Resident Evil Is Getting Yet Another CGI Feature Film
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of October 2015 - 07:01 PM ]
Resident Evil A new CGI feature film for the Resident Evil has been slated for a 2017 release to make sure we are all inundated in Resident Evil lore All because we didn't ask for it directly it looks like we are getting another Resident Evil film. Another one that isn't part of the live action films and of the CGI persuasion as Capcom has given us in the years past. This animated film goes above and beyond that part of the Resident Evil franchise and will be the third of its kind in this aspect. All because we never asked for it and someone at Marza Animation Planet thought it would be an amazing idea as well. Read More...

Get Ready For The Season Finale For Tales From The Borderlands
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Tales From The Borderlands The season finale trailer for Tales From The Borderlands has been released with all of the accolades and sneak peeks at Tales From The Borderlands' last episode in the season As with all good things like Tales From The Borderlands' first season, they have to come to an end at some point. It's even more depressing when it has to happen when Telltale Games dis such an amazing job of bringing Gearbox Software's franchise to perfect life in their storytelling medium with Tales From The Borderlands. It is one that I wish could keep living on without a break but it looks like the last episode will be hitting all of the platforms it is on next week. Read More...

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Has A Few New Martial Arts With Cybercore
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 A new cybercore trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 shows off the new abilities we will be getting in the Martial tree for Black Ops 3 Here we go with another branch of the Cybercore abilities for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 and this time the focus is on the Martial branch. This would be the new melee or general attacking abilities that Treyarch has set up for Black Ops 3 from the looks of it as almost all of them are linked into that and whatever armor/exo suit you may be wearing. Effectively you can turn into the Invisible Woman or Hulk out is the main overview we have here for the new abilities in Black Ops 3. Don't believe me? Read More...

Friday The 13th: The Game Gets Announced As Summer Camp Gets The Machete
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Friday The 13th Friday The 13th: The Game has been officially announced and is looking to bring all of the Friday The 13th fun into video games with a 1v7 multiplayer game You may or may not remember the news back in January of this year about there being a Friday The 13th game in the works. It got slyly announced a bit and also shared many of the same qualities for another titled called Slasher Vol. 1: Summer Camp. Both were an Evolve gameplay kind of set up as one person took on the role of the slasher, or Jason in the aspect of Friday The 13th, and the rest as the counselors. Read More...

Evil Overshadows All In Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's Zombies Mode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's zombie mode has been released and it gives us all a little more into the dark pasts of these new characters for the Black Ops 3 mode With each new bit for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's new Zombie mode it is still a bit jarring to me to see that the mode is not fully following the same path as all of the other iterations of it. Each before Black Ops 3 was generally set in the era of the core campaign or the core multiplayer area for the game. Treyarch doesn't look to be doing that here as, well as we've seen before, Black Ops 3's zombies will be set in the past of sorts and not in the future-ish setting that we already know is coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC here on November 6th. This Week In Video Games 10/5/15 — 10/9/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2015 - 11:02 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There goes another week in video games in the bag. Or case if you will. Things were all over the place this week and there were so many 'leaks' out there in the world of video games. I'm looking in the direction of Street Fighter V here and a bit at Star Wars Battlefront. Although the beta is out for the latter here so it's not really leaked any more. The first still very much so. Read More...

Someone Is On A Serious Mission Here In Just Cause 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Just Cause 3 A new gameplay trailer for Just Cause 3 has been released showing just how serious, or not-so-serious, the missions in Just Cause 3 will be Serious may not be the correct word to use here for Just Cause 3 as nothing I have ever seen says that we should take the events of the game as anything but good, old fashioned fun. That doesn't change the fact that we have a new gameplay trailer for Just Cause 3 right from Avalanche Studios to look at in all of the explosive glory that comes along with it. It also serves us all another great reminder that Just Cause 3 is coming this December 1st for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

12 More Classic Songs Join The Guitar Hero Live Track List
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2015 - 07:01 PM ]
Guitar Hero Live Twelve more tracks have been added to Guitar Hero Live and while not all classics songs they are coming to Guitar Hero Live from past titles in the franchise Time to make the track list for Guitar Hero Live a not so round number of 121 now as we have twelve more tracks to add to the list today. Quite a hefty starting catalog for FreeStyleGames to get in there and I'll take it. Especially since these new Guitar Hero Live tracks have all been pulled from previous Guitar Hero titles that Activision still has the rights to. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Tales From The Borderlands The final episode for Tales From The Borderlands has been dated and the first episode for Tales From The Borderlands has been made free for all The time has come and that time is to bring us the end of the first season of Tales From The Borderlands. It's been one hell of a ride through the story driven world that Gearbox and Telltale Games have set up for us but it looks like the end is nigh. The final episode for Tales From The Borderlands will be hitting us on October 20th and we will be lost for a while as we wait for the second season, hopefully, to be announced and on its way. If only all good things didn't have to come to an end and Tales From The Borderlands was just an ongoing series with no limited number of episodes… Along with the announcement of Tales From The Borderlands' fifth and final episode for season one also comes a new trailer and the announcement that the first episode of the season is completely free for everyone to enjoy no matter the platform. Check Out The Sick Abilities Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Gives With Cybercore
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 A new video for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 shows off the Cybercore abilities in the Chaos tree just so we can see how we will be taking enemies out in Black Ops 3 We all know one of the themes in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 is the cyber-modifications that our protagonists and their antagonist will have gone through or continue to go through in the game. Treyarch has been very forthcoming with all of that as part of the theme for Black Ops 3. We've seen some of these enhancements used in the past but with the most recent video that Activision has let loose on the world we get a better feel for all of the new abilities we will get in Black Ops 3 here. The Story For Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Is Deeper Than We Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 5th of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty We've seen how deep the story of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 may be but in the latest developer breakdown it looks deeper than any Call Of Duty to date We've seen the story trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 already and have had some time to digest it and get a feel for where Treyarch is going to be taking us into the future. It looks dark, depressing, filled with trickery, and just about what we have come to expect in a Call Of Duty title thus far. Although, in a recent video released by Activision for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 it looks like there may be something truly deeper, darker, and realistic coming to our PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC on November 6th. Just How Big Will The Maps Be In Just Cause 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Just Cause 3 The third developer diary for Just Cause 3 has been released and this time it covers how large and tall the maps of Just Cause 3 will truly be The short answer here is that Just Cause 3 will have a "gigantic" 400 square mile island for us to run around in the game. If that was all we had here there would really be no real reason for the update though. Thankfully there is more to it than just that and Avalanche Studios has gone out there way to show us how large that truly can be in Just Cause 3. Well as much as Square Enix will allow them in the most recent developer diary that the team has put out that shows just how much work has gone into the map size of Just Cause 3. Read More...

The Legend Of The Order Of The Stone Lives On In Minecraft: Story Mode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Minecraft The trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode's first episode has been released to help us understand what the story of Minecraft: Story Mode will start with It's hard to believe that we are now less than two weeks out from the first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode hitting our systems. What isn't that hard to believe is that Telltale Games has given us our next big trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode; which of course covers some of the events of the first episode titled The Order Of The Stone. Pretty much just how all of the other titles in their arsenal roll these days so, like I said, no big surprise. Use this as a reminder that Minecraft: Story Mode is still coming and Mojang is still dedicated to bringing you more Minecraft. Read More...
