by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM The multiplayer beta for DOOM is opening up to the public here soon and we have details on the DOOM post launch content; both free and paid If you were feeling left out because of the closed nature of DOOM's most recent multiplayer beta then you can stuff that in a sack. It looks like id Software needs more testing for the multiplayer aspect of the game and now Bethesda is going to open it up to you. By you I mean anyone who so chooses to load up DOOM on their PS4, Xbox One, or PC and partake in the open beta that is going on from April 15th to the 17th. Not a huge range but I am sure it will get the game where they all want it. Read More...

Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games We survived yet another week in video games and all of the stupidity that comes with April Fool's Day. Yea, there was a whole lot of stupid again but at least you know you can come here to make sure you don't get pranked unlike all those other sites out there. Everything from the news about The Walking Dead: Michonne to the BioShock Collection was all real stuff in the world of video games and not some dumb joke to make you feel dumb. I think we all would have rioted if all the Final Fantasy XV news was a huge joke planned to get us all excited now wouldn't we have? Read More...

Friday The 13th Another bit of gameplay for Friday The 13th: The Game has been placed online and it shows off a very short but first real look at Friday The 13th in action If there has been one thing truly lacking in the mix for Friday The 13th: The Game it has been solid gameplay for where the game is in its current state. We've had a whole lot of nice little updates for the game out of Gun Media but no solid gameplay; just some test footage. Now it looks like they are ready to pull back the curtain and give all of us Friday The 13th fans something to view and get us amped for. Read More...

Meet The Demons Of DOOM's Hell That Are Ready To Slay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of March 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
DOOM On the heels of DOOM's multiplayer modes announcement we now have a look at the playable demons coming to DOOM in said multiplayer Here we go with yet another look at DOOM and its upcoming multiplayer. This time we have a good look at the demons that id Software have crafted for us to ruthlessly slaughter each other with in the game. Also some of those cool power ups and weapons that the non-demons in the game would be using to stay alive. If there wasn't some kind of balance to DOOM and its demons there would be no point to not play a demon after all. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead In a recent interview it was revealed that The Walking Dead from Telltale will be getting a third season and build off where The Walking Dead left us all Hopefully you haven't given up on Clementine from The Walking Dead just yet as it turns out that we are getting a third season for the game and getting it before the end of the year. At least that is what has been stated in a recent interview with the CEO of Telltale Games. Hopefully you remember all of your previous choices and the story of The Walking Dead so far as it looks like the different endings we had to choose from will not be the true end of it all. DOOM Is Getting Some Classic & New Multiplayer Modes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM The six multiplayer modes for DOOM have been revealed and it includes two classic modes that DOOM fans will remember and four others to flesh it out We just had a good look at the multiplayer maps that were coming to DOOM and now it looks like we have a look at the modes of gameplay we will have when entering into said maps. That didn't take too long but it is not surprising given that the beta goes live here in about a week and Bethesda needs to get us all more jazzed. As if what id Software has put together already for DOOM hasn't been enough it looks like we have at least four more multiplayer modes that deviates from the basics we would have all expected. This Week In Video Games 3/14/16 — 3/18/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of March 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This has been one crazy week for video games hasn't it? We had a whole load of new rumors fly out there and some huge announcements. Could we be getting Red Dead Redemption 2 and a BioShock Collection or is that just wishful thinking? How about the price announcement for the PlayStation VR that came out and then was followed up by a bundle that still greatly undercuts the competition in terms of price. Hells, we also had a nice review for the first episode of Hitman land out there for you. Read More...

Get A Look At DOOM's Nine Unique Multiplayer Maps
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
DOOM A new video for DOOM has been released and this one shows off nine of the maps that will be included in DOOM's multiplayer during the beta & at launch The multiplayer beta for DOOM is only a few weeks out now and we haven't yet been able to see the maps that we will be killing each other on. This could be a good ploy by Bethesda to keep us all on our toes or it could be that id Software is still wrapping up a build just for the beta and they aren't done yet. Looks like whatever the case was before it is no longer the case as now we have a nice quick look at the nine maps coming to DOOM and that will be available to play when the beta goes live on March 31st for everyone lucky enough to be in on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Walking Dead: Michonne Will Be Giving No Shelter By End Of March
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead A release date for The Walking Dead: Michonne's second episode has been set and we get a nice look at all the choices made in The Walking Dead: Michonne so far & how they played out Last we saw as The Walking Dead: Michonne's first episode was released after a lot of anticipation. For the most part my gripes about it were on the nitpick side of things and the big issue I had was that I had to wait to play episode two. Thankfully it looks like Telltale Games is keeping to their loose release schedule and we are now going to see the continued adventures of The Walking Dead here by the end of the month. Read More...
