Twin Mirror Will Have You Questioning What Is Real In 2019
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Twin Mirror Another new game is announced with Twin Mirror and we may be questioning our brains when we finally come to the end of Twin Mirror It has not even been more than a week since DontNod released their last title and here we are with an announcement for Twin Mirror here just before E3. I am not going to complain at all, but it definitely looks like they are on a roll here and bringing out titles that take us into different worlds and narratives on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Not to mention that Bandai Namco teamed up with Sony to make Twin Mirror the third early announcement for the week before E3 officially kicks off. Not a terrible way for any of them to start it all off. Read More...

The Tetris Effect Is Going To Be Much More Than Syndrome Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Tetris Effect A new VR title is coming with Tetris Effect and Tetris Effect looks to turn the core gameplay into a 3D, immersive experience The first of the PrE3 announcements that we were promised by Son is here and it all starts off with Tetris Effect. A new title coming from Enhance Experience and looking to take this "effect" and bring it to us all in a new way on the PS4 and PSVR. That is right, Tetris Effect will have PSVR support included in at launch and we can play this traditionally 2D game in a full 3D environment. As if we did not have enough to already worry about with the dropping of blocks and clearing of lines. Read More...

The Walking Dead: The Final Season Gets Really Dark With A Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead The release date for The Walking Dead: The Final Season has been set and we will see how Clementine's story will wrap in The Walking Dead universe Get those tears ready as The Walking Dead: The Final Season has a release date set for the first episode now and now we can see how it will all end on August 14th. At least see how Clementine's story will end in the franchise, so that could mean that Telltale Games could technically keep the IP going but I have a feeling that this will be the end of it all. This, of course, does not sound like things will go to well for the character as this is The Walking Dead and stories almost always come to a close with the character's horrible death. Read More...

Here Is A Look At Team Sonic Racing In Action Just Before E3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Sonic New gameplay for Team Sonic Racing is here so we can see how Sonic and crew will be placed into a racing title now First it was rumor, then denied, then "leaked," then denied, the leaked again, and then Team Sonic Racing was finally confirmed to be a thing that will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. That is at least how this title has gone for this year so far as Sega has been holding off on getting the full announcement out there. Thankfully, they stopped and just let the announcement for Team Sonic Racing to finally come and to show off just what Sumo Digital has been "secretly" working on for a bit. Read More...

Meet Another New Enemy For GTFO Just Before E3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 4th of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
GTFO A few new screenshots for GTFO have popped up just before E3 and they show off more of GTFO as well as a new enemy to track us down Here we go with another title jumping the E3 gun here with GTFO showing us all a little more for the game just before it has a larger showing out at the event itself. My guess is that 10 Chambers Collective did not want to have all of those who could not make it out to see the first demo of the game to feel left out at all. That is why we are here right now with a few new screenshots for GTFO today and a very small amount of new information. Read More...

We Happy Few Is Here To Show More Of Its Own Duality
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of June 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
We Happy Few The PrE3 trailer for We Happy Few is here and it shows that We Happy Few is still on its way after the many delays it has been hit with We finally have more to look at for We Happy Few here just before E3. It, like many other videos we will have before the event, is not too much in terms of anything new or mind-breaking for the game. No, it is more in the line of a reminder that Compulsion Games is still working on it and will have more to show at the event directly. At least it is safe to think that as it is only about fifty-seconds of gameplay for We Happy Few that we have here and it would be a bit of a waste to give us all just this and then nothing at one of the larger events of the year. Create, Destroy, & Enflame With Underworld Ascendant’s Latest Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Underworld Ascendant A new gameplay trailer for Underworld Ascendant is here just before its E3 showing and with it comes the release window for Underworld Ascendant Let us all make sure to hold nothing back for E3 this year as we have another trailer out there and this one is for Underworld Ascendant. Okay, maybe not the biggest or most hidden of game announcements out there but OtherSide Entertainment has been working hard on the game for a while now and we should take note of it in the mix of all of the other big PC games getting the fancier shows out there. Especially now that it is known that Underworld Ascendant will be dropping for everyone in September now and will be bringing it with it all of the Action-RPG elements some gamers have been craving for a bit. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]

Battlefield V Has Been Revealed & Promises To Give Us Things We Have Yet To Experience
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of May 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Battlefield The official Battlefield V reveal event has come and gone and now we have our first look at what Battlefield V will have to offer us Yesterday we finally had our official reveal for Battlefield V and with it came some of the first gameplay and a whole lot of promises. The big one given to us that I am sure DICE wants us to focus on is that we will have a new look at WWII that we have yet to experience before. A lofty claim given that we have had so many other installments into the WWII era and some of them from the Battlefield franchise already. Given how well the last one did in WWI, though, it does feel like a claim that we could be seeing come to light on October 19th when the game hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

Battlefield V Has Been Officially Announced With A Reveal Next Week
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of May 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Battlefield It has been officially revealed that Battlefield V will be the next game in the Battlefield line and we will have a live reveal next week The headline here kind of says it all, but Battlefield V has been set as the official name for the next entry into the franchise with EA and DICE setting up a live event where the game will be shown off for the first time. I wish there was more to officially state for this reveal, but that is about the extent of what we have been given in terms of details and we will have to wait until May 23rd for Trevor Noah to give us more of the skinny. Him and some of the actual developers for Battlefield V will be giving us those details, but obviously the larger performer is what they are trying to use as the pull for us fans of the franchise and non-fans of the franchise. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 9th of May 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Star Wars A new season event for Star Wars Battlefront II is coming soon and it will obviously link into the next Star Wars film in terms of Han Solo We have had our fun with Ewoks in Star Wars Battlefront II and now it is time to move on to the next big thing in the franchise and that would be Han Solo. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of April 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Star Wars The Ewoks are coming to Star Wars Battlefront II as a new playable race so you can further relive some scenes from Star Wars’ past Another race of characters are coming to Star Wars Battlefront II and also bringing a new gameplay mode along with them. At least for a limited time, but we will ignore that for now as DICE is bringing us all the Ewoks to the game and with them a new mode called Ewok Hunt. All of which will be hitting Star Wars Battlefront II on April 18th for the low price of free. Well at least if you already own the core game on the PC, PS4, or Xbox One before or during the time this limited event runs. Read More...

The Walking Dead: The Final Season Will Be Shaking Up The Usual Formula A Bit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of April 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead New gameplay for The Walking Dead: The Final Season was shown off during PAX East and it looks to change some of the gameplay for The Walking Dead that we knew During PAX East there was a nice little panel that went into a bit more for The Walking Dead: The Final Season. Not the most hidden of information as Telltale Games made sure we all knew about it and had a chance to watch it from the comfort of our own homes if we were not able to attend the event this year. It was nice of them and definitely caught the eye of many fans of The Walking Dead out there. Unfortunately for those who could not make their way out there in general, you had to miss out on things even if you did catch most of the panel as it was streamed live. Read More...

Mad Catz Is Getting Back Into The Game After Being Slightly Dead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 4th of January 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
Mad Catz Gaming peripheral maker Mad Catz is back after only being dead to the world for a short while and hitting us hard with new Mad Catz products for CES Early last year we all caught wind that Mad Catz was filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, was thought to be liquidating, and looking like it would not be coming back to bring us any more hardware to play our games with. It was sad news for a lot and seemed like we would need to start looking to the competition for more of what we wanted for our PC and/or consoles. At least if you are into having flashier things and cool add-ons to make your gaming experience just that little bit extra special. Read More...
