The Evil Within 2 Has Some “New & Exclusive” Gameplay To Look At
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of July 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
The Evil Within 2 Some new gameplay for The Evil Within 2 has just been released and it is what was shown for The Evil Within 2 at E3 this year Now that we've had The Evil Within 2 announced for a bit, let's talk about the lack of any real extended gameplay to look at for the game. It is supposed to release here on October 13th this year so for the most part Tango Gameworks should be close to having it all completed and should have something more than the little bit we've already seen out there. At least we'd like to think that way. Maybe Bethesda is just holding back on releasing any of The Evil Within 2's footage to keep the fear factor a bit higher and the suspense drawn out. Read More...

Have A Taste Of Beyond Good & Evil 2's In-Engine Tech Demo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Beyond Good & Evil At E3, Beyond Good & Evil 2 was officially announced and now we can see Beyond Good & Evil 2 running in-engine as well as some of the scale of the game's universe There has been one title on a lot of gamer's tongues and minds for quite some time now and with the rumors all over the place it was not that big of a shock that Ubisoft brought out the big guns at E3 and gave the world confirmation that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is going to be a thing. A big thing at that as they gave it a nice, long CG announcement trailer to build all of the hype. Hype that was built so much that I ran into quite a few people on the floor hoping to see some actual gameplay footage for Beyond Good & Evil 2 in some form or another. Read More...

We Are Returning To The Nightmare With The Evil Within 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
The Evil Within 2 At E3 2017 The Evil Within 2 was officially announced with a lot of footage and gameplay, as well as The Evil Within 2's release date to look for There is always so much going on at E3 that a few things fall through the cracks and The Evil Within 2 didn't fall through, but it fell into a list of titles that just was not able to get covered on the show floor. Bethesda announced it during their BE3 event out there and then had a small "experience" on the show floor but it was nothing more than what Tango Gameworks has already shown before; from what I am told. None the less The Evil Within 2 has been announced and is slated to come to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 13th. Read More...

Bethesda's Event Has Come And Gone And Now It's Time For A Recrap
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Tuesday, 13th of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Bethesda Now that the Bethesda event is done and over with, let's talk about that very underwhelming Bethesda conference this year Well, that was something. I remember when Bethesda said that they wouldn’t come to E3 unless they had something big. Of course, money and marketing will always win out over all else in the end. I live on the East Coast so I had to stay up till midnight to even watch it. I was just overall really disappointed with the whole thing. Read More...

Resident Evil 7 Will Be No Hero This Spring But It's Okay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of April 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 The announced free DLC for Resident Evil 7, Not A Hero, has been delayed but it looks like we will get more top-notch Resident Evil 7 gaming soon Like many other titles that promised something by Spring of 2017, it looks like Resident Evil 7 is going to be added to that list as it seems the Not A Hero DLC has been delayed. Not a huge deal given how well the game and current DLC are going, but none the less it looks like Capcom needs more time for this DLC and we are going to have to wait. How long? Read More...

Resident Evil 7 The final video for Resident Evil 7 making of series has released and shows us just of Resident Evil 7's iconic house was crafted in many ways All good things come to an end and as it seems, the Resident Evil 7 making of videos are now wrapped up as the final one has just dropped. All of this was Capcom's way to show us how the game was made to scare us all a bit more but also to help bridge the gap as we wait for the next additions to the game to come. There is still another free story mission for Resident Evil 7 to come and the Season Pass content is only halfway done if my numbers are right. Read More...

If It Wasn't For Gamers Resident Evil 7 May Not Have Had VR Support
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of April 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 The third video for Resident Evil 7's making of series has been released and we get to see just how Resident Evil 7 got the VR support it has It's not uncommon that the wants and needs of gamers help shape their games, but as it turns out for Resident Evil 7, it looks like we all were the basis for one specific feature to be added into the game. That feature being the VR support that came with the PS4 version of the game as it turns out that Capcom wasn't originally keen on having it in there. Understandably so as it is still a budding technology and they really needed Resident Evil 7 to be the game that brought the franchise back into the lime light. Read More...

Resident Evil 7 Tested The Dev's Courage To Join The Family
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of March 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 The second making of video for Resident Evil 7 is here and it delves into Resident Evil 7's horrific family and found footage mechanics Fresh off the heels of last week's look at how Resident Evil 7 was made, we have the latest video in the series that is being put out there. If you don't remember, last week we saw how the Bakers were originally supposed to have a pet dog in the mix and also that Capcom was working on a mechanic in-game that would have made you need to hold your breath. Of course, both of those were scrapped for the final version of Resident Evil 7 but it is interesting to see how the whole process goes over there. Not to mention to see what could have been in the game. Read More...

Resident Evil 7 Almost Had A Family Dog & Other Aspects That Were Cut
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of March 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 A new video series for Resident Evil 7 has kicked off to show us all the fun things Resident Evil 7 almost had as well as how the game was designed from the start By now most of us have played, beaten, and moved onto the DLC for Resident Evil 7 as it has been a rather successful venture into bringing the series back to where it began. All of the other recent titles were a little shaky, to Capcom's dismay, but now it seems like they have figured out how to give the fans what they want. As with all games though, Resident Evil 7 wasn't just an idea and then a final product, but another title with a long development process filled with all kinds of choices and paths that led us to a rather well done title. Rumors Are Out There That Evil Within 2 Is In Development
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of March 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Evil Within 2 Rumors have started that The Evil Within 2 is in development based on a recent job posting for Q/A to work on The Evil Within 2 or Psycho Break 2 in Japan The rumor mill is churning as it looks like hints that The Evil Within 2, or Psycho Break 2 if you wish, is currently in development and at the point where they are looking for QA people. At least this is all to be believed from a recent, unconfirmed, private job listing over there for Tango Gameworks that has found its way online and then screen captured for all to see. The bigger thing giving this new rumor for The Evil Within 2 much of its merit currently is that Bethesda has already teased some big titles for the year and that Tango has claimed it wanted to make this a franchise and not just a one-off title. This Week In Video Games 1/30/17 — 2/3/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 4th of February 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site This week of video games totally felt a little skewed now didn't it? Between For Honor and Horizon Zero Dawn it almost felt like there were no other huge announcements or news to have been had. Of course we did as Resident Evil 7 had its first batch of DLC launch out there and then we had another character added into the mix for Injustice 2. There were also a few good recaps from titles that were shown off or discussed at PAX South and many other things. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 31st of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 The first batch of DLC for Resident Evil 7 has launched today on the PS4 and we have our first look at how it expands Resident Evil 7's gameplay and experience Resident Evil 7 has only been out for a week and so far it is proving that the team has what it takes to bring the franchise back to its roots and to carry on well after this installment. Now we get to see just how well as the first batch of DLC for the game has just dropped for the PS4 as Capcom and PlayStation are in bed together for now.
