Spider-Man: Miles Morales Takes On His First Boss Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Miles Morales The first boss fight for Spider-Man: Miles Morales is shown off with Miles Morales taking on a villain we barely saw before now It should be easy to assume we would see some of the past villains making their way back into Spider-Man: Miles Morales when it hits the PS4 and PS5 next month. Both titles from Insomniac Games are linked and carry the same story so it would be weird if none of that actually happened. That is why it is not too shocking to see the first villain we will be facing in Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be one that was taken care of rather quickly in the previous title. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/21/20 — 9/25/20
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of September 2020 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This really did feel like a lighter week for video games but still a fun one indeed. That could be due to the fact that the TGS is going on right now and everyone was holding their big announcements and showings until then. I mean, Resident Evil Village had something but not to the level some expected. Then there were some of the smaller titles like Ghostrunner and Twin Mirror that head their time to shine this week. Spider-Man: Miles Morales Is Swinging In With Some New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Spider-Man New gameplay for Spider-Man: Miles Morales is here along with some other interesting tidbits for this Spider-Man outing As was to be expected during the big PS5 reveal, we have a whole lot of new gameplay for Spider-Man: Miles Morales before it lands on November 12th with the new console. That is not to say that it was not spectacular to look at, but just as we expected over here from Insomniac Games which did not disappoint. Before we dig into that, though, it looks like there is a bit more to all of this too as Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be available on the PS4 as well and there will be an Ultimate Launch edition of the game that will house the last title in the line all upgraded for the new console and with all the DLC mixed in. Hitman 3’s VR Support Is Much More Than Just A New View
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Hitman A new developer diary for Hitman 3 is here to highlight more for the Hitman VR we are going to get with the launch There was a huge bit of news when it was announced that Hitman 3 was going to bring the whole thing into a VR space. We had a little bit of gameplay there and IO Interactive said we would see a bit more in the future. Now is the future and here we are with a new developer diary for Hitman 3 that focuses on the VR aspect of it all. Something that is a huge drive for me to head back into the World of Assassination besides just the basic gameplay in the franchise. Read More...

Hitman 3 Is Going To Bring The Whole Thing Into VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Hitman Hitman 3 is going into VR with it bring all of the new and old locations from this version of the Hitman franchise into the mix If you were not able to catch the big PlayStation State Of Play event yesterday, then you may have missed out on an interesting announcement for Hitman 3. We did not get much in the way of new locations or changes up for the IP from IO Interactive but the announcement that we will have the option to play it all in PSVR. Yeah, we will be able to pull off all of those over-the-top kills in Hitman 3 from the true perspective of Agent 47 and feel the garroting wire wrapping around our victim's throats. Well, at least as much as we can in VR given the limitations the hardware still faces here. Read More...

Review — Destroy All Humans!
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Destroy All Humans We sit down and review Destroy All Humans!. The invasion is happening again with a new remaster. Here is our review of Destroy All Humans! Just about fifteen years ago we were all introduced to a little title called Destroy All Humans! For the time it was an okay game and it caught the eyes of many. Some of those that it caught the eyes of had to be some of the decision-makers over at Black Forest Games and THQ Nordic, as we are back with it again here in 2020. Not in the way of another sequel or spin-off, but a full remake of the original Destroy All Humans! Read More...

I know I am excited to relive all of this and now it looks like there is something more to enjoy here in Destroy All Humans! Meet The Warlord Armquist In Union Town For Destroy All Humans!
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Destroy All Humans More gameplay for Destroy All Humans! is here to give us a new look at powers and big enemies we will face in Destroy All Humans! The massive gameplay drop for Destroy All Humans! continues, as we have a few more short clips that show off a bit more of what we will be doing in the game. Nothing along the lines of half an hour gameplay or anything, but something short and sweet to get us further into the mindset of the Furons coming to destroy it all. That and the humans that Black Forest Games have put back together for us to have someone to kill in Destroy All Humans! Read More...

Find Out What Happened To Crypto-136 At Area 42 In Destroy All Humans!
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Destroy All Humans More gameplay for Destroy All Humans! is here to show us one more of the many areas we will be taking on in Destroy All Humans! soon It seems that now that we are in the launch month for Destroy All Humans!, we are seeing a whole lot more to the game than ever. It would have been nice to see it all before now to better hype up the game but I guess that Black Forest Games was holding on to it all until it was near completion. None of which changes the fact that we have one more location to look at in Destroy All Humans! before July 28th to give us a feel for the world we will be destroying on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Celebrate Your Dependence Day A Little Early With Destroy All Humans!
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Destroy All Humans One more trailer for Destroy All Humans! is here this week to give us a feeling on how we will destroy the capital within Destroy All Humans! Things are starting to pick up as we get closer to the release for Destroy All Humans!, as we are back with one more trailer this week. More of a fun and silly one to fit the style of the game, but still something to show off more than we have had over the past year since Black Forest Games showed us they were doing it. I will not turn down gameplay when we get it. Read More...

Take A New Hand-Painted Adventure Soon With Creaks
by Julia Schoebel [ Wednesday, 1st of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Creaks New gameplay is here for Creaks for those looking to have a new puzzle game with a nice hand-painted feel with all of the Creaks we could imagine There is a trend going on right now with the announcement of independent titles now, and we have a new look at another from Amanita Design by the way of Creaks. This is one that has seemed to fly under the radar for many out there but it has been highlighted as of late to get more eyes on the game. Maybe it is because it is an indie title or maybe it is because this is the first time we have some new gameplay to look at for it. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/22/20 — 6/26/20
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of June 2020 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week What another exciting week we all had with our little distractions we call video games here. Something that seems to be more and more needed out there with the growing stupidity of the human race. Not to go down that path and detract from things, we did get to see something more for Biomutant and Cyberpunk 2077 here. As well as great updates for other video games like Marvel’s Avengers and Marvel’s Iron Man VR. Read More...
