access version of King Arthur: Knight’s Tale in January The wait to give King Arthur: Knight’s Tale a play may have become a bit shorter, as it looks like we are now getting an Early Access for the PC version of the game. After making it through the rounds of the crowdfunding options, NeocoreGames is bringing this tactical RPG to some of the gaming population as early as January 12th of next year. Obviously, we are going to have to wait to see how King Arthur: Knight’s Tale plays and runs on the PS5 and Xbox Series X until much later, but there will be an option for those looking to give the game a shot. Review — Amnesia: Rebirth
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 30th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Amnesia We sit down and review Amnesia: Rebirth. Another dive into the horrors of the walking sim IP. Here is our review of Amnesia: Rebirth If you were looking for some more frights to have in general, then you might have had an eye on Amnesia: Rebirth and if you should add it to the smaller list of those titles around this time of year. Sure, this one from Frictional Games may have come out just a bit ago, but that does not mean that we cannot carry the horror on just a bit longer on the PS4 and PC. The PS5 is in that list if you want to play Amnesia: Rebirth through the backward compatibility functions too. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 28th of November 2020 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This week did not go exactly as expected for all of those video games out there. Well, at least as we expected over here where we assumed it would be rather quiet given the holidays that were going on throughout. That is not to say that we did not get some great updates for various video games out there yet again. Cyberpunk 2077 is still coming in a few weeks and we have more to spoil there, we also had some new skins for Mortal Kombat 11 and gameplay for Evil Genius 2 with a little more fun with Hitman 3. Space Is Getting Even Darker With The Announcement For CryoSpace
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of November 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
CryoSpace The announcement for CryoSpace is out there to bring us a new and dark game to experience as we try to survive what CryoSpace will throw at us Space is already a dark place and now we can see how things can go darker with the announcement for CryoSpace. This is a new title coming to us from Kuklam Studios and Games Operators for the PC in 2022 that will take us down that path. All in the way of a new survival style game where we are on a spaceship sent out to colonize a different planet. Unfortunately, and the reason CryoSpace is more of a game than a story, things have gone wrong and you and a few others are brought out of cryosleep to find something has gone horribly wrong. The Threats Are Growing In The Worlds Of The Medium
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of November 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Medium A new character for The Medium is shown off here while we get a look outside of the Niwa Hotel for the first time in The Medium So far in The Medium we have seen the dual-world gameplay play out in a rundown hotel or the alternate world version of that location. Until now, it was thought that was going to be the only main location that Bloober Team was going to have for us in this game. Now, we have a new trailer for The Medium that not only shows us a place outside of all of that but some new threats in the world that we will have to navigate and survive out there. Something that looks to be an issue in the real world and something that looks to be a bigger threat on the other side of the shroud. Read More...

For those that may have forgotten, this is a rhythm shooter that will have us blasting our way through Hell to the beat of some heavy and dark metal. The name Metal: Hellsinger kind of alludes to all of that, but it is nice to have a bit of a recap here to get us back in the mindset. Something looks to be going insanely well based on the latest song and music video we have for the game here. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 21st of November 2020 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week By the gods, this was a busy week for us here even if the news felt a little light for all of those video games out there. We did kind of have a focus on Cyberpunk 2077 while being reminded we should have been playing the game right now. Thankfully, we had many other video games to play, and thus review, on the site by the way of Ghostrunner, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Some heavy hitters out there with so many more to come in the following weeks. Read More...

Review — Spider-Man: Miles Morales
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Spider-Man We sit down and review Spider-Man: Miles Morales. The next big story in the Spider-Verse lore. Here is our review of Spider-Man: Miles Morales There is no doubt that Spider-Man: Miles Morales was on everyone's list for this year as it helps to bridge the jump from PS4 to PS5 as well as give us part of the story many wanted after the big game from before. While not a sequel from Insomniac Games, it is an expansion that can be played on its own but you really do get the benefits of playing the last Spider-Man title too. That all said, it is time for us to dig into how this game does in the grand scheme of things and if it is worth paying the price now or waiting down the line until you too can get it on the PS5. by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 18th of November 2020 - 08:00 PM ]

That would be this Friday for those without a calendar in front of them right now and had a lapse in memory. I am sure that if you have been looking forward to Hyrule Warriors here that you most likely did not forget this, but it is always nice to have a reminder out there. It is also nice to get the reminder as that also means we get a new trailer to look at for the game to try to dig through and see what will be in store for us in the game. Read More...

A New Multiverse Of Madness Is Coming With Flow Weaver VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of November 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Flow Weaver Step back into the VR worlds with Flow Weaver VR getting some new gameplay so you can feel how Flow Weaver VR will dominate your rooms It has been a while since we went all in on a VR title and here we go with Flow Weaver VR. The name is a little misleading for the game but maybe that is what Stitch Media is going for with it to give us the idea of flowing between dimensions to solve some new puzzles. That is the short version of what is going on here for Flow Weaver VR, but it does look like there will be much more when it finally hits the Oculus in 2021. I guess it is also good that we have some gameplay to look at here to better explain how all of this will flow and then most likely look here soon. Read More...

Review — Ghostrunner
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Ghostrunner We sit down and review Ghostrunner. A new platforming and parkour title in the realm of the Cyberpunk style. Here is our review of Ghostrunner There are many titles coming out here in the cyberpunk style or genre, and here we go with another one called Ghostrunner to experience. It is not an RPG, RTS, or Hacking style game but a new one that takes us into a cyberpunk world from One More Level and a parkour-platforming title that has a lot of the "live-die-repeat" mixed in. All while getting to run around as a cyber ninja in a fantastical world where we bring a sword to a gunfight. Sit down and get ready, as here we go with our review for Ghostrunner in its current state and place in the world. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 14th of November 2020 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was the week so many gamers out there were waiting for and not just for the video games to hit. This was the PS5 and Xbox Series X launch week, which also did bring us a whole lot of video games too. We no longer have to watch videos for Spider-Man: Miles Morales or Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and can play them if we so choose. It will give us something as we wait for Immortals Fenyx Rising and House Of Ashes to wrap up development and get out there to us. Read More...

The Koi Are Out In Force In The Next Update For Grounded
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Grounded A new update for Grounded is out there and it will be adding a massive Koi pond to Grounded among other updates The updates keep flowing out there into the world of Grounded and this time we have a new one that will add in a Koi Pond for us to navigate and explore. I mean, the title here kind of gives all of that away but it needed to be said here before we go into the little extras that Obsidian Entertainment gave with that announcement. It is sure to be something that gamers on the Xbox One and PC will be glad to see if there are giving Grounded a go right now and want something extra to explore. Especially since we are going to be getting gear that lets us go underwater for a bit. Read More...
