How Ready Are You For What Dishonored 2 Has To Dish Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of October 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 A new trailer for Dishonored 2 is here but this time it is a live-action Dishonored 2 trailer to gaze upon here Dishonored 2 is a mere weeks out from launch, November 11th, and we should all be "celebrating" and getting ready to dive into the new game that Arkane Studios has put together for us. We've seen a whole lot of amazing things for the game so far and it looks like it could be another great hit. Granted, we've only seen about two missions in the game and a few overviews of powers in the game so far but little is left to the imagination it would seem now. Read More...

That being just how Capcom is altering the save system and it looks like the combat knife is coming back in a way. All of which are part of the ten volume series that is running for Resident Evil 7 up to its final release on January 24th next year. Read More...

Have An Alternate History Lesson On Prey's TranStar Corporation
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 18th of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Prey Another video for Prey has been released and this one gives us all a little background on Prey's alternate history we'll experience We've seen a bit of the story for Prey already and of course we all knew that there would be more to it all. I mean, Arkane Studios needed to give us a better reason to be on the space craft other than "just cause." There is already another game titled that anyways. Well, as it looks, we do have more on the story of Prey as Bethesda has brought us a new animated short that goes through the paces of the alternate history that will lead to the game's events. Will You Answer The Call Resident Evil 7 Is Making Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 Two new videos for Resident Evil 7 have been released and both show off some new things coming to Resident Evil 7 while not too much It looks like two new teaser videos for Resident Evil 7 have released and both of them look straight forward until you start to dig into things and see what could be teased here. It seems that this is going to keep being the way for Capcom as they promote the game but that just means that the ride until January 24th is going to be a fun one; right? Sure why not and if not we can just keep distracting ourselves with these new little teasers for Resident Evil 7 until then. Read More...

Dishonored 2's Level Possibilities Feel Endless With Their Themed Missions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 Another developer diary for Dishonored 2 has released and this one delves into the endless possibilities that Dishonored 2's levels should feel to have We've seen some great level design so far in Dishonored 2 over the marketing campaign and showing off of the game so far. It looks like it will be another impressive feather in the cap of Arkane Studios when it finally hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 11th. Of course all of that does come with the worry that Bethesda has only allowed the best parts of Dishonored 2 to be shown off so far and have hidden away any blemishes that might be there or will still be there after launch. Not like that never happens in the video game world right? Read More...

Which Yu Will You Be In Prey When It Releases
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of October 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Prey While Prey is trying to tackle the theme of identity in the game it looks like Prey will let you have some choice in the matter Here we go with another bit of gameplay footage for Prey here although it may not be exactly what you think. As it turns out, Arkane Studios is looking to tackle the "theme of identity" in the game in the midst of all the craziness and horror. Of course this may have been something we've seen and heard a few times from Bethesda already over the last few months but it is being brought up again. Brought up in a way that when Prey finally launches in 2017 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC that we will be given a choice. Read More...

We Can Make A Lot Of Daring Escapes In Dishonored 2 Too
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 More Dishonored 2 gameplay has been released and now we get to see how we can exfiltrate missions in Dishonored 2 no matter the chaos So far we've seen the many ways to get in and kill our targets in Dishonored 2 but we all know that is only half of the challenge in the game as getting back out undetected or not is the other half we have to worry about. Of course Arkane Studios could have taken the easy way out and made it so we didn't have to worry about that but then what fun would that be? Just as before, we have a new bit of gameplay for Dishonored 2 to show off just how we can get out of all the situations we set up using the full range of powers granted to us in the game. Let's Lower The Chaos With More Dishonored 2 Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 A second video of Dishonored 2's Clockwork Mansion has been released so we can see how Dishonored 2's stealth play works a bit Last week we had a chance to see some new Dishonored 2 gameplay that took us through an area called the Clockwork Mansion in the game. We had both a run by what looked like a novice player and then one run by Arkane Studios directly; both of which caused a whole lot of chaos and lacked any finesse to get through it all. It looks like Bethesda wanted to make sure that all of us looking forward to Dishonored 2, that have different style of play, get a taste of the mission as now we have it running through yet again but on Low Chaos mode. Mode being a general term and not a setting here. Read More...

New Details For Little Nightmares Have Sprung Up To Fuel Our Dreams
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares New gameplay details for Little Nightmares have popped up as well as a little bit on what is going on in Little Nightmares' story If you were paying close attention back at Gamescom you would have heard about Little Nightmares getting a nice little tease and announcement. This would be a new 3D platforming title from Tarsier Studios that looks like something inspired by the dreams of Tim Burton. Of course there is a lot more going on with Little Nightmares than just that but for the first trailer that Bandai Namco brought us for the game that is all we had to see. Now that some time has passed though, it looks like the development team is ready to get into a few more of the details of the game than before. Read More...

Mafia 3: Rivals Is Aiming To Take Over Our Mobile Devices Just Like The Streets
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Mafia 3 A new mobile game, Mafia 3: Rivals, has been announced and it looks to bring a little bit of Mafia 3 to our phones and tablets Good news for all of you mobile gamers out there who are apparently not gaming on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC as Mafia 3: Rivals has just been announced and coming to the iOS and Android systems. No, 2K Games isn't porting over the full other game but it looks like Cat Daddy Games has crafted a mobile tie-in game to keep us going when on the move. I also think that stating this is a tie-in to Mafia 3 might be a little overzealous on my end too as it could be something a bit different. Read More...

Dishonored 2 A new gameplay video for Dishonored 2 has been released and it highlights all of the new ways in Dishonored 2 that we'll be able to kill our enemies If you played the first title then you shouldn't be too surprised that Dishonored 2 is going to have a lot of creative ways to kill all of our enemies out there. Arkane Studios has already shown us a few ways in past videos for the game but it looked like things were about the same par as before. Of course that is never the case and now we have a good look at a lot of creative ways to murder people in Dishonored 2 through all of the powers and contraptions we will have when Bethesda gets around to publishing the game on November 11th.
