Even More Horizon Zero Dawn Machine Are Flying Into The Mix
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 10th of February 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Two more machines from Horizon Zero Dawn have been given a breakdown video and these look to be some of the fiercest Horizon Zero Dawn has to offer yet Just as I thought yesterday when we had two new videos for Horizon Zero Dawn's machines, now we have another two to devour in such a short time. It does look like we are going to have a look at all of those dangerous machines in the game as Guerrilla Games has two more to show off here and I am fairly sure that they have yet to be seen in the general wild yet so it is time to get even more excited for the game here. Or frightened as it looks like we have one that looks like it could be fairly manageable and another flying one that looks to make Horizon Zero Dawn be a bit more on the difficult side of things. The next character for Street Fighter V's second season has been set as Kolin who will be joining Street Fighter V from way back in the Street Fighter III days Here we go with yet another blast from the past hitting Street Fighter V in way of the season two of DLC. It looks like a little known named character of Kolin is making the leap from Street Fighter III to Street Fighter V as Capcom as announced her to be the next character to hit the game. Hit the game and also hit it on February 28th just in time to add one more chill item to the list before we head into Spring. Don't Expect To See South Park: The Fractured But Whole Before April Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 9th of February 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
It looks like South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been delayed again as this new South Park title has been pushed off of a Q1 2017 list now It does not look like South Park: The Fractured But Whole is catching any breaks with actually making it to a release date as it looks like the game has been hit with yet another delay. Originally it was slated to land just in time for the Christmas holiday, it would have made the perfect gift, as it was set to release on December 6th. That date has come and gone and we were all set to head back into South Park before the end of March as the release date was slated as Q1 of 2017. Read More…

Meet Two Of The Machines Out To End Us In Horizon Zero Dawn
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 9th of February 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Two new video clips for Horizon Zero Dawn have been released and they show off two of Horizon Zero Dawn's machines that will be snapping and killing us We've seen a few of the machines in the past for Horizon Zero Dawn and some of them look like they are going to be a nightmare to fight and others look to be a nice easy ride. Of course looks can be deceiving and there are also a lot of other machines out there in the game's world that could also make things look that way or the other. To help with all of that though, it looks like Guerrilla Games has started a new video series for Horizon Zero Dawn to help show off more of the machines that now own the world as well as how Aloy can bring them down or turn the tides of the battle with them. Things Are Getting Creepier In Little Nightmares With New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
New gameplay for Little Nightmares has released and it shows off more creepiness in Little Nightmares as well as some new horrible creatures to dodge Before now we all had a solid idea that Little Nightmares was going to be filled with a lot of creepy and dark imagery. At least if you've been following along with everything that Tarsier Studios has put out for the game so far and have not been trying to stay as free of gameplay spoilers so far. In the end it looks like a title that is right up my alley there and with some new gameplay from Bandai Namco today, Little Nightmares gets even further locked in for me and hopefully all of you who are into some dark and creepy platforming. Time to take notice as it is still launching on April 28th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC here soon. Read More…

Horizon Zero Dawn's Photo Mode Has A Few New & Fun Features Mixed In
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of February 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
During a recent stream for Horizon Zero Dawn the developers walked us through some of the game as well as Horizon Zero Dawn's new photo mode It was brought up recently that Horizon Zero Dawn was going to be getting a photo mode mixed into the game so players could immortalize some of the best scenes in the game and show them off to the world. That was pretty much all that was said about it back then but recently Guerrilla Games hosted a live stream where more of the game was shown off but one of the big highlights was this new photo mode. Maybe you saw it or maybe you skipped it so you could go into Horizon Zero Dawn as fresh as possible. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 7th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
A new video breaking down Black Canary from Injustice 2 has released to show off just how she will function in Injustice 2 and make a formidable fighter Last week we saw Black Canary get added into the mix for Injustice 2 and since then we've seen a few new videos showing her using all of her skills in the game. None of which truly broke down just how they all work or why it looks like there is a lot of setup required for her in the game. Thankfully, as I seem to always say, NetherRealm Studios has finally given us just the kind of breakdown for Black Canary in Injustice 2 and we get to see it all just before they bring us all yet another character into the mix. Psychonauts 2 Adds A Publisher To The List & Aims For A 2018 Release
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
A new deal for Psychonauts 2 has been struck adding in a major publisher and setting the release window for Psychonauts 2 to 2018 at some point It looks like Psychonauts 2 could potentially be an even larger title than we thought as not only has it raised enough funds from the general gaming community, but now it looks like the game is getting another major bit of funding with a new publisher agreement. It has just been announced that Double Fine and Starbreeze have entered into an agreement to add $8 million USD to the funds to make Psychonauts 2 above and beyond what has already been raised on Fig. It doesn't look like this will alter any of the existing things set up through the crowd funding and investing site but it will allow for a larger budget and hopefully a bigger and better game in 2018. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 4th of February 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site This week of video games totally felt a little skewed now didn't it? Between For Honor and Horizon Zero Dawn it almost felt like there were no other huge announcements or news to have been had. Of course we did as Resident Evil 7 had its first batch of DLC launch out there and then we had another character added into the mix for Injustice 2. There were also a few good recaps from titles that were shown off or discussed at PAX South and many other things. Read More…
