Resident Evil 7 The second making of video for Resident Evil 7 is here and it delves into Resident Evil 7's horrific family and found footage mechanics Fresh off the heels of last week's look at how Resident Evil 7 was made, we have the latest video in the series that is being put out there. If you don't remember, last week we saw how the Bakers were originally supposed to have a pet dog in the mix and also that Capcom was working on a mechanic in-game that would have made you need to hold your breath. Prey A new showcasing of Prey's different weapons and powers is here to show you the stuff we have yet to see for Prey so far We've seen a whole lot of the weapons and powers for Prey so far but it has seemed a bit limited. I assumed that was due to the fact that Arkane Studios wanted to keep a lot of it under wraps until May 5th when we'll all be playing the game on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Looks like I was wrong. Not in the aspect that we have seen it all already, but in the fact that Bethesda has brought us one more video here for Prey that showcases more of the powers and weapons in the game that we will be using. The Walking Dead The launch trailer for The Walking Dead: A New Frontier's third episode has finally been released as soon we can see how this part of The Walking Dead plays out Last week we had a nice little tease for the third episode of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. It showed off a nice little bit of what we could expect in this episode but also looked like it was very focused on the pre-end history of Javier's and little more than that. This week it looks like Telltale Games has given us all the launch trailer for the episode, it still launches on March 28th though, and it definitely goes down a path a bit of a different path than previously thought; all of which in a good way. Prey A new developer diary for Prey is out and it dives right into Prey's protagonist, who they are and why they are going through the hell that they do in the game By now we all know that we will be playing our own version of Morgan Yu in Prey so we can be fully immersed. Arkane Studios has given us the option to play as male or female in the game and all without sacrificing any of the story for one or the other. Pretty nice even though Prey is a FPS and we'll only really see the character's hands in this regard, but there are a few scenes and tidbits that will show off the gender. Injustice 2 The third Shattered Alliances trailer for Injustice 2 has dropped and it places Super Girl at odds with Injustice 2's other heroes even further Here we go with our third installment of the Shattered Alliances trailers for Injustice 2 and this one is all about Super Girl and her role in the epic fight(s) that are to come. It even looks like we are going to be getting a few call backs to the House Of El's past here from NetherRealm Studios based on this trailer which I hope will point to the bigger bad guy that has yet to have much focus; Brainiac. He's in Injustice 2 and affects the whole story somehow, but as it seems right now it has all been about the heroes of the DC universe dealing with the aftermath of the first Injustice story. Resident Evil 7 A new video series for Resident Evil 7 has kicked off to show us all the fun things Resident Evil 7 almost had as well as how the game was designed from the start By now most of us have played, beaten, and moved onto the DLC for Resident Evil 7 as it has been a rather successful venture into bringing the series back to where it began. All of the other recent titles were a little shaky, to Capcom's dismay, but now it seems like they have figured out how to give the fans what they want. As with all games though, Resident Evil 7 wasn't just an idea and then a final product, but another title with a long development process filled with all kinds of choices and paths that led us to a rather well done title. Ghostbusters A new Ghostbusters experience and game has surprisingly popped up as Ghostbusters: Now Hiring is now available for the PS VR system in episodic form If you didn't get enough of the franchise with the films, new and old, and recently crummy video game, then you are in for a treat as it looks like we now have Ghostbusters: Now Hiring out there to play. Seemingly out of nowhere this new VR experience for the PS4 has found its way out there and is currently available to download and play on the PS store. Narcosis A new trailer for Narcosis has released for all to look at as we wait for Narcosis to launch on its many platforms in a little over a week It's been one long trip but it looks like we are almost there as Narcosis finally launches on March 28th here. What once started as a student project has budded up into the debut of Honor Code's first title for the Xbox One, PC, and Oculus. Not too shabby at all and that is apparently not all of the platforms for Narcosis as it is still listed as coming to "other platforms" but by now a good portion of us all know how that can be. An official Injustice 2 gameplay trailer for Cheetah has been released and now we can see just how she will play in Injustice 2 if we learn well We've seen Cheetah a few times before for Injustice 2 already, but now we get to see her in full action and not some of the slower gameplay used to show off her moves and specials as we've seen. Those videos and streams from NetherRealm Studios, while informative, can be a little on the slower side for characters like Cheetah how look to be very fast-paced when all is said and done. Injustice 2 We have some new information on Injustice 2's Source Crystals and what they do as well as a good look at Injustice 2's version of Firestorm now We are back again with more Injustice 2 new and updates and while this isn't anything in lines with a new character reveal, we do have a new look at just how character customization and Source Crystals will work in the game. Source Crystal being the in-game currency for those who want to make their specific characters have a look and feel other than what NetherRealm Studios has provided out the gate. Prey Have a look at three of Prey's Typhon aliens in action along with how they may function in Prey and how we will be able to handle them in the long run We've seen them a bit already in Prey but now it looks like it is time to have a better breakdown of the alien creatures, known as Typhon, for the game. Well, at least three of them for now even though we see four in the list, but maybe that was just Arkane Studios suggesting that one is really just the "cocoon" of sorts to build to the others. I know I was hoping for it to come shortly after last month's physical release but it looks like we still have a bit to wait as it will be hitting us on March 28th for now. Prey Another long bit of gameplay for Prey has been released but this time we get to see some of Prey's alien abilities mixed into it all Hopefully you are ready for a whole lot of new gameplay for Prey as that is what we have here for us all to digest. Well, some of it is new as the first bit is filled with the gameplay that Arkane Studios has already shown us all before, but thankfully there is a bit more than we've had before. There is still more to see for Prey before May 5th of course, but given that Bethesda was out at the con to show it all off, the amount still in hiding has been dwindled a little more. Injustice 2 Another new character for Injustice 2 has been announced and it looks like Firestorm will be joining in on the Injustice 2 fight at launch now Another week and yet another Injustice 2 character getting announced and added into the fight. This time we have Firestorm getting the confirmation and shown off here. Mark another off the "leaked" list of characters that NetherRealm Studios is bringing to us in Injustice 2 here on May 16th. This leaves only four more on said list to be shown off and then the others that have not been mentioned thus far, but for now we will focus on Firestorm and the little bit of gameplay that we have to see for the character. Injustice 2 The second part of Injustice 2's Shattered Alliances trailer has been released and we get more heroes added to Injustice 2's roster with a few more glimpses Not too long ago we had a chance to see part one of the main Injustice 2 story that we will be fighting along in. It looked amazing and focused a lot more on the Superman side of the story but now we get to see just how the other half of the fight is living and fighting back as NetherRealm Studios has brought us the second part of it all. Not only that but it looks like we have a few new confirmed fighters for Injustice 2 and if you look hard enough you can see that there are a few others in the background.
