Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site One more grueling week of video games in the bag here and it was yet another one filled with all kinds of fun. We had some of the aftermath of GDC to still filter through here as well as the start of PAX East and soon SXSW. The Crow's Eye New gameplay for The Crow's Eye is here and it looks like the release date has been set for The Crow's Eye as well in a few weeks Earlier in the year here we were treated with a nice little tease for a game called The Crow's Eye. It looked to be an interesting psychological puzzle style game that 3D2 Entertainment was going to test our brains and sanity with and then there wasn't much more of a word from it since. I know it piqued my interest when I saw it and was eagerly waiting to see some solid gameplay and possibly a date to look out for when it would hit my PC. As it turns out though, it looks like both have been answered here as The Crow's Eye will be launching on March 20th here and we also have some solid gameplay to look at and see if it will hold up to the speculations. Injustice 2 The second part of Injustice 2's Shattered Alliances trailer has been released and we get more heroes added to Injustice 2's roster with a few more glimpses Not too long ago we had a chance to see part one of the main Injustice 2 story that we will be fighting along in. It looked amazing and focused a lot more on the Superman side of the story but now we get to see just how the other half of the fight is living and fighting back as NetherRealm Studios has brought us the second part of it all. Not only that but it looks like we have a few new confirmed fighters for Injustice 2 and if you look hard enough you can see that there are a few others in the background. Outlast 2 The release date for Outlast 2 has been set and along with it comes a bundle that brings Outlast 2 and all of the original games with it You know what April needed this year? More horror and that is just what we are getting on the 25th as Outlast 2 has been set to officially release on that date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. At least if you are looking for the digital version of the game from Red Barrels. There will be a physical version of Outlast 2 on the same day, but more on that in a moment as the big news here is that we have a release finally after waiting for so long to play the follow up to a truly amazing horror game before. Injustice 2 Another new character for Injustice 2 has been revealed as well as a little more on Injustice 2's gear system out of GDC 2017 Here we go with yet another heavily requested character joining the ranks of Injustice 2 as now it is official that Dr. Fate will be part of the fight. So many gamers wanted to see him back in the first Injustice but it looks like NetherRealm Studios held on to him and now has finally brought the character in. It's not like the franchise was lacking in the magical characters but here we go with one of DC's most powerful ones being tapped in. Video Games The list of free video games hitting the PlayStation and Xbox systems in March has been released and there are some great video games included in the mix A new month is almost on us here with March and that means new video games that we are going to get for free. Well video games that you will get for free if you are part of the PlayStation Plus or Xbox Gold services. If you are then you may be in for a treat as the list of titles going live starting next month is here and we have it for you. Injustice 2 DC All Access brings a bit more for Injustice 2 as they dig into the now ended beta and get a few more little tidbits on Injustice 2's gear system The wait for May 16th and the release of Injustice 2 is really doing a number on a lot of us out there. Sure the now ended beta for the game was a nice little taste, but given that NetherRealm Studios has been very hush-hush on mechanics and characters in general, outside of the truly planned ones, we all need to grasp for every little tidbit that we can get. That is where DC All Access has stepped in here to bring us all just a little more on the gear system for Injustice 2 as well as some new gameplay as we watch a few poorly executed matches from the aforementioned beta. Final Fantasy The wait is over for Final Fantasy 7 Remake & Kingdom Hearts 3 screenshots but the wait for Final Fantasy 7 Remake still eludes all of us for 2017 The wait for Final Fantasy VII Remake still lingers on as it still looks like we won't be seeing it this year, but that is only in a final form as we have a few new screenshots for the game here. Not only that but a little other title that Square Enix is working on in the way of Kingdom Hearts III. Injustice 2 Some of the first footage for Injustice 2 Mobile has popped up online and we get to see the game in action as well as maybe new characters for Injustice 2 proper It looks like we have even more Injustice 2 news here this week only this time it is for the mobile version of the game. Yes, there is another one coming and it should be a huge surprise as NetherRealm Studios announced it back at SDCC last year. What is surprising is that there is now some Injustice 2 Mobile footage out there in the wild and read for us to see. Injustice 2 Four new characters for Injustice 2 have been revealed and it includes some of the most requested character for Injustice 2 to date It looks like we are getting all kinds of character reveals for Injustice 2 this week even though we were only teased with one before. I guess given that today is the big day of love out there it makes sense that NetherRealm Studios would give us more than just the one reveal. Injustice 2 A new video breaking down Black Canary from Injustice 2 has released to show off just how she will function in Injustice 2 and make a formidable fighter Last week we saw Black Canary get added into the mix for Injustice 2 and since then we've seen a few new videos showing her using all of her skills in the game. None of which truly broke down just how they all work or why it looks like there is a lot of setup required for her in the game.
