Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Has Been Given A Release Date To Run Too
by Jana Lass [ Monday, 20th of February 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Crash Bandicoot A release date for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy has been set and it looks like June will be when we dive back into these three Crash Bandicoot titles in HD Get ready to clear some calendar space as the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy has finally be given a release date to look forward to and that would be June 30th now. This would be the latest HD collection that Vicarious Visions has been remastering for Activision and it is coming for the PS4. While I know many gamers out there would have rather had a full and new Crash Bandicoot title, at least this is a start and a nice little slice of nostalgia for all of those hardcore fans of the IP as well as the PlayStation name. The Steam Awards The winners of The Steam Awards have been announced with all of The Steam Awards winners being selected by users for the first time ever Here we go with the start of the new year with The Steam Awards first ever announced winners. While many other outlets and award shows were going on well before the end of the year, it looks like there was one that waited right up to December 31st to be able to give all games a chance. At least those that released on PC via Steam as The Steam Awards were all selected by the users during the big Steam Winter Sale and not some hand-picked panel of judges. These are all by gamers and for gamers while the awards actually go to the developer behind our favorite games that have come out. Read More...

DOOM Gets Another Free Update & Brings In New Multiplayer Modes
by Jana Lass [ Friday, 9th of December 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
DOOM The fifth free update for DOOM is here and it brings in some new modes to DOOM's multiplayer among many other updates for the game now Hopefully you weren't thinking of putting DOOM for a bit to give some of these other great games a chance. If you were then you are going to be a bit sore with id Software as they have just released yet another Free Update for the game and it brings a whole new multiplayer mode and the ability to reach the rank of Echelon 11 in the game. It's almost like they don't care about the other titles that Bethesda has brought us and want us all to stay focused on DOOM for as long as they want. Not that this is a bad thing, but there are only so many hours in the day and some of them need to be dedicated to keeping one's being up and in the land of the living. Read More...

The Next Beyond Good & Evil Title Is Officially In The Works Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of October 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Beyond Good & Evil The rumors from before about Beyond Good & Evil's next title being in the works as a new Beyond Good & Evil has been officially announced Just about a week ago we started to see rumors flying about a new Beyond Good & Evil title being in the works. All of this spawned from Michel Ancel, the IP's creator, starting to post concept art from his personal account and not one from Ubisoft. This is why a lot of the Beyond Good & Evil tidbits were filtered under rumor and speculation as he could have just been posting old bits of art for fun and nothing official. That was my original take on it all as I didn't want to get myself too hyped up for nothing in the end. Read More...

A New Image Has Popped Up And With It Speculation For Beyond Good & Evil 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Beyond Good & Evil A new bit of art has popped up from the mind behind Beyond Good & Evil and it looks like it could be a tease for Beyond Good & Evil 2… or not… You know it's a slow news week when something like a possible tease for Beyond Good & Evil 2 can stir the pot so much. I'm not saying that it isn't a huge thing or that I don't care about this franchise but with all of the other things going on at Ubisoft you would think that we could see more out there. None the less though it does look like Beyond Good & Evil 2 may be getting a solid tease out there from the creator of the original as a new bit of art has popped up and it is causing all kinds of speculation. It makes sense as it has been aver a decade since the original landed and fans have been hopeful for something. Read More...

Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection Looks To Have Leaked Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin's Creed New images have surfaced that point to Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection being a real thing so we might have an Assassin's Creed title this year There were rumors and conjecture about an Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection coming out but there was no proof to go along with the murmurs. Not only that but Ubisoft was also completely silent on the matter and it looked like the rumors were going to die. That was of course until just recently where promotional materials for Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection has popped up on a French Gaming Blog and have some pretty interesting things to be claimed for the game.
