Dying Light: The Following Is Going To 'Pimp Yo Ride'…
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of January 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Dying Light: The Following A new Dying Light: The Following trailer has been released and it shows off some of the ways that we can Weaponize our ride in Dying Light: The Following The wait for Dying Light: The Following is now down to only a few weeks now and we have another great look at how we are going to be using those new dirt buggies in the game. It's been no secret that Techland was going to have us altering and upgrading our wheels in Dying Light: The Following when it hits on February 9th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC but the level of extent has kind of been muffled. That is until now. Read More...

Dying Light Dev Tools Are Getting Deathmatch & Co-Op Modes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of January 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Dying Light A new update to the Dying Light developer tools will allow fans to build their own custom Dying Light experiences in the realm of Co-Op and Multiplayer modes Another free update for Dying Light's developer tools has been released and it looks like it adds quite a bit in the world of Co-Op and PvP for the game. Quite a bit in terms of it is giving you all the tools to build cooperation-based scenarios and Deathmatch maps now in Dying Light just like Techland would if they weren't so busy getting the next major DLC out to us. Of course this is all for the PC version of Dying Light but if we dig a bit deeper into a few things I think we may see something for the PS4 and Xbox One. Read More...

Homefront: The Revolution's Philadelphia Is Not Quite What You Think
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of January 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Homefront A new gameplay trailer for Homefront: The Revolution has been released to show off the world of Homefront more as well as confirms the release date that was rumored before It looks like the Homefront: The Revolution release date that was "leaked" last week has now been confirmed with the latest trailer for the game from Dambuster Studios. I had a feeling that Deep Silver would get in front of this release date issue and let us all know and now we can confirm that Homefront: The Revolution will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 17th 2016 here in the NA region. May 20th for those in the EU region. Read More...

Look At The New Mortal Kombat X Characters In Action For KP2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of January 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat X A new gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat X's Kombat Pack 2 has been released to show off a bit on all of the new Mortal Kombat X characters coming in this upcoming DLC The tease and reveal for Mortal Kombat X's Kombat Pack 2 characters has come and gone a while ago. Thankfully the time gap hasn't been too great before NetherRealm Studios gave a nice look at each of the new Mortal Kombat X characters in action. Granted it isn't anything like we have seen in previous Kombat Kasts from the past but it is a nice showing of what we can expect in Mortal Kombat X from Alien, Leatherface, Triborg, and Bo’ Rai Cho when the DLC lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime this year. Not to keep you any longer from the footage for Mortal Kombat X's new characters though. Read More...

Story Time — Dying Light: The Following
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of January 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Dying Light: The Following A new story trailer for Dying Light: The Following has been released to give us a feel for the tone that Dying Light: The Following will take us through in the new expansion Looks like it is time to have a look at the story coming at us for Dying Light: The Following. At least to have a look at it in a different way as this is the second story-like trailer for this expansion that Techland has pumped out for Dying Light: The Following in my count. Only this time it looks like we are going to have to deal with more of a cult-ish style of mentality in the world of Dying Light over the survivalist mentality that plagued many of us more than the zombies. We'll all know for sure on February 9th when Dying Light: The Following lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC though. Read More...

Homefront: The Revolution's Release Date Might Have Been Leaked
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of January 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Homefront: The Revolution A new pre-order card for Homefront: The Revolution found in Target might have just given us a look at when Homefront: The Revolution may be releasing this year It has yet to be completely confirmed but we may have a release date for Homefront: The Revolution. At least if the pre-order card for the game at Target is correct and Dambuster Studios is about to wrap up their development cycle on the game. As it looks the release date for Homefront: The Revolution could be May 17th of this year for the at least the Xbox One but if true I think it would be safe to assume that it would be the same for the PS4 and PC versions of Homefront: The Revolution. It would make sense. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of January 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Dying Light A new custom-made zombie thrill ride for Dying Light has been made available for all to experience in the PC version of Dying Light Looks like the Dying Light train is still rolling and rolling strong. Especially when it comes to the "modding" community that are using those developer tools that Techland has given all of the PC Dying Light players out there. It has gone so far as to allow for some great new custom maps and experiences to be crafted in Dying Light. Now we have one that has impressed not only the community but also the developers that it is now free and available for all. Read More...

