There Will Be A Whole Lot To Fear In The Inpatient
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 8th of January 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
The Inpatient A new teaser for The Inpatient is here to show off just how The Inpatient will feel and what kinds of fears we can expect to see In a few weeks, those gamers out there who happen to have a nice PS VR will get to experience what The Inpatient has in store for them. Those who do not will be left to wonder what Supermassive Games has crafted and came up with before Until Dawn in terms of story. It is weird to have an exclusive on an exclusive given that not all PS4 owners have gone VR just yet, but The Inpatient could be one of those titles that causes a shift and more players to drop their hard-earned cash. Unless they are all cool with either missing out or watching what is going on through non-VR videos out there of other people playing the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of December 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Video Games There were a lot of video games that came out in 2017 and we tried to review as many video games as we could. Here's a recap of them all The year is finally over and there were a lot of great video games that came out. There were also a lot of shitty ones in the mix as well. Just like every year, there were all over the place and we had a chance to give a good chunk of them all a play and thus a review. Hells, we even had more indie-based video games mixed in to add an extra level of interest here. It, of course, is not a list of all video games that came out this year but it is a list of what we had to experience over here in our little part of the world. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 23rd of December 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We have wrapped yet another week in video games had had yet more ups and downs as comes with almost every week we have out there. Granted, we did get some great announcements like Catherine: Full Body and Vermintide 2 but they were also followed by delay for Psychonauts 2 and lacking information on many other video games out there that we were hoping to hear about before the end of the year. Maybe we will get them next week (doubtful) or sometime early in the next year. Nonetheless, we have a nice smattering of stuff to look forward to here and in the coming months and years. The Forest Is Branching Out To Other Platforms Now
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 21st of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
The Forest As the Early Access for The Forest comes to a close, it looks like The Forest is now set to land on other platforms than just PC now We are getting close to the date where The Forest will finally be leaving its Early Access state for those PC gamers out there who are enjoying. It has been close to four years now that Endnight Games has had it in this state but, as they are a small team trying to make a massive open world, survival game it is forgivable. Even more so now that we know The Forest is launching fully in 2018 and now it is leaping to the PS4 as well. Yep, there will be another title in this genre for us to sink more of our time on that platform now. Read More...

That time of year where we start to wait for the DLC to roll out for Call Of Duty: WWII and in doing so we get to have small looks at it all before it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in the coming months. January 30th for those PS4 owners as there is the timed-exclusive thing Activision has set up for it all, but we will all be playing this new DLC from Sledgehammer Games by the end of February. Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Is Heading To Consoles As Well Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Warhammer It is official now that Warhammer: Vermintide 2 will be heading to the consoles after much speculation that we would see this Warhammer game head there too Since Warhammer: Vermintide 2 was first revealed and shown off for the PC it was heavily speculated that we would be seeing the game also on the consoles at some point. It was speculated but never confirmed from Fatshark and it seemed odd to many. Especially since Warhammer: End Times — Vermintide made the jump to the PS4 and Xbox One after a year of being released. This Week In Video Games 12/11/17 — 12/15/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 16th of December 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week of video games down for the year and only a few more to go. So much we all want to know out there and so much that the developers and publishers just will not give us. At least not give us so we do not spoil any of those video games out there. God Of War and Far Cry 5 could become unplayable if we had everything spoiled for us right out of the gate. Read More...

Darksiders III Will Take Us To The Hollows To Fight Lava Beasts
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of December 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Darksiders A new gameplay snippet for Darksiders III is here and shows us a new location in Darksiders III and other creatures we will need to take down We finally have a bit more for Darksiders III to take a look at here as it seems like Gunfire Games has been a bit on the quiet side of things for the title lately. That or it has been THQ Nordic holding things back for unspecified reasons to build more anticipation for their game. Nonetheless, here we are with another small glimpse of the game with some more actual gameplay. Read More...

It Is Time To Take On The Adventures Of Gunslinger Joe In Wolfenstein II
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein The first ‘episode’ of Wolfenstein II’s DLC is here to give us more of the other resistance fighters we have seen or heard of in Wolfenstein II already While I am sure that a good portion of you out there will be checking out Star Wars here, that does not discount the fact that Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus's first full DLC "episode" has been dropped out there in the wilds. If anything it will be a nice "go back to" after you get back to your games and have a chance to see how Machine Games is carrying on the continued killing of Nazi Scum with the previously mentioned Gunslinger Joe. Previously mentioned in the episode zero of Wolfenstein II that you may have enjoyed for free already, but also in the headline here and other marketing videos that have been out there. Read More...

Start Planning All Of Your Strategies & Skills For Extinction
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of December 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Extinction The latest gameplay trailer for Extinction is here and it gives us all a good look at how we will have to tackle different enemies in Extinction It has been a good while since we saw anything for Extinction and now seems like as good of a time as any to check back in and see just where Iron Galaxy is with the game. I know they have been working hard on it and were making this already impressive title look and feel even more so for when it lands next Spring for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. We have had a bit of the gameplay so far for Extinction, or at least what Maximum Games wanted out there, and this gave us a nice look at some of the core gameplay and armors that the Ravenii will be wearing to make things a bit harder for us to just kill them quickly.
