Dead Island We sit down and review Dead Island Remaster. The old title has been revamped up for the new systems with all the bells and whistles. Here's our review of Dead Island Remaster It's been almost five years since Dead Island first came out on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. In my opinion this is what started Techland off on the road to making some amazing zombie games and now it has been remastered and bundled together by Deep Silver for the PS4, and Xbox One. All of the usual remastered items being added into the mix here for Dead Island to keep us all playing it further and possibly stepping away from the other titles we have out there currently. Thankfully we had the chance to give this remaster a whirl and here is our review of the Dead Island remaster. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games That was another great and solid week in video games now wasn't it? We had a whole lot of great and not so great updates for many of the titles we are looking forward to. Yes we did have to see Outlast 2 get delayed and that we will have to pay for the extras on Final Fantasy XV but on the plus side we were able to see amazing things for Hellblade and No Man's Sky. The last game there coming out next week at that. Further proof that video games are always adding to things right up to the launch of titles and then beyond. Read More...

Inside It looks like Inside can no longer be thought of as a platform exclusive as Inside is now slated to release for the PS4 this month If you were like me way back when Inside was originally announced, you may have thought that we would only be seeing the title hit the Xbox One and Windows through the usual means. Since it came out said platforms it has won Playdead many awards and made me even question why it was limited to just one platform. Well that is no more as it has been confirmed that Inside will be coming to the PS4 on August 23rd now so we can all experience what the team has worked on since Limbo did so well too. Read More...

Hellblade Another showing of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is out there and this one shows just how Hellblade will be changing real-time cinematography for the better Even though there is still no release date for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice I do have to say that with each small update we get I am overly impressed with what the team over there is getting up to. Even if Ninja Theory never brought the game to market, all of the advancements in how cinematic games can be made they are bringing would be worth it. Especial after seeing a more advanced version of Hellblade's real-time cinematic capturing software we are truly in a new age. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games We missed out on the recap of video games last week due to all of the insanity of SDCC but we are back this week. Things just always seem to get so crazy during this part of the month but it does give us a whole lot to discuss and bring you so we won't complain too much here. We did get more on Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare and South Park: The Fractured But Whole out of it all didn't we? Not to mention all of the other video games that held their updates until after we all got back from the convention and could recoup. Read More...

Dead Rising 4 A new behind the scenes video for Dead Rising 4 has been released and it shows off just how Dead Rising 4 is going back to the franchise's roots If you were looking for more for Dead Rising 4 than the little bit of a tease we had at E3 then you don't need to look much further than here. That is if you missed out on the SDCC panel that was held were Capcom showed off a bit more of the game. Not on a bit more but more on the behind the scenes of Dead Rising 4 where some of the new mechanics, locations, and zombies were shown off to the fans in attendance. Read More...

The Walking Dead A few new tidbits for The Walking Dead season three from Telltale have come out of SDCC as well as some new screenshots for The Walking Dead's third season It was stated that we would get some more on the third season of Telltale Games' The Walking Dead during San Diego Comic Con and fans were not let down. At least not let down outside of the fact that we were still left with a whole lot to wonder on as we head toward the new season's release and just what has gone on in the game's world since then. Especially since most of it is all cannon for The Walking Dead franchise and not just some extra fluff. Read More...

Dead Rising A trophy list for Dead Rising has shown up online and kind of points to Dead Rising getting an update for the latest console Update Capcom Confirms The Dead Rising Rumor And More "Capcom will be bringing Dead Rising to Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Return To Arkham It looks like the delay of Batman: Return To Arkham may not be as long as most of us feared as sources claim Return To Arkham will be launching in November While this is still in the realm of speculation it looks like sources close to Batman: Return To Arkham state that we should be seeing the bundle released sometime in November of this year. At least that is what is being reported out there on Rocksteady Games' new collection after it was delayed instead of being released tomorrow. That was the original date that we were supposed to see Return To Arkham out there but things didn't look perfect according to Warner Bros. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games One more week in video games is in the bad now and it has been another fun one. We were able to see Evolve go free-to-play, how South Park is taking comedy serious here, and also a whole bunch of new Battlefield 1 gameplay to tide us over for a bit. We also had the chance to review three more video games here this week with some highs and some lows. It pains me to see horrible game reviews but then again it is our job to tell the developers when they have given us trash and when they have given us gold. Read More...

Deadlight We sit down and review Deadlight: Director's Cut. It's another remaster for a game that didn't get much love before. Here's our review of Deadlight: Director's Cut It's only been a short four years and now we have Deadlight: Director's Cut landing on the PS4 and Xbox One after a nice stint on the 360 and PC. This would be Tequila Works' side-scrolling zombie adventure that aims to focus on story more than just exploding brains. It was decently received the first time around but now we have a more definitive edition of the game here now with all of the extra mixed in that the original Deadlight just didn't have. Fallout 4 At E3 the Fallout 4 Nuka-World DLC was teased and shown off to the world but now it seems it will be the final Fallout 4 DLC too Hopefully you weren't banking on the Fallout 4 DLC to keep rolling out after the most recently teased one. As it seems the upcoming Nuka-World DLC teased at E3 is going to be the last bit of planned DLC that Bethesda has for the game. So get ready for the Fallout 4 content to stop flowing out after that hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime next month. By all of that I am only talking about the core game as I'm guessing focus is going toward the VR version of the game which is why this will be the last. Read More...

Red Dead Redemption The latest game to hit the Xbox One backwards compatibility program is Red Dead Redemption and it doesn't matter which version of Red Dead Redemption you own to have access Leading up to E3 and well before that we had a lot of "leaks" and news about something related to Red Dead Redemption coming soon. A lot of us thought that this was all to lead up to Rockstar Games announcing a sequel to the original title but as that time has come and gone it looks like we'll have to wait longer. What we won't have to wait for is the original Red Dead Redemption to hit the Xbox One as Take-Two Interactive is allowing it to head to the system via the backwards compatibility program that has been set up. Left 4 Dead 3 We may be shown that Left 4 Dead 3 is coming to us sometime as Left 4 Dead 3 was spotted on an employee's computer in some way If rumors and speculation are true it looks like Left 4 Dead 3 may be on its way here in some time. That time is still up in the air if it is truly being worked on but as it looks an employee has been spotted over at Valve with a directory structure showing files that point to the game being in production. Of course this doesn't dictate that Left 4 Dead 3 is going to be a solid release here in the developer's portfolio but it does kind of lend to it being in the works. Especially given all of the other weirdness that happen to be going on along with this supposed leak of the game. Read More...

Return To Arkham It has just been reported that Batman: Return To Arkham has been delayed with now release date in sight for when we'll Return To Arkham in this collection Back in May we were given a nice little surprise that we were getting a Batman: Return To Arkham bundle. This was a HD remaster of the other two Rocksteady Games titles that never made it to the PS4 and Xbox One. Not only that but the announcement came that Warner Bros. was going to give us this Return To Arkham bundle on July 26th. Read More...
