New DLC Characters On The For Mortal Kombat X In 2016
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of September 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
It has been announced, officially, that there will be another set of characters coming to Mortal Kombat X but it looks like we will have to wait until 2016 for them You would be lying to yourself if you though that the first Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat X was going to be the end of the new characters joining the roster of the game. Even the last Mortal Kombat title before this one had multiple new characters added over time by NetherRealm Studios and that was when DLC wasn't as easy to add in as it is on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC now. Okay, it most likely was but this is Mortal Kombat X and one of the largest titles the studio has put out to date. Read More...

Enter The Crushing Depths Of SOMA's Environments
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of September 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
Another trailer for SOMA shows off more of the dark, deep seas that we will be fighting for our lives in when we play SOMA If there has been one upcoming title that has had me both intrigued and confused it has to be SOMA. Sometimes it looks like weird sci-fi horror title and then we get videos like we have below that make it look like some kind of dark deep sea adventure. At least across the board Frictional Games has kept the horror look no matter which vision of SOMA I am looking at. Read More...

It is the normal thing and Konami usually goes right along with that don't they? Especially since The Phantom Pain has been getting some great reviews and sales are going strong. Read More...

At least the Street Fighter V one is only slated at being a cheaper $99. Read More...

The Merc' With The Mouth, Deadpool, Is Hitting Next Gen Systems
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of September 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
It has been announced that Deadpool will be making the leap from the PS3 and 360 to the PS4 and Xbox One this November bringing all of the Deadpool goodness with him Talk about a "remaster" of sorts coming out of nowhere as Deadpool is coming to the PS4 and Xbox One almost two years after it hit the PS3 and Xbox 360. This would be the High Moon Studios game that came out in 2013 that also had a lot of mixed reviews based on the titular character Deadpool. I am sure that Activision isn't doing this because of the most likely success of the Marvel franchise recently and the new film on the way. Read More...

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Release Date Revealed & Augmentation Begins
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
The official global release date for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been revealed as well as a new way to alter your pre-order of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Add yet another title to the February 2016 release schedule as Deus Ex: Mankind Divided now has an official release date for February 23rd of 2016 on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That is also a world wide release date at that as Square Enix has written it in soft stone. I say soft stone here as it looks like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided may still get a release date change only this time it won't be based on Eidos Montreal needing time but more in line of how many of us out there actually pre-order Deus Ex: Mankind Divided earlier than said date. New gameplay and a release window for Final Fantasy XV have been given to us all out of PAX and it looks like Final Fantasy XV will be hitting in 2016 If for some reason there was any doubt that Final Fantasy XV was going to be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One in 2016 then you can set that to rest now. During PAX Prime it was announced that Final Fantasy XV was indeed coming sometime in 2016 and that we will know an exact date sometime in March of that year. New Hitman Gameplay To See That Brings Down The House
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
Official gameplay for Hitman has been shown off and released into the wild to show us all how far the new Hitman title has progressed to We've seen plenty of Hitman footage "leaked" out by those testing the alpha build of the game. It never looked to eye-poppingly amazing before as it was always someone who doesn't know how to play Hitman, from the looks of the gameplay, as well as people with PCs that could barely seem to run the game. To fix this issue for all of us looking forward to Hitman on December 8th it looks like Io Interactive has taken it upon themselves to give us a real play through of the same area we've seen leaked and not plugged up by Square Enix to date. Not to let anyone down it looks like we have said gameplay for LawBreakers now and ready for all to view. Read More...

Minecraft: Story Mode Is Going To Let Us Choose Our Hero Too
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of August 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
It looks like Minecraft: Story Mode isn't only letting us choose our own story paths but also how our hero of Minecraft looks and sounds…with new screenshots While all of those lucking gamers are attending PAX will be getting a chance to play with a beta build of Minecraft: Story Mode it looks like the rest of us are not being left out in the lurch with nothing to go one but word of mouth. Telltale wouldn't do that to us. And in fact they haven't as they have dropped a few new screenshots on us from Minecraft: Story Mode as well as a little nugget that is a first in the developer's history here for their foray into the Mojang franchise.
