Red Hood Will Be Playable In Injustice 2 Next Week
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 Red Hood has been slated to come to Injustice 2 in June and now we not only know when he'll join Injustice 2 but we can see more of his action If you've been keeping up with Injustice 2 since launch then it is no surprise to you that Red Hood is one of the DLC characters that will be coming to the game. Hells, if you've updated the game on the PS4 or Xbox One to the latest build that NetherRealm Studios has put out there then you definitely know as he and silhouettes of the other fighters can also be seen in the game. Pretty much as the team has been getting Injustice 2 ready for all of the future characters to flow on in and now it looks like June 13th will be the day that Red Hood becomes available to all those who want to play as him. Submit To Your Destiny & Story Of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Shadow Of War A new story trailer for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has released and shows just what the new ring in Shadow Of War can and will do For a game that needed to be delayed until October 10th, there sure is a lot of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War to go around here and I have a feeling there will be a lot more given its presence at E3 this year. If I had to guess it was less with Monolith Productions needing more time to polish or whatever and more to get the buzz going and the marketing campaigns to a high. Either way, there is a lot of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War out there to take in with more on the way and here we go today with more on the story with an official story trailer for the game. This Week In Video Games 5/29/17 — 6/2/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of June 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was a shorter week here in video games but it still packed a lot of punches indeed. A lot of which was just to build up to E3 in just over a week from now but still we had a bunch of good and bad things happen this week. I know it was a bummer to see that Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War was delayed a few months, as well as Agony. At least the second title there had an amazing reason for the delay. Read More...

Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War Has Sadly Been Delayed A Bit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Shadow Of War It looks like Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has been delayed a bit as the team aims to make Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War a better title…somehow I hope you weren't still looking for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War to launch this August as it has sadly been delayed out from the initial date we were given. It looks like Monolith Productions needs more time to perfect the game and the Nemesis gameplay so now we have to wait. How much longer of a wait? Read More...

This Week In Video Games 5/22/17 — 5/26/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of May 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another week of video games in the bag and it was a huge one that was un expected indeed. I could have sworn it would have been a silent week given the proximity of E3, but it looks like they had to get all of the Far Cry 5 news out there to get us all hyped up for the video games still to come in the next few weeks. That and keep our minds off the delay of Red Dead Redemption 2 a bit and then be excited to see that LawBreakers is heading to the PS4 as well now. Mix in the Xbox Game Pass and other little bits we had and it was a pretty damn solid week for us all. Read More...

There Is More To The Moral Dilemmas & Worlds In Star Wars Battlefront II
by Julia Schoebel [ Monday, 22nd of May 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Star Wars A new part of Star Wars Battlefront II's developer diaries has been released to go into some of the moral grey areas in the Star Wars universe While I wish we had more to show off in terms of gameplay for Star Wars Battlefront II, it looks like what we have here is a new developer diary for the game to gaze upon. Pretty much more on what DICE was getting into with their last one only that they talk a bit more on the morally grey portions of the IP and franchise; that and we'll be able to experience some of this in the new game. If I had to guess I would say that EA is holding all of the juicier parts of Star Wars Battlefront II until E3 or D23 here soon, but none the less this is a great reminder that it is coming and a bit more of what to expect on November 17th. Star Wars Battlefront II Is Going Deep Into The Story Of An Imperial Soldier
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of May 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Star Wars With Star Wars Battlefront II going into a story on the side of the Empire, the team for this new Star Wars goes into how they are going to make it exciting It caught a lot of attentions when it was announced that Star Wars Battlefront II was going to be talking the story to the side of the Empire in the overall story by following along the exploits of Imperial Commander Iden Versio. I know it caught my attentions even though there are a lot of fans that wished DICE would just pump out another title in the vein of the established heroes in the universe. I'm sure that EA would have liked to go the safe route with Star Wars Battlefront II but I'm seeing it as something that will truly shine when it launches on November 17th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Get Ready To Dominate Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War's Open World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of May 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Shadow Of War A new trailer for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has just dropped and it gives us a glimpse of the other lands Shadow Of War will have to offer us all It's been a nice little bit since we had something new for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War and now we get to come at you with an open-world kind of trailer to look at. It's not the kind that you would assume with all of the other open-world trailers we get, but this one shows off more of the fighting as well as a few of the new places that Monolith Productions has put together for us to explore so it isn't all Mordor and the surrounding areas. That would make Shadow Of War a little on the boring side if we were still confined to the same locations as before, but that will not be the case. Read More...

Injustice 2 Has More Premier Skins To Look At Before Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of May 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 More of the premier skins for Injustice 2 have been spotted out there in the world and we see more Injustice 2 characters shown off Only a few more sleep cycles until we all get to dive into the console version of Injustice 2 and see what hasn't been shown off to us just yet. We've been getting a lot of promises out of NetherRealm Studios that there is still a whole lot that we have not seen yet and this includes premier skins in the mix. These are the special skins in Injustice 2 that will completely alter the look and sound of one of the core characters into something completely new. We've seen this so far with Power Girl and Reverse Flash, but there have been promises of so many more. Read More...

Total War: Warhammer II Shows Off A New Race & In-Game Footage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 11th of May 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Total War Not long ago it was announced that Total War: Warhammer II was coming and now we have a look at some in-game footage for Total War: Warhammer II with a new race of lizardmen Back in March we all caught wind of Total War: Warhammer II coming to our PCs sometime in 2017 but it was all done in a cinematic trailer that didn't do much but show us that the game was coming and to expect more. No slight to Creative Assembly for what they gave us, but I know I am not a fan of just cinematic trailers and then nothing to go one from there. Sure we found out that there would be elves in Total War: Warhammer II but I prefer gameplay and something more akin to what we will be getting in a final build. Read More...

In Case You Missed Out, Here's Everything You Need To Know For Injustice 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of May 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 As Injustice 2 is just about to launch, it is time to get a full recap on all of Injustice 2's ins and outs so we are all completely ready for launch We are a week out from the launch of Injustice 2 and it feels like we've seen and heard all there is for the game already. Outside of the finer details of the story in the game and specific gear we can collect, NetherRealm Studios has given us quite a lot to go on to make up our minds on if we are going to give the game a go here on the 16th. Hells, we only have a few more DLC characters to get shown off for Injustice 2 and we would have the whole package. I'm going to guess that we won't see those until well after launch but there is still a week and a lot planned up to then, so that may be changed up. Read More...

Injustice 2 Some of the Injustice 2 speculation can be put to rest as the first three of nine DLC characters coming to Injustice 2 have been revealed It looks like the full roster for Injustice 2 has been set down already and now we get to venture into the DLC character world of the game. We do that here today as NetherRealm Studios has just dropped the first trailer showing off the first three characters we will get here on May 16th or some time afterwards. There have been nine spoken of for the full DLC release on the PS4 and Xbox One, but these three happen to be the one you get for Injustice 2 if you want to only pick up the Digital Deluxe Edition and nothing more. The Joker Is Back In Injustice 2's Multiverse And More
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 1st of May 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 A lot more for Injustice 2 has been revealed which brings the Joker back to Injustice 2 as well as how 'towers' are going to be a part of the game There was a whole lot that just dropped for Injustice 2 here recently and it confirmed what a lot of people suspected for a while. We had yet another character revealed, and unless the NetherRealm Studios website isn't listing the DLC characters right now, this will be the last for the core roster before May 16th. Seeing as Darkseid is on the current list for said site, we are supposed to have nine more DLC characters for Injustice 2, and we have nine open slots on the list it seems likely but maybe they will surprise us with nine more starting characters and then nine more DLC. Doubtful, but we can hope. Read More...
