Samurai Shodown The release date for Samurai Shodown is now set for June and we have a look at all of the characters coming to this version of Samurai Shodown Not too long ago we had a little bit of a tease for Samurai Shodown and the news that it would be dropping in June of this year. Almost like it was a little over a week ago or something. Now we are back and glad to let you know that SNK plans to have the game out to us all on June 27th. It is close to the end of June, but it is still June and fans of Samurai Shodown should be glad for all of that. Read More...

Borderlands 3 Has A Confirmed Release Date & Fun Special Editions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of April 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Borderlands The release date for Borderlands 3 is now confirmed for this September and we have many ways to pre-order Borderlands 3 right now It looks like the early tweet "leak" for Borderlands 3’s release date was correct and we will be getting the game on September 13th. Why this was not announced last week when the game was announced at PAX East makes no sense to me but I am sure that 2K or Gearbox had their reasons. Maybe not. Now we can look to see Borderlands 3 on that date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC via the Epic Games launcher. Read More...

Welcome Cetrion To The Roster For Mortal Kombat 11
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of April 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat A new elder god has entered Mortal Kombat and we have our first look along with other details for Mortal Kombat 11 just before launch Another new character is coming to Mortal Kombat 11, and we now get to see her in action. While it does feel like many of the characters NetherRealm Studios is bringing us here are from the older titles, we at least have a few new ones peppered in. That is what Cetrion seems to be doing here even if she is an elder god from the Mortal Kombat universe here to make things feel a little unfair. I could have sworn that they were supposed to all stay out of it. Read More...

Borderlands 3 Is Officially A Thing With This Announcement
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 28th of March 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Borderlands There were many Borderlands announcements out at PAX East with Borderlands 3 getting the official announcement treatment The rumors have been swirling for Borderlands 3 for a while now and out of PAX East this year, we have confirmation that it is indeed a game that is coming. It is not as if Gearbox would toy with everyone over this, get their hopes up, and then have them be crushed later on. It is not their way and even with the technical issues and teasing during the event, we finally have a solid look at Borderlands 3 with gameplay and the usual stuff that gets mixed into these games. That and the two villains that we will be facing off with as two villains seems to be the video game standard now. Read More...

Mortal Kombat 11 Has Three More Classic Characters Coming Back
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of March 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat Three more characters are revealed for Mortal Kombat 11 and they all are from past Mortal Kombat titles we have all loved The blitz for updates on Mortal Kombat 11 is on us as we have three more characters to bring up with a nice new trailer. Some of them were alluded to in past trailers given to us from NetherRealm Studios, but all of them come from past titles. Not the biggest of surprises given that we are going back in time with the story here in Mortal Kombat 11. It would be weird if we did not get to see Jax, Liu Kang, and Kung Lao in this game. Samurai Shodown The release window for Samurai Shodown on the PS4 and Xbox One is now set with gamers having the chance to play Samurai Shodown during PAX East this year It was announced not too long ago, but now we get to see that Samurai Shodown is coming back to us sometime in June this year. At least for those who are planning to pick up the game for the PS4 and Xbox One as it looks like the Switch and PC gamers will need to wait until closer to the end of the year for this. Mortal Kombat Two more characters for Mortal Kombat 11 have been revealed with one being on the core roster and the other the first of the Mortal Kombat 11 DLC characters Just as we could all assume, we had a few more characters get the announcement out there for Mortal Kombat 11 fresh from the C2E2 event that has taken place. There was not hiding the fact that this was going to happen as NetherRealm Studios teased it and was heading to the event that was in their backyard. Now that it has all taken place and the dust has settled, we now know that Noob Saibot will officially be in Mortal Kombat 11. Read More...

Mutant Year Zero A new bit of DLC is coming to Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden soon as Switch gamers will have a chance to take Mutant Year Zero on the go as well There has been a lot to come out of GDC this year and another cool announcement that came out is that Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden will be heading to the Nintendo Switch. All announced in one of the best ways by The Bearded Ladies as they point out just how they can export the game to the new platform from the Unreal engine and are doing just that. Of course, there is a bit more than just that but it is almost never presented in that way. Read More...

Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 Is No Longer A Hidden Secret
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of March 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 The announcement is here for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 with Bloodlines 2 aiming for a Q1 2020 release window Words cannot describe how excited I am as Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is now announced, but I will do my best here. Even though there is not much in the way of details for the game and an announcement trailer from Paradox Interactive to take in, we now know that all of the rumors from the past are now truths. All with Hardsuit Labs behind the screen developing the game and setting us up for a fun Q1 in 2020. Not only that, but it also looks like Bloodlines 2 will be hitting up the PS4 and Xbox One alongside a solid PC release. Read More...

Mortal Kombat 11 Brings Another Kahn Forward With New Beta Details
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 21st of March 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat We have a new look at Kotal Kahn for Mortal Kombat 11 with Jacqui in tow with some new details on the Mortal Kombat 11 closed beta The announcement that Kotal Kohn was coming to Mortal Kombat 11 given that he showed up in the story trailer and other views in the past. That is not the news here, though, as we have new gameplay from the game and NetherRealm Studios has shown him in action fighting Jacqui Briggs in the latest trailer for the game. Even though it is listed as his reveal trailer, it truly highlights the other character and level in Mortal Kombat 11 more than Kotal. Not that this is an issue at all. Read More...