The Wait For Scalebound Has Been Increased As Delays Hit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 4th of January 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Scalebound The release date for Scalebound has been pushed back to 2017 now as the team working on Scalebound wants to be able to deliver their visions perfectly and not just to get a game out If Scalebound was on your radar for an amazing RPG experience on the Xbox One it looks like you are going to have to wait a bit longer to get it as the game has now been hit with delays. It looks like PlatinumGames has huge plans for Scalebound and having it out sometime in 2016 just isn't going to allow them the time to blow our minds with the game. Now it looks like 2017 is going to be the sweet year that we are going to get to see Scalebound in all of its dragon-y glory sadly but it could be well worth the wait. Read More...

Just Cause 3 We Sit Down And Review Just Cause 3. There Has Been A Lot Of Hype & Other Sandbox Games But Does This One Take The Cake? Here's Our Review Of Just Cause 3 We all wanted the madness of Just Cause 3 or just another entry to the franchise and now we have it. In a sea of sandbox titles this year who doesn't need another one right? At least Just Cause 3 has a nice little franchise history of doing things right to piggy back on. That also means that Avalanche Studios has a lot to live up to in terms of not only gameplay but also an amazing narrative to go hand in hand with it. Read More...

Arkham Knight The last bit of DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight's season pass is out today and we have more information on how it will expand Arkham Knight and the story Here we go with more good and bad news for Batman: Arkham Knight. The bad news would be that there will not be any more DLC for those season pass holders as of today. The good news is that Rocksteady Games is going out with a huge bang with that by bringing us the Season Of Infamy DLC for Arkham Knight that aims to snip off a few loose ends still running around Gotham City after the events of the entire franchise to date. Hopefully you guessed that this means that it is available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC right now for us all to enjoy over the Holiday weekend. Read More...

Xbox One 17 more titles hit the Xbox One in way of Backward Compatibility giving more Xbox One gamers something to play over the Christmas Break As if the 104 titles that were already Xbox One backwards compatible were not enough it looks like we get a whole bunch more added this week to expand that library further. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Minecraft The trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode's fourth episode is upon us and it gives us all a nice look at the end of one of the big bads in Minecraft as we press on Next week is more than just Christmas and every other winter solstice holiday but it also is the week that Minecraft: Story Mode gets it fourth episode released to us all. This also happens to be the point where Telltale Games is ending one of the major story lines in Minecraft: Story Mode with the Wither Storm. This has been the driving goal for all of the heroes so far but as there is one more episode after this one we will be seeing more of Mojang's creation in Minecraft: Story Mode next year as well. What Mysteries Await Us With Dying Light: The Following
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Dying Light The story trailer for Dying Light: The Following has been released and it raises all kinds of questions in the Dying Light universe now for the zombies You wanted more story in Dying Light well it looks like Dying Light: The Following is going to oblige that want as the latest story trailer for the DLC has many things to ponder on. Techland said they were setting out to make this the next huge thing for the franchise and with rumors of domesticated zombies and a true cure in the world of Dying Light I think they are going to succeed. You read that correctly; domesticated zombies and mysticism are being thrown around in this new installment for the franchise. Read More...

Review — Minecraft: Story Mode — The Last Place You Look
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of December 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Minecraft We Sit Down And Review Minecraft: Story Mode — The Last Place You Look. This Is The Third Episode Of Telltale's Take On Mojang's Famed Franchise. Here's Our Review On How They Did We are now half way through the story of Minecraft: Story Mode with the third episode right on the tails of the prior one. This Telltale Games experience has been an odd one for me to be certain but we are pressing along. It could be my lack of knowledge of the Mojang proper title or the odd seeming story telling going on in Minecraft: Story Mode. Read More...
