Today Harmonix gave us an update on next week's DLC. We have two new tracks from Foreigner, "I want to know what love is" and "Waiting for a girl like you", which is cool, everyone loves Foreigner. But what really stuck out was the third song, a song by the symphonic power metal band: Nightwish. With their song "Amaranth" off of their 2007 album "Dark Passion Play" This is the first Nightwish song to become available on any Rock Band or even Rock Band Network. Definitely an interesting track they picked, there are a lot of different styles of songs for Nightwish, mainly because they go through lead singers like water. Dishonored has always been shown to give the players as many options to play the game since it was first shown. There has never been any doubt that it can be a unique game play each time you take a run at a level. Over two years ago Naughty Bear hit consoles to a rather mediocre reception. I for one enjoyed the idea and concept but there was room for improvement. So I was a bit shocked to hear that there was another title in the franchise coming this year. Hopefully the team over at Behaviour Interactive has taken their time to polish up franchise a bit. That's right all you "WoWHeads." Blizzard has finally given us a release date for the next expansion to World Of Warcraft. Mists Of Pandaria comes out September 25th, 2012. So mark your calendars and set a week or three of vacation time. There are three different versions of the game coming out: The Standard Edition, The Digital Deluxe Edition and The Collector's Edition. When first mentioned after announcement, the villain of Black Ops II was stated to be a "hacker" type who takes over a whole bunch of military tech. It's summer block buster time again in the film industry which means it's also the time we see the video games that coincide with said block busters hitting the shelves. While Marvel missed out on a proper Avengers title, Beenox and Activision made sure that they didn't miss out on a new Spider-Man title. The pair have already churned out the last couple of rather decent titles for the franchise so why not one for the film. Talk about an awesome announcement at this year's E3, Dead Space 3! Yes I am one of those people out there who still love the franchise even though EA is milking it for everything. But Dead Space was one of the games in the recent years that revitalized the survival horror genre for me. Needless to say I did everything I could to fit in a viewing of the game. While originally this was shown behind closed doors at the show, recently the game's Executive Producer (Steve Papoutsis) posted a video showcasing exactly everything we all got to see on the show floor. I know what you are thinking, why is Activision trying to milk the franchise even more, especially since the last two attempts fizzled out and left a sour taste in a lot of gamers' mouths? It did for me too. So I was a bit sketchy on actually giving 007 Legends my time at E3. But I did and I'll be honest that what I saw should have been the way that the company should have gone in the first place by trying to capture the amazingness that was Golden Eye. So the demo started off with a quick overview of the first "mission" announced base on the film Moonraker. It is still no big surprise that Black Ops II was one of the bigger titles being shown at E3 this year. Even with all the gripes I hear about "another Call Of Duty game?" it still had lines snaking and wrapping the Activision booth. So that to me shows that both A), y'all like to bitch just to bitch and B) the fans obviously still want the franchise to continue on. This is it. The episode you've all been waiting for - number 100. I bring in a bunch of new and old friends to podcast together. We talk video games, last week's E3 and reminisce the humble beginnings of Aggrogamer and the Aggrocast. Here we go with another big title that everyone and their mother were talking about leading up to E3. For me on the other hand, Dishonored had a bit of "been there played that" vibe from all of the trailers, screens and info given out. But it wasn't until the E3 demo and hands on that really set my thoughts about the game. Let me break it down for what I saw and found out.
