Allison Road Creeps Ever Closer To A Real Thing
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Allison Road Allison Road has moved on from being a small demo project and is now looking for funding to make Allison Road the game/experience that fans have been looking for It looks like Allison Road is on its way to becoming a full title for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One as Lilith Ltd is now looking to crowd fund the game through Kickstarter. Pretty much the traditional rout for smaller teams to get funded but in the case of Allison Road it will most likely be the best case scenario given all of the fan support and requests as it looks like this is going to be as close to the famed P.T. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Is The Title You Didn't Know You Wanted
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of September 2015 - 08:59 PM ]
During the Tokyo Game Show Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 has been announced so those looking for a bridge for Kingdom Hearts 3 will have all of their prequel needs met It looks like we may have been a bit ahead of ourselves last week when we spoke of Kingdom Hearts 2.9 as during the Tokyo Game Show we just had Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 announced and on its way to the PS4. It does seem like a minor alteration to what was spoken of before but it looks like Square Enix is making sure that even more of us have the full-ish story just before Kingdom Hearts III hits shelves on the PS4 and Xbox One. Jack The Ripper Will Be Stalking London In Assassin's Creed Syndicate
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
The famed killer, Jack The Ripper, will be stalking the streets of London in Assassin's Creed Syndicate just as many have already stated they could see happening in the game It should come as no big surprise that Jack the Ripper is now heading to Assassin's Creed Syndicate via DLC. This was something I speculated on way back when Ubisoft first announced Assassin's Creed Syndicate and the Victorian London setting but now we have a full confirmation that Jack will be stalking the London streets on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC via the Season Pass DLC that Assassin's Creed Syndicate already has lined up. Can you really have a game, film, or story set in that era without including Jack the Ripper in it? I don't think so… Details on the Jack the Ripper DLC for Assassin's Creed Syndicate as very sparse at this time as it has only been announced to be in the works during the Tokyo Games Show. It looks like Avenged Sevenfold is getting another crack with an Activision title here as we will get to play the three song long set here in FreeStyleGames' title in way of a live concert. For those who don't know Guitar Hero Live's Premium Shows are special "shows" that will unlock during your gameplay and completing various in-game challenges. Read More...

Ten More Guitar Hero Live Tracks Have Been Revealed To Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of September 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
There have been ten more tracks added to the ever growing list of Guitar Hero Live songs that will be playable when Guitar Hero Live officially launches There is still over a month before Guitar Hero Live hits homes around the world. October 20th will creep up on us like a bad burrito and we'll be jamming out to all the songs that FreeStyleGames could cram into Guitar Hero Live's disc. Of course this will be expanded based on all of the other options Activision is forcing into Guitar Hero Live to make sure we have a well-rounded set list of songs but we'll focus completely on the disc list as that will be available for all who purchase Guitar Hero Live no matter what. At least that is the hope… With that said it looks like we have ten more tracks added into the list here for Guitar Hero Live. Read More...

Here's The London Of Assassin's Creed Syndicate For You
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of September 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new gameplay video for Assassin's Creed Syndicate has been released and it shows off the well-crafted version of London we will experience in Assassin's Creed Syndicate You've been living under a rock if you didn't know that Assassin's Creed Syndicate was taking place in London until now. Maybe you have and maybe you haven't. That doesn't change the fact that we are getting a nice, new look at the London that Ubisoft has crafted for us in Assassin's Creed Syndicate. I'm not talking about just the "murder" locations that we've seen already in past gameplay but all of the living and breathing NPCs of Assassin's Creed Syndicate that will populate this London. The Merc' With The Mouth, Deadpool, Is Hitting Next Gen Systems
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
It has been announced that Deadpool will be making the leap from the PS3 and 360 to the PS4 and Xbox One this November bringing all of the Deadpool goodness with him Talk about a "remaster" of sorts coming out of nowhere as Deadpool is coming to the PS4 and Xbox One almost two years after it hit the PS3 and Xbox 360. This would be the High Moon Studios game that came out in 2013 that also had a lot of mixed reviews based on the titular character Deadpool. I am sure that Activision isn't doing this because of the most likely success of the Marvel franchise recently and the new film on the way. Read More...

Rise Of The Tomb Raider's Collector's Edition Has Been Detailed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
The collector's edition for Rise Of The Tomb Raider has been revealed and it is pretty standard in the ways of collector’s editions goes Surprise, surprise. It looks like Rise Of The Tomb Raider is getting a Collector's Edition version of the game. Okay. Not really that big of a surprise here but up until now there has been no word from Square Enix on if there was going to be one or not. Hells, Crystal Dynamics has been pretty quiet on the whole thing but I am sure that is due to them trying to make Rise Of The Tomb Raider the game we want and need and not just a bland addition to the franchise. That is at least what I would like to think as it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside to think that as I'll most likely have another year to sit and wait for Rise Of The Tomb Raider to move from the Xbox 360 and Xbox One over to the PC and PS4. Darwin & Dickens Will Have Larger Roles In Assassin's Creed Syndicate
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new video for Assassin's Creed Syndicate has been released that shows off Charles Darwin and Charles Dickens as well as more Assassin's Creed Syndicate pre-order bonuses If you've been following along with Assassin's Creed Syndicate then you most likely have heard about the Charles-es making a strong appearance in the game. These being Charles Darwin and Charles Dickens even though I'm not sure how they would feel about Ubisoft placing them on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC as we would have to speculate on dead human feelings. None the less they are coming and helping Jacob and Evie in Assassin's Creed Syndicate in their own ways and we've seen little bets of this before. Read More...

The Rise Of The Tomb Raider Demo That Should Have Been At Gamescom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A stealthier version of the Rise Of The Tomb Raider demo that was shown off at Gamescom has been released to show combat doesn't have to be used in Rise Of The Tomb Raider If you were like me then you were most likely let down with the first showcase of Rise Of The Tomb Raider during Gamescom. It was claimed to be a stealth gameplay demo just for the show but there was a lot more combat mixed in and a lot less stealth than we should expect in Rise Of The Tomb Raider. It looks like Crystal Dynamics heard or read the outcry there as they have just released a new version of that "stealth" Rise Of The Tomb Raider gameplay footage only this time they really do mean stealth as Lara makes her way through the same area without trying to kill or injure a single person in Rise Of The Tomb Raider. Usually I am all about the killing to get rid of those pesky guards in games like Rise Of The Tomb Raider but that just has never been Lara's style before and more along the lines of Agent 47. Step Aboard The Avenger Of XCOM 2 & Strategize
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
New gameplay for XCOM 2 has been released and it focuses on the strategy elements of XCOM 2 as well as living in a big ass ship You wanted more gameplay for XCOM 2. Well now you are getting more gameplay for XCOM 2. The only thing is that we are not getting the turn-based gameplay but the strategy stuff that Firaxis Games is taking great care into allowing us to micromanage every little aspect of XCOM 2 with. Just what all of us were looking for with the franchise as it moves on from its better titles and leave the crummier ones in the dust. XCOM fans can be so harsh it is kind of a surprise that 2K Games was going to take another chance but I guess they think they will appease all of you. Read More...
