With only 32GB of internal storage at launch, many gamers were already upset and wondering how many titles they could store without needing the cartridges that the physical versions will bring with them. Well, today we have a look at those sizes and it looks like the answer to how many titles the Nintendo Switch will be able to hold without any upgrade is…not that many. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of February 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Ghost Recon Wildlands It has been announced that Ghost Recon Wildlands will be getting an open beta next week bringing one more Ghost Recon Wildlands location to explore since before The closed beta for Ghost Recon Wildlands has come and gone and many players had a chance to check out a small slice of the game and tool around with some of the gameplay features. I too missed out on it all due to time and other constraints so don't feel bad if you were in the same bucket. Also don't feel bad as it looks like Ubisoft is going to give everyone another chance to check out a bit of what Ghost Recon Wildlands has to offer with another beta. Read More...

by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 15th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Mothergunship A new FPS title, Mothergunship, has been announced and Mothergunship looks to bring both some bullet-hell as well as modular weapon crafting to us If you've been feeling like there have been a lack of solid, shoot-the-hells-out-of-everything, FPS games out there then you'll be glad to see that Mothergunship is on its way to sate that hunger. This would be the most recent title announced from Grip Digital and Terrible Posture Games that pits you into the mix of shoot first and ask questions never kind of game play. At least from the first trailer we have here for Mothergunship announcing that it is coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in the future. Read More...

Prey Gets A Nice Long Bit Of Gameplay To Spoil The Opening Of The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of February 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Prey The first hour of Prey has been played out there and now we have some great Prey gameplay chunks to see just how the game opens and handles There are still many months until Prey is officially released, May 5th is still the date, but it seems that Arkane Studios couldn't hold back from giving out some sweet demo action for us all. A nice hour long section of demo for the game at that and it is filled with a whole lot of what the game is going to bring to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Well at least as much as the people over at Bethesda wanted to give out to us for Prey so far but still that means that we all get a nice look at the current state of the game and to see how it is truly holding up from the predecessor's fame. Things Are Getting Creepier In Little Nightmares With New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares New gameplay for Little Nightmares has released and it shows off more creepiness in Little Nightmares as well as some new horrible creatures to dodge Before now we all had a solid idea that Little Nightmares was going to be filled with a lot of creepy and dark imagery. At least if you've been following along with everything that Tarsier Studios has put out for the game so far and have not been trying to stay as free of gameplay spoilers so far. In the end it looks like a title that is right up my alley there and with some new gameplay from Bandai Namco today, Little Nightmares gets even further locked in for me and hopefully all of you who are into some dark and creepy platforming. Time to take notice as it is still launching on April 28th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC here soon. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 7th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 A new video breaking down Black Canary from Injustice 2 has released to show off just how she will function in Injustice 2 and make a formidable fighter Last week we saw Black Canary get added into the mix for Injustice 2 and since then we've seen a few new videos showing her using all of her skills in the game. None of which truly broke down just how they all work or why it looks like there is a lot of setup required for her in the game. Thankfully, as I seem to always say, NetherRealm Studios has finally given us just the kind of breakdown for Black Canary in Injustice 2 and we get to see it all just before they bring us all yet another character into the mix. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 28th of January 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site One more week of video games in the bag and yet again we had a whole lot to talk about here. So many great announcements and updates where had as well as a few new games getting their official launch or heading into a form of beta or another. Of course there was a whole lot for Resident Evil 7 this week due to all of this but that is not to discount the Injustice 2 news and the fact that we are all gearing up for the Conan Exiles early access next week. That and the upcoming Ghost Recon Wildlands "beta" that will also be getting the kick off there as well. Read More...

Even More Gameplay For Ghost Recon Wildlands Drops Before The Closed Beta
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Ghost Recon Wildlands A few more gameplay videos for Ghost Recon Wildlands have dropped just before the beta & we have word of bonuses for Ghost Recon Wildlands pre-orders Next weekend will mark the day that the Ghost Recon Wildlands closed beta kicks off and those lucky enough to get into it will have a chance to put the multiplayer through its paces. Also they'll be able to judge to see if Ubisoft is able to still deliver the experience that we've all been waiting for or if things are getting the media razzle dazzle out there. I guess that is another good aspect of having a beta for Ghost Recon Wildlands almost a month before launch unlike other titles out there that are waiting until the last few weeks to test things out. Marvel & Square Enix Have Partnered To Bring Many Games Starting With The Avengers
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 26th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Avengers A new partnership has been announced and we are getting a new Avengers game from Marvel & Square Enix that will tell an original Avengers story in the vast universe There were some nice teases over the last few days on a new announcement coming from Marvel and Square Enix with a lot of speculation aimed at a "Marvel World" being in Kingdom Hearts III being the big news. It looks like all of that is completely wrong as now we know that it was all to announce the two giant's partnership and that we will be getting a full on video game for The Avengers sometime in the near-ish future. 2018 seems to be the year thrown around here but that doesn't stop it the excitement as there will be a nice big and flashy new Avengers game to be played out there in the mix of all of the other Marvel titles also on the way this year and the next. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Prey The release date for Prey has been set and we also have a nice new look at Prey's gameplay as we wait for May to inch ever so closer The date has been set for Prey now and it looks like we can add another video game into the mix of things in May now. Yep, it looks like Arkane Studios will be wrapping up everything to get the game out to us on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 5th here. That seems to be a nice date range for so many other video games out there and now Prey joins the ranks. Then we can see just how the "reboot" of the IP will pan out for Bethesda and this fairly successful developer they have tasked with it all. Read More...

Robin Moves To Action With The Latest Injustice 2 Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 During the first livestream for Injustice 2 we had a chance to see Robin in action as well as other character's new Injustice 2 super moves Yesterday we had the first livestream event for Injustice 2 with the hopes of many more before launch. For those who missed out on all of it during the MKX craze, this is where part of the NetherRealm Studios team gets together to show us new characters, character breakdowns, and other gameplay features for their games to not only hype but also inform us all. Unlike many of the other streams they have done though, it looks like there wasn't any new character to be shown off for Injustice 2 nor any solid breakdowns but at least we did get to see more than just a glimpse of Robin in action as he now has a solid gameplay trailer to show you some of the new moves and action in store for us. While the video clip here isn't completely telling of how Robin will be in Injustice 2, it is something new and it does sow off that there is still something going on in the universe where swords to the gut don't kill beings without super powers.
