by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead In a recent interview it was revealed that The Walking Dead from Telltale will be getting a third season and build off where The Walking Dead left us all Hopefully you haven't given up on Clementine from The Walking Dead just yet as it turns out that we are getting a third season for the game and getting it before the end of the year. At least that is what has been stated in a recent interview with the CEO of Telltale Games. Hopefully you remember all of your previous choices and the story of The Walking Dead so far as it looks like the different endings we had to choose from will not be the true end of it all. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of March 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This has been one crazy week for video games hasn't it? We had a whole load of new rumors fly out there and some huge announcements. Could we be getting Red Dead Redemption 2 and a BioShock Collection or is that just wishful thinking? How about the price announcement for the PlayStation VR that came out and then was followed up by a bundle that still greatly undercuts the competition in terms of price. Hells, we also had a nice review for the first episode of Hitman land out there for you. Read More...

The Climb Takes Us To New Heights & Dark Locations
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
The Climb A new trailer for The Climb has been released and it shows off some new caves and an alpine locale crafted just for The Climb With all the VR news out there due to GDC it looks like we get to add yet another bit in there in terms of The Climb. At least this time it is for some software that Crytek is working on and not some new hardware and pricing that will be debated for hours on end. What good is the hardware without titles like The Climb to help show things off and get players actually trying out things they may be a bit too timid to try in the first place? The Oculus hardware needs to be more than just experiences or it will fall flat after all. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
BioShock Another rating for BioShock Collection has been spotted and more rumors about the possible boxed collection of all BioShock titles are back Looks like another ratings board has shown some form of existence for a BioShock Collection. This time it comes out of Taiwan and also happens to include possible box art for the collection. All of this and there is still no official word out of 2K Games on the possible collection but signs are still pointing to the fact that we will be seeing some or all of the BioShock titles coming together in some form on the PS4 and Xbox One. Unless this is one major troll out there. Read More...

New Multiplayer VR Game Werewolves Within Has Been Outed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Werewolves Within A new VR game, Werewolves Within, has been announced and pits players against each other to see who truly has a Werewolves Within… The mainstream VR hardware is still a bit off from release and it looks like we have yet another odd game to add to the list as Werewolves Within has just been announced. While the title does sound a bit goofy it does look like Red Storm is trying to make something truly unique out of the gate for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Werewolves Within wouldn't be a true Ubisoft game if it wasn't trying to capitalize on every available platform that it can right out the gate after all. Read More...

Come As You Are For New Quantum Break Footage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Quantum Break A new cinematic trailer for Quantum Break has been released and it adds some darker tones to Quantum Break with a cover of Nirvana If for some reason you didn't have a good grasp on how the theme of Quantum Break will feel then it is time to see yet another cinematic trailer for the game. I swear Remedy wants to pump out more of these then any real gameplay but seeing as Quantum Break is using a very life like structure for the characters what you are about to see could quite easily be gameplay and we just don't know it. Of course this isn't the only thing to take away from this latest trailer for the game. Read More...

NightCry Is Looking To Terrify Sometime This Spring
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of March 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
NightCry After a nice little alpha demo of NightCry it looks like the development team is prepping for a Spring release for NightCry on the PC Last year we were able to see that NightCry was funded and in the works from Nude Maker studios. There was a lot of rejoice as many, myself included, loved the Clock Tower games that this was game was going to be building off even if it wasn't a direct sequel. As Kickstarter campaigns go of course we were all updated with a few things during the time of success and now and if some of those backers had been keeping a close eye they would have seen a nice little alpha slice of NightCry to have been played all last month. It looks like things went well and the feedback that was given was helpful as it looks like the PC build of NightCry is now well on its way to release in the next few months. Read More...

Homefront: The Revolution's Goliath Edition Equips You For War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Homefront The big collector's edition for Homefront: The Revolution has been revealed and it comes with a drone inspired by Homefront that you can use at home The release of Homefront: The Revolution is still a ways out as it is still set from May 17th and you still may be on the fence about picking up a copy. It happens and that usually leads publishers like Deep Silver to throw together some great bonus editions of their games like they have here with the Goliath Edition for the next entry into the Homefront franchise. It really looks like the way that we are going to want to play Dambuster Studios' creation as it will let us take some of the action off the screen and into our homes. Read More...

The BioShock Collection Gets Rated Yet Again For Possible Release
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of February 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Bioshock The BioShock Collection has been rated again, this time in Brazil, and it looks more like the BioShock Collection could be a real thing In September of 2015 we had our first "leak" of a supposed BioShock Collection from the South African ratings board. It was claimed that it was in the works from 2K Games, heading to the PS4 and Xbox One, and heading to them on November 27th of 2015. Seeing as that day has come and passed it was easy to think that a BioShock Collection was just a fleeting thought and nothing of truth. That was of course until it was rated yet again and put a bit more substance to the possibility that we will head to Rapture again on the next gen systems. Read More...
