No Man’s Sky The next update for No Man’s Sky has a release date set down and it looks like a whole lot more will be added to No Man’s Sky in a few weeks Good news for those still sticking with No Man’s Sky. The next update, Beyond, now has a date laid down for us on when to expect it. If you have been looking forward to what this update will be bringing to the PC, PS4, and Xbox One versions of the game, Hello Games has just announced that you will get this update on August 14th now. Not too long of a wait for No Man’s Sky to take the few extra steps to become the game we have been waiting for it to be. If only the community never forced their hands to put out the worst version of the game in the first place… This new update for No Man’s Sky will be bringing with it new social multiplayer options and features for us to experience. Devil’s Hunt The release date for Devil’s Hunt is now set down for the PC and we also learned that Devil’s Hunt will be coming to the Switch The wait now has a final time set in place for Devil’s Hunt, as we now have the release date set for September 17th. That is, if you were planning on picking the game on the PC. Yes, we have a split release coming to Devil’s Hunt. The consoles are still set for a Q1 release in 2020, but the good news on that is that Layopi Games is bringing the game over to the Switch as well. Read More...

Control A new slice from Control is here to take us all deeper into one of the many missions we will have to undertake within Control Earlier in the week, we had a nice little look at what to expect from the story of Control. It looks to be a nice little run into the "new weird" as Remedy is calling it and has a lot of nice little action pieces mixed in. Zombieland A new film tie-in for Zombieland 2 is on the way as we have Zombieland: Double Tap — Road Trip announced for us all It looks as if we have a new movie tie-in game coming at us, as it has been announced that Zombieland: Double Tap — Road Trip is going to be a thing just before the release of the new film. Start the rejoicing or the groans depending on how you feel about film tie-in games. This one is coming from High Voltage, though, and looks to give us the twin-stick shooter we may have always wanted for the Zombieland franchise since the film came out a decade ago. Read More...

John Wick A new developer look at John Wick Hex shows off more of the game's Gun Fu mechanics that has made John Wick such a fun franchise to date We all want more for John Wick Hex and now we have just that with a new look behind the scenes of how Bithell Games is going to work in all of the fun Gun Fu moves we have grown to love. I mean, that is one of the staples from the franchise and it would be odd if it did not truly show up in the game. This is why it is good that Good Shepherd Entertainment has brought us all a new look at John Wick Hex and how there will be more than just flashy animations once we start shooting and moving in the game. Control A new story trailer for Control is here to give us more to look at for the game as well as a bit of a deeper feel for what Control’s story will hold We are now just under a month out from Control getting into our hands with August 27th fast approaching. I do hope that you have been keeping an eye on this one as it looks like it could be offering up more to the gaming industry than we have seen in a while. Remedy has offered up amazing story and gameplay in the past for all of their titles, and this one is aiming to do the same. Every field of business has its ups and downs but I would argue very few could be as topsy-turvy as the games industry. One of the key aspects of this is how predicated on the combination of new ideas and technology to push the medium forward as an entertainment platform. Ancestors A new video series for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey has kicked off to take us further behind the anthropology we will get to know in Ancestors I hope by now that we all know the basics of what is going on Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey and just how things will evolve as we play. Not just in terms of gameplay, but also the way that Panache Digital Games is going about sharing the experience with us and trying to stick close to the real situations that brought humanity to the place it is today. It looks like Ancestors is going to be much more than a game for us when it launches this year on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Now we get a little bit more of a treat to see just how that will all be. We Happy Few The next DLC for We Happy Few is coming and will add a new rock star into the new story for We Happy Few early next week The Season Pass for We Happy Few is continuing to expand as the next DLC is coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC here in short order. Short order as in July 30th as Compulsion Games is wrapping it up and dropping it on us then. All with a new story and a few other additions coming to We Happy Few in the mix. Darksiders The next DLC for Darksiders III is here and it looks like it will add a whole lot more to Darksiders III than we may have thought Here we go with more for Darksiders III as the Keepers of the Void DLC is here for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game. At least for those who picked up the season pass of content in the multiple ways THQ Nordic made it available. It is still available in a solo price mode if this is all you were looking for too. Man Of Medan New gameplay footage for Man Of Medan shows us just how the co-op mode in Man Of Medan will actually work when we play the game Last week we found out that Man Of Medan was going to have some multiplayer options to the game when it launched.
