Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Gods, this was a fast week here for us and all of the lead-up for so many video games. A lead-up that will most likely pay off next week with the virtual E3 popping off and so many updates coming to us during the week. Maybe we will get a solid update on the next God Of War or more for Horizon Forbidden West than we got this week. God Of War The next God Of War title has been hit with a delay and we will be waiting until 2022 to head back into God Of War We are going to have to wait for Ragnarök to come just a bit more, as the next God Of War title has been delayed now. Not by a few months but delayed until 2022 now. It is sad news to have here as a huge God Of War fan, for sure, but Santa Monica Studio has yet to let me and most down by taking the time they need to make their games. That and the delay here is to make sure that they are able to keep the studio safe and healthy during the transitions we are still working with here. God Of Riffs Heavy Metal VR Rhythm game, God Of Riffs, will be hitting an Early Access in July to see if you really are the God Of Riffs out there When it comes to rhythm and VR games out there, we all know there is one leading the way, which is why it is nice to see another one going out there as we have for God Of Riffs. It is one coming from Boss Music Games and Vyersoft for the Oculus hardware via Steam that looks to bring the style of game to those who prefer some harder music out there. Binary Gods Binary Gods has a concept video rolling out with Binary Gods most likely hitting mobile devices It looks like we are getting another title from Rayark, as we now have a concept video for Binary Gods to show off the next project they are bringing us. Something that looks like it will most likely be on an iOS or Android system, but some are assuming it could move to the Switch and maybe other systems too. Given that it looks like the following video we have for Binary Gods is using mobile controls, the assumptions are easy to make but it does look like there is more action going on than most would expect for a mobile title. That and a bit of gameplay from Clever Beans to help us understand the game we might be diving into. This is a new and dark fantasy title from Clever Beans that aims to take us into a world where we have to bring about what the title says will happen. In fact, that is the basis of it all in Gods Will Fall, as we are setting out to bring down various and cruel gods out there as the last bastion of hope for the human race. Godfall The launch trailer for Godfall is here to get us all ready for the launch of Godfall as well as when to see the game in PC In just under a week now we will be able to experience Godfall on the PS5 as the console launches into the world for many gamers out there. It will be one of the few titles on the shortlist of games that will be natively on the console at launch and not just a backward title. All of which by design from Counterplay Games and Gearbox for sure, but we all knew that Godfall will be hitting the PC too at some point. It will most likely look similar on the PS5, but for now, we have Counterplay Games showing off what we can mostly expect in the game. It is all an early build of Godfall, but it is something to take in given that we have had so little. Godfall A new teaser for Godfall has dropped to give off a very small bit more for the world of Godfall still yet to come There has been a huge lack of news for Godfall over the past few months with only minor bits being released here and there. Maybe this is because Counterplay Games is holding off for some big reveal here with a different show or maybe it is because Gearbox Publishing is trying to build some kind of hype with it all. No matter the case, there has been very little officially out there for Godfall and now we can add slightly more to it all.
