DOOM The six multiplayer modes for DOOM have been revealed and it includes two classic modes that DOOM fans will remember and four others to flesh it out We just had a good look at the multiplayer maps that were coming to DOOM and now it looks like we have a look at the modes of gameplay we will have when entering into said maps. That didn't take too long but it is not surprising given that the beta goes live here in about a week and Bethesda needs to get us all more jazzed. DOOM A new video for DOOM has been released and this one shows off nine of the maps that will be included in DOOM's multiplayer during the beta & at launch The multiplayer beta for DOOM is only a few weeks out now and we haven't yet been able to see the maps that we will be killing each other on. This could be a good ploy by Bethesda to keep us all on our toes or it could be that id Software is still wrapping up a build just for the beta and they aren't done yet. Looks like whatever the case was before it is no longer the case as now we have a nice quick look at the nine maps coming to DOOM and that will be available to play when the beta goes live on March 31st for everyone lucky enough to be in on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Werewolves Within A new VR game, Werewolves Within, has been announced and pits players against each other to see who truly has a Werewolves Within… The mainstream VR hardware is still a bit off from release and it looks like we have yet another odd game to add to the list as Werewolves Within has just been announced. While the title does sound a bit goofy it does look like Red Storm is trying to make something truly unique out of the gate for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Quantum Break A new cinematic trailer for Quantum Break has been released and it adds some darker tones to Quantum Break with a cover of Nirvana If for some reason you didn't have a good grasp on how the theme of Quantum Break will feel then it is time to see yet another cinematic trailer for the game. I swear Remedy wants to pump out more of these then any real gameplay but seeing as Quantum Break is using a very life like structure for the characters what you are about to see could quite easily be gameplay and we just don't know it. DOOM The dates for DOOM's multiplayer closed beta have been confirmed and it looks like fans of DOOM will be slaying each other in Hell very soon Looks like we all will be entering the brutal world of DOOM here soon as the multiplayer beta is only a few weeks out now. We are talking like a few weeks as it is currently slated to run from March 31st to April 3rd. At least if you picked up id Software's earlier title Wolfenstein: The New Order as it looks like Bethesda isn't fully ready to open the floodgates for DOOM's multiplayer to the world just yet. At least they are trying to work out some of the bugs earlier on than the week before unlike some other recent titles… As with all of these kinds of things this isn't going to be the full multiplayer mode coming to DOOM when it launches on May 13th. The Division The first expansions and updates for The Division have been announced and all part of the recently announced Season Pass for The Division We all knew that The Division was going to be getting a Season Pass and that it was going to be coming with at least three expansions for the game. It wouldn't be an Ubisoft title if it didn't have some form of DLC to entice gamers to drop more cash. Or at least by now you should know that the game is going to be really pretty on all the platforms it is hitting on March 8th. Call Of Cthulhu New information has popped up for Call Of Cthulhu the video game as it gets a new developer and the first screenshots for Call Of Cthulhu the video game Almost two years ago we first caught wind of a Call Of Cthulhu video game being in the works. Originally it was helmed by Frogwares but then there was no word at all on the game's progression. Here we are in 2016 and it looks like Cyanide Studios has now been tapped to take this game further by Focus Home Interactive and now we have our first real update for Call Of Cthulhu the video game. Looks like this IP hasn't been lost the ravages of a lost mind just yet… Of course as this is still a very early announcement of the new developer taking the reins of Call Of Cthulhu there isn't much to go on but there is a little bit besides the basics. As usual there was so very much that we had to cover and we did our damnedest to make sure we were able to get to every last bit that we could. We did have a lot more on the Far Cry Primal and Paragon side of things than could have been expected but the world of video games is a fickle bitch. I'm just glad we were able to get to the Layers Of Fear and Minecraft: Story Mode reviews we kept talking about that last few weeks. Usually these don't amount to much and given the failure that Bloober Team suffered not long before that with Basement Crawl not many people wanted to go through the horror of another terrible game. Then it was shown to have some great promise and Aspyr Media chose to foot the bill and give the developer another chance at greatness. H1Z1 H1Z1 has now been officially split into two different titles, H1Z1: Just Survive & H1Z1 King Of The Kill, but will all be taking place in the same world It's been some time since we had some coverage for H1Z1 here and it looks like we are back in with a huge one as it looks like the game has now been split into two distinct titles on the PC through Steam Early Access. In case you didn't remember H1Z1 was the zombie MMO title that was in the works by SOE who later became Daybreak Games.
