Shank 2 Announced

EA has announced that they are working with Klei Entertainment on a sequel to Shank, simply titled "Shank 2" at this point. After killing the criminals who betrayed him, former mob hit man Shank must protect his loved ones from the mob he once worked for. So far no release date has been given, but we can surely expect this one to come out sometime in 2012. Read More...

I've been following Shank for a while now, and I've been consistently impressed by the visuals and the style of the game. It's like a 2D explosion of sweetly animated vengeance carefully marinated in some of the craziest violence that does not include a certain Devil Who May Cry or Dual Wielding Busty Librarian Clothed In Her Own Hair. Developed by Klei Entertainment, makers of such downloadable goodness as Eets and N+, Shank has action to spare. Read More...

The last time we heard anything about Shank was at PAX in Seattle, Washington where I claimed it to be the best game I played at PAX. PAX 2009 Impression: Shank

As I was walking around the PAX show floor, I happen to nearly walk by this Gem of a game. This is a game that seemed to nearly go un-notice at PAX 2009. Major titles like Mass Effect 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Halo: ODST and more at PAX make this game to be an extremely hidden gem for many of us that tried it out. Read More...
