Many outlets are reporting on the new DLC for Left 4 Dead. Worthplaying has a small, but solid, summary:"The first L4D DLC - dubbed the L4D Survival Pack -- is due for release this spring and introduces a new multiplayer game mode entitled, Survival, plus two complete campaigns for Versus Mode . A Critic's Choice Edition of the game is also heading to retail stores this spring, and will include access to all the content introduced in the L4D: Survival Pack. In addition, for PC gamers and aspiring developers, the first Left 4 Dead release for the Source Software Development Kit (Source SDK) will allow the creation of custom Left 4 Dead campaigns that will be discoverable via L4D's matchmaking system. Dead Space Wii Announced So completely out of left field, the guys over at Kotaku found some interesting news about Dead Space. It is slated to get a Wii port sometime in the 3rd quarter of this year. So like around Halloween I would guess. So I guess we'll get to actually move things around with the Kinetic gun with the WiiMote not to far off. I'm not sure if I should be excited for this or not. Miragel Interviews Hades On CES So there was a lot that happened at this year's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, NV. Left 4 Dead has its first update available now, and the list of fixes, tweaks and upgrades is pretty vast. Currently this is only on the PC, and the Xbox 360 gamers can expect their update in a few weeks.  Here is the long list of fixes and changes included in this update:General- Fixed Survivors being able to climb surfaces marked for versus infected only.- Fixed a class of SurvivorBot bugs dealing with rescuing downed players.- Players can no longer grab ladders while flying through the air after a Tank punch. Got a twitter announcement today from Sega Of America letting everyone know they have launched a brand new site for House Of The Dead: Overkill.  The game is the latest in the series, due out on the Wii in February of this year.  Overkill brings a new style to the game series, which is more of a retro 70s style B-Movie. You and a friend take control of Agent G&Agent Washington while investigating disappearances in a Louisiana town. By that I mean that I watch the flash videos every now and then and am not so entrenched into the whole Strong Bad world or Strongbaddia world if you will. Time Hollow is a point and click adventure game from Konami for the Nintendo DS written by Junko Kawano of Shadow of Destiny and Suikoden IV fame. The story is about a young high school kid named Ethan Kairos. He lives with his mom and dad, until one night he has a horrible nightmare. During the nightmare, his mom and dad are trapped in a fire, and escape through a portal. After awaking from the dream, he finds that his parents have been missing for twelve years and he now lives with his uncle. The PC demo for Valve's upcoming survivor horror game Left 4 Dead is now available for download without putting down a pre-order like in the 360 version. I haven't got a chance to try, or even download it yet. Hell I don't even know if my computer will run it. Opening Five Minutes Of Left 4 Dead So after seeing the beginning ads and teaser stuff we were running on pwned for a while, I've kept a close eye on this game. This week the rumors have finally come to pass. Both Darth Vader and Yoda who were originally released as “console exclusive characters” have been made available for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Sadly the price seems a little steep as Vader who first made his appearance on the PS3 is know downloadable on the 360 for the cost of 400 Microsoft points (or $5.00) and Yoda who appeared on the 360 can be downloaded off the PlayStation Store for the price of $4.99.
