A new video series for Resident Evil 7 has kicked off to show us all the fun things Resident Evil 7 almost had as well as how the game was designed from the start By now most of us have played, beaten, and moved onto the DLC for Resident Evil 7 as it has been a rather successful venture into bringing the series back to where it began. All of the other recent titles were a little shaky, to Capcom's dismay, but now it seems like they have figured out how to give the fans what they want. As with all games though, Resident Evil 7 wasn't just an idea and then a final product, but another title with a long development process filled with all kinds of choices and paths that led us to a rather well done title. New details and images for Dead Rising 4's next bit of DLC that gives us a zombie version of Frank to play in Dead Rising 4 as well as some new golfing I hope you are ready for some more Dead Rising 4 DLC to get added into the mix for the game now as we have a look at what is coming to us on April 4th now. I know that hasn't been a lot of time to enjoy the game for all of you PC gamers out there, but for those Xbox One fans it looks like Capcom is going to give you even more reasons to keep playing outside of the time of year that the game is set in. In fact, with this new DLC for Dead Rising 4 we are going to get a rather nice bit of extra story to play as we see our favorite character down in the dumps further. Read More...

A retail listing for Assassin’s Creed Empire has many thinking that we could see the next Assassin’s Creed title before the end of this year The rumor mill is back at it again and here we are with more Assassin’s Creed Empire rumors and speculation of sorts. That would be the assumed titled from all of the other leaked information for the next title in the franchise that Ubisoft has yet to confirm. None the less we are here because it looks like that time to confirm things is dwindling down as a Swiss retailer is already showing Assassin’s Creed Empire as having a release before the end of 2017. The fourth quarter of 2017 to be exact and seeing how the site is still listing it as of this article, it may be something to take a look at for now. Read More...

An official Injustice 2 gameplay trailer for Cheetah has been released and now we can see just how she will play in Injustice 2 if we learn well We've seen Cheetah a few times before for Injustice 2 already, but now we get to see her in full action and not some of the slower gameplay used to show off her moves and specials as we've seen. Those videos and streams from NetherRealm Studios, while informative, can be a little on the slower side for characters like Cheetah how look to be very fast-paced when all is said and done. At least that would be my take away here from the new Injustice 2 trailer that we have just below. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site Another week done and even more video games to look and have enjoyed. This was a rather upbeat week for it all as well now wasn't it? We had plenty of new stuff out of PAX East to look at like the new stuff for Friday The 13th and the next episode of The Walking Dead. We were also able to see Injustice 2 add Firestorm to the ranks for us. To top it off we also had a wonder review out there for Styx: Shards Of Darkness. Read More...

We sit down and review Styx: Shards Of Darkness. The goblin is back and there is even more to steal & kill. Here's our review of Styx: Shards Of Darkness Styx is finally back and doing what he does best in Styx: Shards Of Darkness; stealing and killing. It's been a long wait since he was the Master Of Shadows and brought his fun to the screen but Cyanide Studios didn't want the little guy falling into the darkness of obscurity and brought us yet another experience through the eyes of the thieving goblin. Hopefully learning from any mistakes and adding in just enough new items to make the game feel the same but enough to warrant the extra funds that Focus Home Interactive doled out for the game. None the less, here's our review on Styx: Shards Of Darkness and just how the game did in our eyes. Read More...

Rumors have started that The Evil Within 2 is in development based on a recent job posting for Q/A to work on The Evil Within 2 or Psycho Break 2 in Japan The rumor mill is churning as it looks like hints that The Evil Within 2, or Psycho Break 2 if you wish, is currently in development and at the point where they are looking for QA people. At least this is all to be believed from a recent, unconfirmed, private job listing over there for Tango Gameworks that has found its way online and then screen captured for all to see. The bigger thing giving this new rumor for The Evil Within 2 much of its merit currently is that Bethesda has already teased some big titles for the year and that Tango has claimed it wanted to make this a franchise and not just a one-off title. The final release date for The Surge has been set and with it we have another fun CG video for The Surge to celebrate and get us amped up even more It looks like today is the day that we change The Surge's May release date into a solid May 16th release date as it has now been set for us. This was about when I figured that Deck 13 would be looking to release the game, but now it is confirmed and those waiting to give it a good play can now try to shuffle their schedules around to fit it in. There are already a few other great titles listed as launching on the same day, but all in different gameplay styles than The Surge so now you will have options and yet another title to put in when you need to break up the flow or monotony of the others out there. Australians may not be seeing Outlast 2 at launch as it looks like Outlast 2 has been refused classification of even a R18+ rating by the censors We just had the release date for Outlast 2 given out and it was assumed to be a world-wide release on April 25th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Now, as it looks, the game may not be making said release date but only for those who live down in Australia where the Classification Board, think ESRB of sorts, has refused to give Red Barrels' new title even the rating of R18+. Outlast 2 is not the first game to do this, but this is the first we are hearing about it happening for this game. Read More...

We have some new information on Injustice 2's Source Crystals and what they do as well as a good look at Injustice 2's version of Firestorm now We are back again with more Injustice 2 new and updates and while this isn't anything in lines with a new character reveal, we do have a new look at just how character customization and Source Crystals will work in the game. Source Crystal being the in-game currency for those who want to make their specific characters have a look and feel other than what NetherRealm Studios has provided out the gate. Also for those who want to have some of those premier skins in Injustice 2 without needing to buy the larger bundles of the game before May 16th. Read More...

Have a look at three of Prey's Typhon aliens in action along with how they may function in Prey and how we will be able to handle them in the long run We've seen them a bit already in Prey but now it looks like it is time to have a better breakdown of the alien creatures, known as Typhon, for the game. Well, at least three of them for now even though we see four in the list, but maybe that was just Arkane Studios suggesting that one is really just the "cocoon" of sorts to build to the others. I'm sure we'll know more soon or at least on May 5th when Prey launches out there. Read More...

It has just been announced that Drawn To Death will be free for all PS Plus players out there and Drawn To Death will be bringing more exciting extras Back in February we had word that Drawn To Death finally had a set release date of April 4th but also that it was going to run the cost of $20 USD when it was first brought up as free-to-play. This brought on a lot of concern and questions for Bartlet Jones as to what had changed and if it would eventually become one of the titles that PS Plus brought us for free on our PS4. As it turns out, Drawn To Death will be coming to the PS Plus service for free and that "eventually" timeline asked is the same as its launch date. Read More...

The multiplayer for Mass Effect: Andromeda has been shown off here and now we can see just how our friends can help us in Mass Effect: Andromeda in-game Questions on Mass Effect: Andromeda's multiplayer mode have been all the rage as of late since it was let loose that BioWare was not going to be having any kind of 'beta' before March 21st when it is supposed to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I've seen people go as far as claim that there will be no multiplayer at launch due to that, but I'm here to tell you that all is bupkis as we now have a good look at it all. Don't get your little Mass Effect hearts all worked up for nothing except for the excitement that the game is almost here now. Read More...

We have our first look at The Walking Dead: A New Frontier episode three and it looks like The Walking Dead universe is kicking the game up a notch It has taken a bit longer than I thought, but it looks like we finally have our first taste of episode three for The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. I know I was hoping for it to come shortly after last month's physical release but it looks like we still have a bit to wait as it will be hitting us on March 28th for now. That doesn't mean that Telltale Games didn't have something to show everyone out at PAX East though as a nice little teaser for this new episode of The Walking Dead was shown off and, in typical fashion, make it looks like the shit is truly hitting the fan.
