by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of April 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
GRIT A new battle royale title, GRIT, has been announced with players taking control of some rough riders with true grit Wild West Battle Royale is not a game I thought I would hear about any time soon, but here we are with the announcement for GRIT. This is a new title coming to the PC in just that vein and from the aptly named Team Grit developing it. All so we can saddle up and try to be the best gunslinger or horse rider in the town and keep the rest off our little mountain. With 100 players in the matches for GRIT, that is going to be one tough job but I am sure there will be plenty of them out there to do it. Read More...

Of Bird And Cage Shreds Out There This Coming May
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of March 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Of Bird And Cage Playable Music Album, Of Bird And Cage, has a release date and we will be able to play this downward spiral of story in Of Bird And Cage this coming May We may have let Of Bird And Cage slide under the radar too long over here, as here we are first talking about it and now we have a release date for the title. A title that is slated as a playable album that is loosely based on Beauty & The Beast, all coming from Capricia Productions. Of Bird And Cage looks to be more of the basic affair when it comes to some of the video game stories and visuals we have, but it sounds (pun intended) as if we will be able to see how this story ends by "playing the songs" that go along with the choices. Kena: Bridge Of Spirits Has Much More To Showcase Us For Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of March 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Kena New footage for Kena: Bridge Of Spirits is here from the Future Games Show and it gives us more of what we can expect in Kena this August Every time I see more for Kena: Bridge Of Spirits I get more and more excited for this game. Even if it does not look like any of the grimmer and darker action games we have had over the years, it looks like Ember Lab is putting together some just as special to keep us engaged and entertained. Who knows, maybe there will even be some of that darker stuff mixed in given what we have to compare the title to with all the other forms of media out there. Kena might be more than just a third-person action game with much more going on underneath it all. Read More...

This would all be part of the next big paid-expansion that IO Interactive has been cooking up for us and will all kick off on March 30th. Review — DARQ: Complete Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of March 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
DARQ We sit down and review DARQ: Complete Edition. A next-gen upgrade for a dark puzzle game. Here is our review of the DARQ upgrade DARQ made a bit of a splash back in 2019 when it first brought its unique look and puzzle gameplay onto the scene. It also flew under the radars of quite a few gamers out there when Unfold Games offered it all up. It happens sometimes and we are all guilty of missing out on titles. That is why I am glad to be back with the DARQ: Complete Edition now that Feardemic wanted to make sure that it was brought to the PS5, Xbox Series X, and Switch again. Read More...

The War Against Hell Ends Here In DOOM Eternal Last DLC
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of March 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM The conclusion to the DOOM Eternal saga is coming here and we get to see a bit more for DOOM Eternal — The Ancient Gods – Part Two We have waited and now we are heading to the next big release for DOOM Eternal as of March 18th. That would be tomorrow for those reading this live and it will be a short wait to be able to see how id Software is going to wrap up this little saga we have been ripping our way through so far. This could also be the end of it all for the DOOM Slayer as he aims to take down Hell for the last time. I have a feeling this could be the end of it for this version of the game and until we get the next full release, but this is the final DLC that we will get to enjoy in this iteration. Read More...
