PlayStation The list of video games on hand at this year's PlayStation Experience have been unveiled with a few more saved for when the PlayStation Experience is in full swing There are only a few more weeks until the PlayStation Experience kicks off this year in San Francisco and some are still out on if they should make the trip to see what Sony and PlayStation have to offer us all. Overwatch During Blizzcon it has been announced that Overwatch is hitting the consoles and it is getting an Overwatch: Origins Edition to do so As was to be expected it looks like Overwatch is getting a collector's edition of sorts and in this we have a solid confirmation that it is also heading to the PS4 and Xbox One platforms In addition to the already known PC version. Street Fighter V During Paris Games Week it was shown that Dhalsim will be back for Street Fighter V leaving just one more character to be announced for Street Fighter V Yesterday during the PlayStation media briefing during Paris Games Week we had some fun new news for Street Fighter V drop on us. PlayStation At the sixth Paris Games Week PlayStation is having their first media briefing ever at the show to show off what we couldn't wait until the PlayStation Experience to see By the time you are reading this the first ever PlayStation media briefing at the Paris Games Week will be underway and all of the new games and hardware that Sony wants to show off for PlayStation will be starting to make their way out there. Adrift New gameplay for Adrift has made its way online and it shows off a bit of gameplay and what it feels like in Adrift to run out of oxygen I believe this is the first time we have brought the first-person, interactive fiction game of Adrift up on the site before but that doesn't mean it hasn't been on our radar since it was first announced by Three One Zero. For those who don't know what Adrift is, outside of the genre description before, it is a story game that has us in space experiencing what it may be like for those who want to be up there. I personally blame it all on the releases of the current video games and the news of other major video games like Friday The 13th and Styx that keeps all of the other news as fluff and filler instead of anything solid. Halo 5 With the release of Halo 5: Guardians almost here it looks like some gameplay from the beginning of Halo 5 has made it online for all to see Given that earlier this week we had the launch trailer for Halo 5: Guardians get released to the world and review copies of the game making their way out there it was only a matter of time before we had some real gameplay to see. In fact, and I am hoping that 343 Industries does take them all down, I have a feeling that we are going to get all kinds of Halo 5 videos here in the coming week to help sell the game. Street Fighter V Some new screenshots for Street Fighter V were released a bit too early and they show off a new character for Street Fighter V from Brazil Looks like someone pulled the trigger a little too quick for the Street Fighter V news last Thursday as it looks like there were a few screenshots mixed into the Zangief announcement that were not intended. Street Fighter V Looks like Street Fighter V is also bringing Zangief into the mix again as he is the latest character shown off for the Street Fighter V roster Mark another "not a big surprise" character down to join Street Fighter V as it has been announced and shown off that Zangief will again be fighting for Mother Russia when the game launches early next year. Seeing as he has been in almost every version of Street Fighter to date it, like I said, is not shocking that Capcom will be bringing him. Another character is added to the Street Fighter V roster in the way of Karin Kanzuki so we can add another female fighter to Street Fighter V Look out as we have yet another classic character coming to Street Fighter V in a fully remodeled way. This one being Karin who, until now, has only appeared in Street Fighter Alpha 3 but apparently became so popular among Japanese fans and American fans that Capcom has decided to bring her to the PS4 and PC via Street Fighter V.
