The next episode of the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel behind the scenes series is out and covers some of the game's mechanics Here we go with part two of the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel "making of" YouTube series. Part One covered how the two studios were handling the workload and physical separation. Part two here looks to cover some of the ne mechanics that will make Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel feel like a Borderlands game but "take risks" Gearbox and 2K didn't want to take in the previous titles. Two new teasers clips have popped up from Sony surrounding something to be revealed at Gamescom. Could it be Until Dawn? I remember two years ago being so excited for Until Dawn when it was announced at Gamescom during the PlayStation press briefing. Then the title from Supermassive Games, which was slated to use the PS Move to its full extent, kind of just vanished. A new teaser for the suspected Shadow Realms IP from BioWare has been released and it is looking like it could be very interesting Last week we covered a newly teased IP from BioWare that most have been calling Shadow Realms. That's not official but it makes sense given all of the build up to the first teaser video for whatever BioWare and EA are putting together. 2K Games has announced that Evolve will now be releasing in 2015 instead of this October If you were lucky enough to get into the Evolve Alpha test over last weekend, consider yourself lucky. It looks like it was fruitful for Turtle Rock Studios and 2K Games but not so much for everyone hoping to get to play the game this October. Yes, Evolve has been delayed until 2015. I was able to unleash my inner assassin during Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Experience at SDCC 2014 We spoke about the Assassin's Creed Experience a few times before it was unleashed at SDCC last week. This would be the huge parkour course that they set up outside of Comic Con to allow fans of the franchise to see if they could handle the same stuff that Arno may need to do in Assassin's Creed Unity. It was gimmicky but it was also a blast to be able to run through. Two new live action trailers from BioWare have popped up online and signs point to a new IP called Shadow Realms Over the last few weeks it looks like BioWare has been teasing a new IP and if all clues are correct it could be titles Shadow Realms. It makes sense as EA recently filed for a trademark for Shadow Realms back in March and the thumbnail for the first video is straight up titled ShadowRealms_Teaser_video.jpg. We wondered what it would be like to enter into the Borderlands and Nerdist gave us that chance with Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Las Tag at SDCC San Diego Comic Con was not only filled with gaming/geek news this year but it was also filled with loads of amazing experiences to promote and excite fans all around. Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel was not going to be left out of this as the event out there in San Diego was the perfect place to show off how awesome the game can be. Even more so when 2K Games teams up with the Nerdist crew to bring us all a way to play a live Borderlands game via laser tag and some amazing set pieces that looked like they were lifted from the game. The Walking Dead Escape was back at SDCC giving all of us a feel for what a Survival Horror game really feels like For the third year running (pun intended) I was able to experience The Walking Dead Escape at SDCC. I broke down what it was all about before but I'll give the quick version just in case you are lazy. In a nut shell it is a real world survival horror event that tests if you could escape from one end of a location, Petco Park in this case, to the other without being swarmed by the undead horde. The first trailer for Halo: Nightfall was shown at SDCC and we have it here for all to see If you happen to be one of those Halo fans who don't have enough time to dedicate to hunting down details on Halo: Nightfall then let us hook you up. The first look and trailer for the new show was shown during SDCC and we just happen to have hunted it down for your viewing pleasure. We mentioned before on one of the main actors and roles for Halo: Nightfall but now we have a good look at everything in action. While At SDCC I Got To See Escape Dead Island In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It It seems like I should have had to wait a bit longer to get a look at Escape Dead Island as it was only announced a month ago but I'll take it none the less. Especially since Escape Dead Island seems to be taking the amazing universe and changing a lot of the mechanics that we are used to and changing them or removing them to fit this new take on Dead Island. Without any further gilding the lily here, let's dig right in. The extended trailer for Tekken 7 was shown at SDCC this year and we have it here for you to see Well I guess Namco kept their promise of showing more of Tekken 7 at SDCC this year. Although I am pretty sure this was not what fans of the franchise were looking forward to when said promise was made. In fact, if I was as rabid of a fan for Tekken as I am for other franchises I would be a little put out and upset with such a tease. During the Skybound Entertainment panel for The Walking Dead at SDCC, season three for the game was announced We haven't even finished off season two of The Walking Dead from Telltale and now we have season three on the way. It has been confirmed during the panel at SDCC where the game was mentioned and then confirmed from Robert Kirkman and the president of Telltale games, Kevin Bruner.
