Assassin's Creed Syndicate A few more fly-by videos for Assassin's Creed Syndicate have made their way online along with some new Assassin's Creed Syndicate gameplay just before launch Assassin's Creed Syndicate is out this Friday, October 23rd, for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC but that doesn't mean we need to wait until then to get more to look at for the game. Overwatch The Overwatch closed beta has now been dated and the process that players will be able to help shape Overwatch has been detailed out a bit more We've seen all the heroes and villains of Overwatch in action and now it is time to play them and help tweak them with the announced beta for the game. There had been no date set by Blizzard for said beta up until now. But that was then and this is now so we can all look forward to playing in the Overwatch beta here as early as October 27th on our PCs. Read More...

Black Ops 3 A new cybercore trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 shows off the new abilities we will be getting in the Martial tree for Black Ops 3 Here we go with another branch of the Cybercore abilities for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 and this time the focus is on the Martial branch. This would be the new melee or general attacking abilities that Treyarch has set up for Black Ops 3 from the looks of it as almost all of them are linked into that and whatever armor/exo suit you may be wearing. Allison Road It was announced today that the Kickstarter for Allison Road has been canceled but it is due to the fact that Allison Road will now have a publisher behind it It is usually never a good thing when we are talking cancelation in the video game industry but in the case of Allison Road it looks to be a good thing. The game hasn't been canceled and Lilith Ltd is still working on it but the Kickstarter campaign for Allison Road has been shut down. Black Ops 3 A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's zombie mode has been released and it gives us all a little more into the dark pasts of these new characters for the Black Ops 3 mode With each new bit for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's new Zombie mode it is still a bit jarring to me to see that the mode is not fully following the same path as all of the other iterations of it. Each before Black Ops 3 was generally set in the era of the core campaign or the core multiplayer area for the game. Treyarch doesn't look to be doing that here as, well as we've seen before, Black Ops 3's zombies will be set in the past of sorts and not in the future-ish setting that we already know is coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC here on November 6th. Guitar Hero Live Twelve more tracks have been added to Guitar Hero Live and while not all classics songs they are coming to Guitar Hero Live from past titles in the franchise Time to make the track list for Guitar Hero Live a not so round number of 121 now as we have twelve more tracks to add to the list today. Quite a hefty starting catalog for FreeStyleGames to get in there and I'll take it. Black Ops 3 A new video for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 shows off the Cybercore abilities in the Chaos tree just so we can see how we will be taking enemies out in Black Ops 3 We all know one of the themes in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 is the cyber-modifications that our protagonists and their antagonist will have gone through or continue to go through in the game. Treyarch has been very forthcoming with all of that as part of the theme for Black Ops 3. We've seen some of these enhancements used in the past but with the most recent video that Activision has let loose on the world we get a better feel for all of the new abilities we will get in Black Ops 3 here. Far Cry Primal In the wake of 'leaks' it looks like Far Cry Primal has been announced officially and we have the first trailer and details for Far Cry Primal It's funny to think that at the beginning of the year there was a rumor that Far Cry Primal could be a real thing based on a survey that Ubisoft placed out there for fans. Flash forward nine months and now we have Far Cry Primal which is what I would be calling the Far Cry 5: Jurassic that was spoken of before. Call Of Duty We've seen how deep the story of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 may be but in the latest developer breakdown it looks deeper than any Call Of Duty to date We've seen the story trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 already and have had some time to digest it and get a feel for where Treyarch is going to be taking us into the future. It looks dark, depressing, filled with trickery, and just about what we have come to expect in a Call Of Duty title thus far. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games It's always a great week in video games when you get to use a phrase like "butt theatrics" because it is used in a video game. It is also a good week here when you get to see a whole butt-load of Fallout 4 and Rise Of The Tomb Raider news hit the web. To go one step further it is another great week in video games when we were able to get out our review for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and sing all of the praises that we had for the game as it ate away at our time here.
