The Inpatient A new behind the scenes video for The Inpatient is here to show us just how much further into the experience The Inpatient will take us besides just VR It is no surprise that games like The Inpatient are aiming to give us all the best immersion that we can hope for on the PS VR. That is kind of one of the things that VR is all about, but it looks like there was a lot more for this game than Supermassive Games had to show earlier on. At least out of the demos I have played, but come January 23rd it looks like we are all going to have even more reasons to give The Inpatient a go as they have many other hidden gems mixed in to bring the immersion level to an all-time high. Fade To Silence A new title, Fade To Silence, has been announced and Fade To Silence will be taking us on a post-apocalyptic adventure soon with Early Access Here we go with another video game being announced at the end of the year as Fade To Silence was given a soft announcement, then a full announcement in the last few days. You may have seen or heard about THQ Nordic teasing something and this is it. Metro Exodus A new trailer for Metro Exodus shows how hope may not be lost in the game's universe and also maybe the release date for Metro Exodus During The Game Awards we had a nice new look at Metro Exodus and a bit more of how the game's world has progressed from where we last left it and all of the horrors that laid within. Things have always been bleak in the world that 4A Games has brought to life in this FPS, but this latest trailer looks to give us all a little bit of hope. Life Is Strange The third and final episode of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm is coming soon to wrap up the events leading to Life Is Strange in general Get ready to wrap up the base story for Life Is Strange: Before The Storm here in a few weeks as we now have a release date and trailer for the third and final episode for the game. Or at least the final episode in terms of the story that Deck Nine Games set out to do with this game and not just the extra content that is coming next year to better bridge this and the core game. Portal Get ready to use those Portal guns again as it looks like that franchise has crossed with another to bring us Bridge Constructor Portal It has been a while since we had anything truly new for the Portal franchise in terms of a full game. It is crazy to think that it has been six years since the last full entry into the IP and at most, we have had little links back and forth with characters, items, and Easter Eggs to entice us all a bit more. If you are like me, you are sitting there hoping for a full new title into the franchise, but for now we are going to have to sit and take games like what Headup Games has for us here. SOMA The release for SOMA is here for the Xbox One and with it comes a new mode for SOMA called Safe Mode For some of you out there, the wait is finally over and you can play SOMA now as it is here for the Xbox One now. Only a bit of time after it hit the PS4 and PC, but sometimes that is how games go and thankfully Frictional Games did not want to leave anyone out there in the cold. The Walking Dead Have a look at how The Walking Dead is getting some improved graphics for the upcoming The Walking Dead Collection next week It has not been a huge secret that the PS4 and Xbox One were going to be getting The Walking Dead Collection here soon. Seeing as December 5th is right around the corner and that is the day that Telltale Games is going to push it out there, I guess it is high time that we talk about it all. For those who may have missed out on it all, this is the nice big bundle that houses all 19 episodes of The Walking Dead that the studio has put out there. Life Is Strange It looks like the original actors will be back for Life Is Strange: Before The Storm's Farewell bonus episode & you can see how the Life Is Strange alums recorded their lines If you picked up the Deluxe Edition of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm then you most likely know you are getting a nice little bonus episode after the third one finally drops. Although this Farewell episode is now slated for some time in 2018 according to Deck Nine Games, so it is not something to get all hyped up for as of yet. Civilization A new expansion for Civilization VI has been announced and we can see Civilization VI: Rise And Fall land in February with all of its features I hope you are ready for a new expansion to Civilization VI as we now have another one coming at up here early next year. It looks like 2K and Firaxis Games has not forgotten about this title as this is another massive one to come here and looks to add a whole lot to the game. If you have placed the game aside for now, it may be time to load it back up on your PC, as February 8th we will see Civilization VI: Rise And Fall land and enhance or change the game to keep it all fresh. Call Of Duty We sit down and review Call Of Duty: WWII. We are heading back to the Second World War again. Here's our review of Call Of Duty: WWII The next installment to the Call Of Duty franchise has dropped and looks to take us all back to the roots of the game. Sledgehammer Games and a few of the other developers in Activision's wheelhouse have opted to take us all the way back to World War II and give us all even more Nazis to kill in our video games. Not in an over-the-top satirical kind of way, but in a grounded more realistic kind of way. At least on that mirrors more of how things truly went down in real history. Read More...
