Night Book The release date for Night Book is now set down with Night Book hitting us all before the end of this July It was first teased during this year's E3 and there was no release in site at all, but here we are with the announcement that Night Book will be hitting us in July. That is this month for those following along and while there are many days in it, Wales Interactive has set it down to give us the date of July 27th for when it will be hitting us on all of those platforms out there. That is quite an impressive turnaround from the announcement to the launch for Night Book, and it could pay off extremely well. Malice A new demo for Malice is here to show off how this version of Malice will be carrying the IP forward a bit more It is time to add a little more Malice into your life as of right now. Not in a way that is filled with hate and anger, but in a way that will have you playing the upcoming title from Eldritch Game Studio for the PC. All to bring us back into the escape room style of video game to have us solve some puzzles and get out the sticky situation we find ourselves in within this title. MADiSON Psychological horror title MADiSON has been announced and with it, it looks like MADiSON will have us doing some dark and horrible things The horrors keep coming, as we have an announcement for another title in the PC mix by the way of MADiSON. This would be a new psychological horror title coming out of the minds over at Nosebleed Games for us to partake in and it looks like it will be hitting many of the more recent notes that our horror games have been hitting. Things like walking alone in a dark house, having many different jump scares, and the inevitable creature in the darkness that will show up when we do not want it to. Gollum The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum has a little more to see with some hype around how Gollum will encounter things we have never seen before The tease we had last week for The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum has finally paid off and we have a little more to look at for the game. We still have to wait until 2022 to get to play it, sure, but that does not mean that Daedalic Entertainment did not give us some things to take in to get hyped about. We have seen things that have shown it off to be a solid stealth game in this universe, which is further driven home here, but there is also talk about some parkour mixed in to it all as well. Kingdom Of The Dead A new retro FPS, Kingdom Of The Dead, is coming and it looks like Kingdom Of The Dead will play with some lights to give us some old fun There is certainly a run on "retro" style video games as of late as we add another to the list with Kingdom Of The Dead. Retro in the way that the teams are opting to go with the lower-end visuals and styles to bring us a new game and then hopefully focus on the gameplay mechanics a bit more. That is the hope once again with this new title as we have from Dirigo Games that looks the part. Paint The Town Red The final release for Paint The Town Red is now set down for when Paint The Town Red will leave the Early Access phase It has been a long time coming and now we will be seeing Paint The Town Red hit a full release on us all here this month. It has been in an Early Access form for quite some time now and South East Games is ready to drop the full version of the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC on July 29th now. Dreamscaper The release date has shifted for Dreamscaper to offer us all a way to get in on Dreamscaper just a bit sooner It is always a weird thing to see but it is good news when a game's release date is shifted and bringing it to us sooner, which is the case for Dreamscaper that we have here. Originally, it was looking like Afterburner Studios was ready to drop it on the PC and Switch on August 12th, but now we are going to be seeing it on August 5th now. Tartarus A new horror title, The Tartarus Key, is announced with us needing to escape the various locations in The Tartarus Key Some of out there are looking for the next best visuals when it comes to our horror games, and then there are some that pine for the good old days that The Tartarus Key will be aiming to take us back to. That would be the latest title announced from Vertical Reach recently that will be hitting the PC next year but still give us that feeling of going back to some of the retro style of things some grew up with. My guess is that along with Armor Games Studios, that will be the goal they have and seem to be doing a fairly decent job with based on what little we now have for The Tartarus Key. Read More...

Gamedec Have a look at how Gamedec will have a host of branching narratives driven by almost any action within Gamedec In an RPG like we are getting with Gamedec, one could expect it to have a very linear story we will follow down with a few different bits of dialog to share so we can feel like we are in that role. Could being the key word there as that is not the case here for the game and Anshar Studios wants us all to know it. In fact, they have taken to a whole new video for Gamedec to help explain to us how many different narrative paths we can go down in the game and the various ways we can manipulate it all once September 16th rolls on up and we are able to play it on our PC. Grime The release date for Grime is set for this August and we have a bit more gameplay for Grime to take in August is filling up with more video game releases and now we can add Grime to that list of title we will see on our PC during that month. If you are not sure what this game is, it is the latest coming from Clover Bite and Akupara Games that will take us on another action-adventure RPG experience. All with some interesting mutating weapons and other creatures in the world that will be trying to stop us along the way. Pathfinder A new developer diary for Pathfinder: Wrath Of The Righteous offers a look at how Drezen is built and preps us for this Pathfinder to hit the consoles It looks as if our assumptions were correct and we will be seeing Pathfinder: Wrath Of The Righteous hitting the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X at some point after it launches on the PC. It is still poised for its initial release date for September 2nd of this year, so expect Owlcat Games to have it ready to hit the consoles sometime after that.
